The service missed the first appointment because they said I delayed the service. I didn't. They dropped the ball. There's a three visit minimum with Lawn Starter. If you try to cancel the contract early, they charge for the remaining services anyway. But they never show up on time or on the day scheduled. Lots of issues with the service providers. The office staff is friendly enough but hard to get in touch with. I was locked in at $79 per visit for a one acre property. I asked if that price was correct several times during the sign up, and I was assured that it was. Problem is, the service provider doesn't get the whole $79...so they do a drive by and seeing how large it was, invent a back story as to why they can't make it. One guy got lost, another only started to trim before he bailed, and another only did about half the job.
