I ordered an arrangement for a birthday on site after learning about this store on Yelp, and the store looks like a warehouse, and easily missed on the road. As I walk in, the ladies peeked out of the cubicle and directed us to the people do the arrangement. and was nice and walked me over to the arrangement folks. It looked like most of their business is surrounding funeral. The florist was nice and allow me to talk about what was on my mind. The 3 stars is for the positive but not thrilling arrangement. It was $70 for the floral arrangements, and I was hoping for more pizazz. read more

I contacted Wolfe through their website the next day and expressed my disappointment. They did not respond. I don't recommend this florist. We just got home from a road trip and found wilted flowers that were left 31/2hours outside our door in today's heat. Our daughter spent a lot of money and i know she would be so sad if she knew the condition in which we found the flowers. When I called to express my displeasure, the girl said they were very busy for Mother's Day and there can be no re-deliveries. I suggested they call before leaving expensive flowers outside. We used Wolfe for our wedding ceremony and reception in December 2016. We primarily worked with Donna from the initial consultation all the way through the day of the wedding, and I am SO impressed by what she can do. At our initial consultation, I brought several pictures of wedding bouquets/arrangements that I liked, and she immediately brought out various types of flowers she thought I might like. I am obsessed with the final products. My flowers were BEAUTIFUL. She even added little personal touches, such as tulips in only my bouquet since they are my favorite flower, and mini pine cones on the guys' boutonnieres since he is from Oregon. Wolfe Florist has been in this business for a while, so they carry out their work flawlessly. They arrived at our wedding venue early in the day to make sure everything was set up to my liking. I have family and many friends that live in Waco, so I've used Wolfe for delivery on special occasions, but without ever having visited their storefront. I've normally gotten great feedback from friends and family. Today, however, was a different story. I had flowers from Wolfe scheduled for delivery today to a friends office for her birthday. I did the checkout online and paid to upgrade to top arrangement choice, and added a teddy bear and chocolates. In my experience, floral deliveries to offices are typically scheduled for earlier in the day. Today though, I still hadn't received a delivery confirmation at 4:15pm, so I called Wolfe. I was starting to get a little antsy since it's common for people to leave work a little early on their birthday. The representative I spoke to said that all deliveries for the day had already left, so if it wasn't delivered yet, it would be before the truck returned, but that she couldn't provide any further update. She told me she'd call the driver and call me back. About 10 minutes later, she called to tell me the flowers had just been delivered, but that there was a miscommunication with the driver regarding the chocolates and teddy bear so those were having to be delivered separately. Seemed a bit odd, but forgivable. Then, I received a Snapchat from my friend with a photo of the floral arrangement and a big thank you. I'm happy she received them, and it's the thought that counts I guess, but the arrangement was disappointing, especially considering I'd paid an extra $20 to upgrade to the best arrangement. The picture reflected a few-day old grocery store arrangement at best. Between the late-in the day office delivery, the poor quality arrangement, and their lack of including the full gift, I've gotta say, it wasn't a great transaction. In hindsight and $118 later, I would've been much better off with Bouqs Company or Farmgirl Flowers. read more

I met with them in June for a consult to get an idea for my wedding in January. They never sent me a quote even when I called. I finally had to call in October and tell them I wasn't pleased about not receiving ANY information. I met with someone else because I figured maybe I got a bad consultant, but no. I met with them in October and had to call them a week later to remind them about receiving my quote. They told me someone would be calling me back shortly. Needless to say they never did. THEY ARE AWFUL, do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time. read more

I worked for a flower shop in Killeen for 3 years and wondered why the owner didn't buy for Wolfe Wholesale given the closeness. Turns out it was for petty reasons. We purchased the flower shop in 2020 and started buying from Wolfe. One of our better decisions. The quality of the product is always there and the customer service is 100% on point. I've been a floral designer for over 20 years and started in Atlanta , GA. I was taught to purchase in the very first shop I worked for and I have dealt with many wholesalers from there to Houston, while at a shop in Galveston, and now from Austin and Waco. My experience tells me some of the best places you can deal with are the ones locally owned. Tom Sr., Tom Jr, Amber, Anna and the entire staff at Wolfe Wholesale are some of the best people I have worked with in 20 years. If you live within delivery range and you're not buying from Wolfe, I would suggest you take some time and visit them. You'll be glad you did. read more

This place is not good. My fiance and I met with Amber for a consultation to talk about wedding flowers and to get a quote from her. While we were there and as she asked us questions she was very rude to us! She made a snide remark that we "weren't ready for a florist yet" just because I wasn't 100% sure on a few things for our wedding over EIGHT months away. I thought the purpose of consultation meetings were to discuss ideas and brainstorm WITH A PROFESSIONAL what we like so that they could give us expert advice on what we should do.Instead, Amber just made us feel like we were stupid and clueless..She also seemed really rushed and was very rude and arrogant to us. She told us she was very busy because of the time of year and that she would get us a quote within a week. Well 3 and 1/2 weeks go by and still haven't heard from anyone. I called to ask about the quote and the lady I spoke to said Amber was busy and would have her call me back. Still have not heard from her. Don't do business with this place if you don't have all your i's dotted and t's crossed because Amber will treat you like you're wasting her time. read more

I was in need of a very last minute funeral spray for a Saturday morning service. I was told by one of the 1-800 florists that there was no way to guarantee delivery on time, as it was already late in the day on Friday. I called an "emergency" number on Wolfe's website, and spoke with Tom, who told me they'd take care of my spray, and could get it there on time. He then advised me that he was out of pocket, but asked me to email the order in with all of my details, price-range, etc., and he would be sure that it was handled first thing in the morning. I received a call around 8 am to confirm the details, and to let me know that it would be delivered on time. Our friend called later that same afternoon to thank us for the arrangement and stated that the flowers were beautifully done. I really appreciated their help and professionalism in a stressful situation. read more
