Also, since they only have 3 workers those owners should have been out there helping their employees. They are young enough and totally capable. This is not the way to run a business. Very unprofessional and isn't it against the law to not give a lunch break? My son could have just walked off the job, but he finished up that whole day with the other two workers knowing he was going to quit. They lost a very good, experienced landscaper. To add insult to injury, they failed to send an invoice to the correct address, turned it over to collections and, when they finally had to acknowledge the error was all theirs, delayed in contacting collections to pull it down.
