Herbs in a hanging planter

The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They always take the time to help me find what I need. They explain what will work in the yard ( heat, shade etc). Stephen took the time to plant my herbs in the pots that I brought in, they turned out great! He was so extremely sweet and told me exactly how to take care of them. If you want a nice selection of plants, glowers, trees plus great customer service. Go there.

They are selling live Christmas trees!!! Great time. 12/17. Outside the nursery.

First time to this nursery. We saw it on our way to BK. The nurseryman was very polite and we really enjoyed ourselves. We looked around and there were poinsettias in a separate room as it is winter. There were some discounts as well. We picked up some potting soil and a couple small plants. When you pick what you want the nurseryman writes a card and you pay in the office. There are a couple of soda machines there as well. Since it was winter it was nice that they had a wood stove running. That was mostly for the plants probably. The place was big and had a great selection of pots and had a place to buy seeds. There were quite a few plants but I expect it will be much busier closer to spring. We had a great time and probably will return soon.

Thing is, I only just got out of the hospital myself yesterday and needed same-day delivery. The website said that tomorrow was the soonest available, so I waited until 9:03am to call. I was greeted over the phone by Diana, who provided such incredible service that at the end of our call I asked if she was the owner because of how well she represented the business. Anyone that knows me knows that I go to the beat of my own drum and have pretty stringent requirements when I have a vision. Well, my grandmother and I are each other's favorite people and I had a particular vision. I told Diana that some cute Baylor girl with perfect handwriting and adorable/clean drawing was to draw a cardinal on the front of the card and that I'd pay for time/tip/research/whatever. I'll not share my whole vision here, of course, but today's $135 arrangement took 24 minutes to describe, refine and confirm from start to finish and that's 100% on me. I haven't seen the arrangement even, but you'll notice from my reviews that once I've found my 5-star spot after shopping around that's where I like to anchor my business. Diana described herself as "just a part-time helper." From my perspective, you're an integral and empathetic hero who helped me communicate with $135 what will be received as $135,000 worth of love on a day when it was needed most. Thank you most sincerely. Side note: my grandmother only uses the best of the best (as do I). Twenty years ago when I heavily depended on her to tell me when to jump and how high, she used to say "Just order ___ some flowers from Baylor Flowers." Sic 'em! Edit: my grandmother was so appreciative and thought the world of the cardinal.

Easy Gardener (a division of Jobe's) has horrible business practices and I strongly recommend…read moreavoiding this company. Ordered a product through Home Depot online on April 23, 2021 when delivery was estimated at 3-5 days. Only after order was placed was I was informed there would be no cancellation period. After waiting two weeks (5/6/21), I contacted HD for an update. HD sent an email to Erik Green at Jobe's requesting he provide me with the status of my order. Got no response for 24 hours. Resent the same email to Green noting that apparently Amazon can ship product faster than Jobe's can respond to a customer email. On 5/7/21, Nick Prater, Director of Nat'l Accounts, emailed that the item was out of stock and unable to be fulfilled. He offered to cancel the order and I responded within minutes to please cancel. That was the first and last response I ever received from anyone at Jobe's. No cancellation was ever processed and the order remained active on my HD account until today. I requested confirmation of cancellation from Green and Prater on 5/15, 5/26 and 8/9. No response from anyone at Jobe's for over 90 days. Is there any other company in 2021 that operates in this fashion? How long can they stay in business if they don't give a crap about the end customer or their major national account? I contacted HD today (8/12/21) and had them process the cancellation for Jobe's. I also suggested they review the business practices of their online vendors to prevent damage to their own good name and business reputation.
