I've been getting my dog food here for years. The company does coupons, sales, and rewards which I appreciate. However when I went there last to get an electronic collar that showed on sale ON THEIR WEBSITE (not a screenshot or coupon) the cashier called the manger over to get her to approve the price match since the store did not have it in store as "on sale", the manager said she saw it as full price on her phone even though I refreshed the page and showed that on mine it was $15 off. She refused and said it would be full price. I bought the collar and went on my way but was disappointed that I drove out of my way for this because of the sale. read more

My favorite self serve dog wash! They keep it clean and well stocked. The staff are nice. Sometimes there is a wait on the weekends. I love that they only charge for one wash even if you have two dogs. They have great in between dogs disinfection policy. They are reasonably priced for the dog wash card and often have discounts on that too. They DO NOT have grooming services just the self serve dog wash. read more

Great experience ordering curbside pick-up. A team member phoned me as soon as my order was ready for pick-up. As soon as I arrived, I contacted store and a team member quickly delivered my large order to my car. The Harmony store is clean and well organized. The product selection and priceds are great. DO not support this business! My 13 year old lab has a specific dog food ordered to support her age and well being. We were using Chewy but our family is all about supporting local. We decided to explore if this shop had our dog's food. The shop up front explained they did not have our dog's particular food but could order it. The shop explained it's process of ordering the food on Saturday and the food coming in the following Thursday. We called Monday after the food was ordered and the staff assured us the food was ordered by the manager as there was a sticky note and all. We call Friday to check if the food arrived and Garrison shared they were still pulling inventory off the truck but he was sure it was on the truck. Garrison recommended call or come in noon on Saturday. We call the shop and Kristy a different manager shares that the food never was on the truck and didn't know why Garrison said it would be available. We are convinced the food was never ordered in the first place and by end of the call Kristy has audacity to ask if we want to reorder for the product to arrive next week. We placed in total 5 calls to make sure the food was ordered and was told yes each time. Clearly the processes in place are not working and I feel that this shop lied on more than one occasion. read more

I went in here the other day to buy a Betta fish. I chose Pet Supplies due to how close I live to it. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. Every single employee created and offered to help me. One lady even stopped what she was doing to help me something when she really didn't have to. I will definitely shop here. read more

Great place to buy your pet supplies! There's plenty of parking outside, since it is in a large parking lot near Target. We buy our dog food from the store regularly. They are always willing to special order anything and that makes it so much easier for us! I have found that The prices and selection for toys and accessories isn't always as good as a larger store, but for some reason it feels better making purchases here. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful! At the back of the store they have a washing station to bathe your pooch. I have not used it yet, but I imagine it is a great option for many. I have seen this location doing pet adoptions a few times too. Unless you are looking for a specialized item, this is a great pet supplies option in Fort Collins! read more

We're new to the area and are adopting two sweet kitten brothers today! I looked up pet supply stores and this was the closest one to us. Before getting to our list I took my 2 year-old to see the fish, birds, guinea pigs, etc. First, the woman in the aquarium area didn't even acknowledge us, despite my baby trying to say hi. Then when we were looking at the goldfish in the bottom tanks, there were at least 3-4 dead ones in each tank. I obviously understand this happens, especially in the "feeder fish" tanks, but this was a very serious matter to him. He kept saying, "Dead, dead, Mama? Dead!". It was definitely a little funny, and I feel like most people would give a little chuckle and move on, right? Well not her. So I said to her, in a jokingly way, "Looks we got a few floaters here". She looks at me with a very unamused look and with quite the attitude and "educates" me that this can happen throughout the day and that her schedule allows for cleaning the tanks in the mornings. There were 3 other women working at the time- again, none of them even acknowledged us. The cashier was the only one who spoke to me and asked if we had found everything we needed. I have to say that Fort Collins is not bursting at the seams with overly-friendly people- and Pet Supplies Plus certainly reflects that. read more

Great sales on the pet food we buy, and great curbside service during the pandemic. I usually get a personal call from the store when my order is ready, or, definitely, if the item is, in fact, out of stock when they go to pull my order. When I show up for my curbside pickup, they are always super quick bringing it out. Prior to the pandemic, the shopping experience was also good, although it was still mostly just for food. Friendly, helpful employees, and I'm glad to support them, even if they're a chain. We bought from Amazon for awhile and realized PSP is cheaper and local, in a sense. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a store. I can not believe how disrespected I feel by the manager. You could tell she was being tyrannical toward the sales people, because the girl at the desk was friendly and polite. The manager however, lied to us, and refused to sell an item we had the qualifications to buy. She continually made up things, stating that a minnow that is a feeder fish could grow up to 2 feet. Then when we brought this up to her again, she said she never said they would grow to 2 feet, and she denied all of the lies she told. We have video evidence of all of the lies we were told. We just wanted a 14 cent feeder fish. read more

Here is the outside of Pet Supplies Plus before they finished their re-modeling. I can always find what I need and the staff never fail to help me with a smile. My dog is a a nervous rescue and I always bring her and they give her lots of treats and love to make her feel comfortable.
