The first replacement was bleached out old hay. The vet told me to call and get that replaced, which they did., The second time about two months later, they gave me hay that the horses wouldn't eat, so they gave me lime to put in the water that said would entice the horses to eat the hay which I refuse to do Upon the vets advicebecause I am not going to start doing artificial things with my horses they're too valuable to me. This time they gave me hay, which was mixed with straw, and indeed there is some good grass hay in the straw, but as you can see in the pictures, horses will not eat the straw and they're not supposed to. I called and spoke with the girl twice. She promised me John would call me back. He never did either day. He was tentatively supposed to come out Friday the 21st to give Give me more hay she said because now they had good day, but they never set up a specific time and never came out and again never called. Like I said, this used to be a really good company, but I'm thinking since they open Business in Elizabeth, maybe they're outgrowing their britches. So on May 2nd, he had Gary get in touch with me and Gary said he would place the order and it would be about 6 - 7 weeks. I just called on June 5th to check on it and Gary never placed the order. Claimed I said I didn't want to wait 6 weeks. Told him he was out of his mind. I have 42 animals waiting on that item to arrive so they can have additional living space. Why in the He!! would I say no to the order. These people must be smoking some the wacky weed. The store has set our ranch back now 12 weeks and it will be even further back by the time we find another business that can get this item for us. We've been here several times mainly for treats. I have a German shepherd who is hard to walk…read more I've tried multiple collars and harnesses to no avail. I either have to walk her at night with limited distractions or we don't walk. If we don't walk she gets very antsy and paces constantly. I was speaking about this to one associate and another overheard me who apparently had the same breed and issue. She showed me the harness she uses and told me to bring it back if it didn't fit or didn't help with my issue. First walk...amazing. It doesn't choke my dog by pulling against her neck but absolutely helps with the insistent pulling and yanking. We were able to go for a 1.5 miles today with one of my other dogs with no issue. She couldn't wiggle out of it and it was super helpful with guiding her on where I needed/wanted her to go instead of the pulling. Her overall demeanor after the walk was night and day too. I think it was just an easier walk overall for both of us which was so much more enjoyable.
