My other half and I were in Fort Collins for dinner and decided to stop by here before heading home. I have to say I was amazed at the size of this store. It's huge! The ones I've been to in Denver aren't half this size and this ine carries just about everything. Hair care products, toiletries, baby furniture and products, make up (yes), loads of household items and even Waterford crystal. Boy, did I find loads of items for my home and I still can't believe they have makeup. This has got to be my favorite Bed Bath and Beyond . read more

What a terrible company! They had a unique door knob that I needed. They gave me the 20% off coupon but then they charged me shipping. Ended up paying over $41 for this door knob. There was no way to install it or attach it to either of the doors we tried it on. Had to return it. They charged me $20 to ship it back! Ridiculous. read more

Now that it's an online business only, returning items sucks. I ordered 4 items in the same order, so they sent it all together. Trying to return anything requires SEPARATE, INDIVIDUAL labels with a return charge of nearly $19 PER ITEM. To return 1 item would cost me almost as much as the item itself. Almost $80 to return all 4 things! What a rip off, I will never shop there again. read more

False & misleading advertising: They had a display sign advertising glasses for $2.00. However, they rung up as $4.00. When we pointed this out the cashier, it took 10 minutes to get a price check from the manager. The manager refused to honor the advertised price, charging us $2.40. Now, that is a pocket change difference for those items. What bothers me is that it's a deceitful practice. Additionally, they advertised a digital photo frame online, claiming it was in-stock at the store. It wasn't. I've experienced this before. I wish corporate would be more upfront and accurate about what they have in-stock to save customers wasted trips. I also hope they choose to honor their advertised prices in the future. read more

After receiving a car seat for my baby shower I decided I wanted to go with a different style. I had opened the box to view the contents but never installed the base, car seat, etc... I have a gift receipt but they will not return. They say the box has to be unopened but their policy says the items need to be unused and in new condition. I am in my 3rd trimester still the car seat is new and unused. Now I am stuck with a $300 car seat that doesn't fit my needs. Terrible service from Shane the store manager read more

if I could give zero stars I would. Jessica is the rudest employee i have ever met, along with the manager tom! they do not price match like they say and they accuse the customers of changing around prices instead of taking responsibility for their own actions!! buy your stuff elsewhere or you will be manipulated and disrespected by these two. read more

We just moved to town and went to this store. They had everything we were looking for and were helped by a young man named Caleb he was very knowledgeable and friendly. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I was in shopping today and I could hear a short man yelling at a young woman. I overheard her asking to leave early because she was having health issues and she looked like she was going to pass out. I realized he was more than likely her manager when he yelled at her "suck it up". This was completely inappropriate and I felt terrible for the poor girl. If you ever go in this BBB location and see a short angry man, leave. read more

Jill the cashier is so sweet and patient. There was a lady in front of us being insanely rude to her because she didn't understand how coupons work, Jill and her younger coworker responded to this nasty lady with kindness and were truly trying to help her find a deal and save her money! How nice. I wouldn't have wanted to do anything nice for that woman. Jill and her coworker did an amazing job. Plus this store overall just has the best stuff and is so fun to shop around in. You can always find a coupon too! Just don't be an asshole trying to find one. read more

Do not purchase gift (or anything for that matter) from this place. If a person receives a gift and tries to exchange an item that won't work they will not exchange it! You are pretty much SOL. They are rude about it too. Keep in mind this was a gift I received for xmas and it is way less than 30 days! They need to overhaul their return policy or just go out of business. SHOP Amazon, Walmart or Kohls instead. They care about their customers! read more

Not that anybody reads Yelp reviews anymore, but this store is incredible! Hard to believe we are in a pandemic with all the great selections. I've had so many great trips to this store and will always chose this store over other options because of the service! read more

Horrible customer service after my wife noticed they charged us full price on a convertible carseat that was clearly marked $30 off. When she took the receipt in to get a refund, the man she spoke with doubted her and when he pulled it up on the computer said it was full price. So after seeing the flyer directly on the seats showing the deal, got mad and said it should've been taken down since the sale wasn't going on anymore. Then proceeded in taking as much time as possible doing the exchange. Most definitely NOT happy with this place and will never do business here again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

Went there and I really wanted something off the top shelf, there was this sweetheart named Mack there, and she grabbed the mobile stair thing and got it down for me. If she was any sweeter she wouldve given me diabetis child read more

Terrible customer service. I received a gift that I didn't need, I had the receipt along with the unopened item & was told rudely unless I gave them my ID to scan & yes store I wouldn't be able to get store credit. I wasn't looking for cash just store credit to get something I would use. The employee was rude. I wound up 're-gifting'. Its no small wonder why Im hearing about how this company is dying. read more

Very friendly staff and excellent selection of random stuff for the house. It has just a little too much candle smell for my taste but taking that in mind just don't spend more than fifteen minutes or else you won't be able to smell anything else after you leave for a couple of hours. read more

I brought back a comforter set I purchased here 4 months ago because it was "lumpy" after washing and drying as the directions listed. It was the most pleasant exchange I've ever had! I did not expect to get a full exchange but was pleasantly surprised when she offered it! I will definitely continue to shop here as long as their excellent customer service is around! Thanks for all your help! read more

This place has everything to make your home feel comfortable, and the folks who work here are very friendly and helpful. Though they had run out of a few of the things I was looking for, plus the place is so dang expensive... But in the end, I got the softest bedding stuff ever... Now I don't ever want to leave my bed!!! read more

This store has wonderful customer service, but isn't the cleanest of places... I went in to finish my wedding registry and the sales associate took me around the whole store and had great knowledge of the products and what I might need on my registry. I would go back to look at products, but I may purchase them from another store. read more

I have been in and out of this location of Bed Bath & Beyond multiple time per week lately because I'm redecorating our house. The staff is very helpful in locating things for me, but most of the time I can find what I need on my own because the store is so well organized. The prices are a little higher on certain things than I'd like to pay, but otherwise this is a great place to shop. read more

That store lost all its allure when it turned half of it into a drugstore. It looks so over cluttered and cheap now. I can see the baby stuff getting added on the right side of the store but do you really need overpriced deodorant and toothpaste? I have no reason to shop at that store anymore. And lay off the smells. read more

Groupon showed a coupon for 5 dollars off which was still current -it wouldn't work at the register so I went to customer service. The manager's response was that they had been having trouble with the Groupon ones but wouldn't give me the 5 dollars off what I had just purchased. She instead gave me a coupon for next time! Wow. Terrible customer service. Since you didn't honor your advertisement, you just lost a customer! I will never shop there again. read more
