Okay. I first want to say I had an extremely terrible experience at this location. I was browsing and over heard an employee by the name of Jen speaking very aggressively toward 2 non-english speaking customers. She kept repeating " I dont understand what you are saying but if you need help it's going to be in english" like 4 different times very loudly!. You could clearly see they felt very embarrassed and uncomfortable. I immediately walked up and told her she didn't need to be so aggressive. She replied by saying: they dont speak english so no one can help them!" she had such a ugly mad face I seriously wanted to slap the shit out of her. I told her to leave if she couldn't help them so she rolled her eyes and walked to the back of her store. That rude lady is a reflection of what kind of employees and service they are providing, I will never be back to this location. I want everyone to know the kind of people they have working here and hope they put that lady in check before someone else does. read more

I love the store, and I always find some great things there, but this store is so DIRTY. I went to use the bathroom and it was the filthiest bathroom I have ever been in! I mentioned it to the girl behind the counter and all she could say is "well, we clean the bathrooms every night". No apologies. No we will clean it up. You would think a store with the word "bathroom" in it's title would look after it's bathrooms a little better. I won't be going back. Shame on you Bed Bath and Beyond, shame on you! read more

We went into this Bed, Bath, and Beyond looking for a particular item and was clearly profiled. When I asked for the item, the associate took over 20 minutes to come up with the answer and never even returned. When I was leaving the store frustrated, the manager was sitting right at the front waiting as if we were going to steal a microwave or something and drive off. They even went out of their way to tell the person that was waiting on me outside to move their car. We didn't even fully put together what actually happened until I was back in the car leaving already. With the state that this country is in, it would be refreshing to know that I don't have to be profiled in a Bed, Bath, and Beyond of ALL places. I'm clearly disgusted on this sunny Sunday afternoon. Nobody even attempted to help me. I just felt stared at the entire time. Day ruined. read more

They never seem to have what I come in for, but I always end up buying something. Is that good? Not really because I end up having to go elsewhere to get what should've been a one-stop shopping trip. It would also be nice if they hired people that cared about what they are doing. Unfortunately, customer service just isn't what it should be anymore. Inquiring about a item should not be met with: "If you don't find it where it should be, then we must be out of stock. We have almost no inventory here. You should go online. This location has amazing staff and managers. They're obviously on the higher end price wise BUT they accept expired coupons with no limits and whatever you buy is pretty much good for life because they'll take back almost anything that is faulty or breaks. Manny, one of the managers, was friendly in not only assisting on the floor but in helping me replace a busted nutribullet. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. read more

These employees do not understand returning a shipped item, and needing to just get the same item shipped again as it was broken. Their policy states FREE delievery however I was charged 10.87 in shipping for a Christmas present my Granddaughter bought me and and I had to exchange for the same item!!!!!! My daughter is very upset about this. Are they taking advantage of the Elderly??????? This is NOT ok. read more

I can't even express how grateful I am for this store. My fiance and I went to do our wedding registry at JC Penney across the street it was horrific their system didn't work and no one cared. We gave up, in leaving the Galleria at Tyler Bed Bath and Beyond was across the street we decided to give it a try. Jennifer and Adriana were such a huge help, they walked around the store with us for quite some time and assisted with our registry piece by piece. They both made very insightful suggestions and answered any questions that I came up with. No regrets coming in here it definitely turned a very stressful day around. read more

Went to Riverside Bed Bath and Beyond on Tyler Street today looking for bedding and household items. Passed by the front door mats display, took a look and we picked one in a pile of mats that were marked $14.99. We finished our shopping went to the checkout and because there was no price marked on this particular mat, they had to look in the computer only to find out it was $37. This mat was the same size the same material as all the other mats the same color identical except for a small design difference. We did not feel that this was correct and their practice almost bordering on false advertising. I asked to speak to manager about it. Waited 10 minutes for a Manager to find out his name is Brian. He came up and was very rude (like I was interrupting his lunch) then went back to look at the mats, he didn't come back to counter, but just radioed the checker who is very patient and said that it was priced at $37. even though it was not marked and identical to the others. I feel that this is borderline false advertising and not good business to put a mat that's it directly the same but not marked charge twice as much for. Ryan has no Business being a store manager. His lack of customer service skills was evident!!! I ended up spending $300 and paying full price for that mat!! I felt that he could have handled this a lot differently considering they offer so many coupons etc., he could have overrode the register and I would've left a satisfied customer read more

Well, the writing is on the wall. BBB is going down, down, down...out of business soon, I'm sure. They close early because they can't afford operating until 9pm...certainly not a mystery due to the incredibly rude employees. Their demeanor reeks of "You're lucky I came to work today" or that they are doing you a favor instead of me doing them a favor for shopping there. So sad you've lost a customer...and continue to loose customers and therefore have to close early. It is only a matter of time that they will be closing there doors as is evident with the empty parking lot. I mean really? Have some pride in the work you do instead of treating people like they are 2nd class citizens. The products are cheap and they are not willing to return/exchange/assist with defective merchandise...because, well, because they are cheap and going out of business. All the buzz I hear about BBB going down is clearly valid. I am so happy there are a plethora of merchants from which I can purchase products from...merchants who back their products and are proud to work where they do. Decided to try Bed, Bath, & Beyond to look for household items like bedding and home decor. I haven't been here in years, and now I remember why I stopped going here: They do have a wide variety of selections, but everything seemed over-priced. Even stuff that was marked "clearance"! They are good quality items, but nothing that you can't find at Target or JCPenney for a waaaay better deal. A lot of the products seemed unecessary, as-seen-on-tv crap that I would never bother wasting money on. The worst part of my visit was the music. They were blasting the surround sound speakers in the store, and it was obviously an old CD that kept skipping. And even though there were several employees on duty, no one bothered to fix it or turn it off! The annoying noise was enough for me to leave my items behind and walk right out of the store. I will probably not be returning for another few years. read more

Very Dysfunctional Store, was expecting a Straight forward Simple shopping experience; yet, nothing is organized here, clearance is out of hand, prices don't match bar-codes; Not to mention Customer service is rude and uncooperative, rather than taking their time with me I felt I was pushed and rushed as if I was standing in their way.
