Jaime was professional, prompt, and gave me a reasonable quote. He also advised me that I was right to worry about the tree potentially falling on my house -- it was already pulling up from the root and the trunk had split. Jaime was available to come take the tree out 3 days later. He and his team removed the entire tree and cleaned up immaculately. I highly recommend Jaime's!

They all clearly worked super hard especially in the very hot weather. I was satisfied with the work and I do recommend. Only weird thing: I had wanted the large branch of my ash tree preserved for me for firewood. I was told it was already on the truck and ash wood is not good for burning. In autumn I paid $1300 for Andrew to remove any compromised branches which may fall onto my roof…read more Today, a very large branch falls onto my roof, so I call to have an estimate for its removal. (It was clearly rotted and missed by them initially, but I was foolishly still willing to give them my business) I was confused when Andrew in haste focused on doing non- essential work on the tree when I clearly just need to get this branch off so I can have the roofer come. He was pushing for more work to be done than I was requesting. I redirected back to the removal of the branch on my roof and for whatever reason felt it was appropriate to say several times how it's not worth his time and he would be "losing money" even though I was going to pay him what was quoted. He was "ugh"ing and sighing, i'm pretty much acting like this was the biggest inconvenience of his life. He even said something about if he's able to get enough money out of another client he'd be able to make it more worth his while. I am not exaggerating when I say five or six times he made these comments. I was genuinely shocked considering how much money I paid them to prevent this very thing from happening, he just blamed it on "a previous trimmer". Zero empathy, accountability, disgustingly rude and completely undeserving of any future business. I felt completely take advantage of as a young woman and absolutely disrespected. Andrew doesn't care about people or good business, and he couldn't care less about my damaged roof.
