However, the reason this location is receiving a 3 star review is because their customer service skills are lacking and the employees are not the most pleasant to be around. They aren't very helpful, there have been a few time where I've tried to ask a question and they are very avoidant. When you're checking out the cashiers are always very cold and do not engage at all. They almost seem annoyed with customers which is a very disappointing reaction to receive. The store was packed full of people which told me that I was in the right place. There is a great selection of almost everything. When you have the word boot in your name, you had better have a great selection, and they did. Clothing galore. If you can't find it, then they probably don't make it. The selection of hats, however, was pretty lackluster and out of my size in the higher end hats. The staff were amazing. They were all dressed professionally with the men all wearing blazers and all willing and ready to help. I can tell a lot of time has been put in to filling this store with the latest trends, classic pieces and items that will flatter women of all shapes and sizes. They even had the cutest selection of baby and children's clothing that made me wish my kids were young again. Sigh... My husband accompanied me so I know he appreciated the sales rack! I got a few items from there that were just as cute as the regular priced outfit I got. I didn't have a lot of time but there were several shelves that had wonderfully scented soaps, jewelry, candles and more.
