When I finally did speak to Robert (7/7), he took my order and his confirmation email stated "I will monitor the status of your order and send you an update as soon as I have one. I would anticipate at least 2 weeks but may get it sooner!" By the end of the month, I hadn't heard anything from Agren, so I called again. Robert told me he would never have given me a delivery date and that my order hadn't arrived. Said he would check on it and call with an update. Crickets. Three weeks later, I called again and spoke to Kevin, who told me my order had arrived "a few days ago" and scheduled a delivery date. Robert called a few days later to say he saw I spoke with Kevin and had scheduled delivery. Totally unnecessary call to my mind other than him letting me know that the fridge had "just arrived" so it wasn't his fault he hadn't called me. The delivery guys were great, and I do love my fridge, but my interactions with Robert and the lack of response from Agren sales made me feel like my business wasn't important to them, so I will shop elsewhere in the future.

We are now in September 2026 and A1 appliance is unable to locate the receipt for the purchase in order for us to submit it to GE for a refund. They "have no record of the purchase." We have waited more than a week now and have received no word from A1. In the meantime, we have a repair company coming, and we have to pay a diagnostic fee. Would simply like A1 to stand by this product and repair it, but it is very difficult to get A1 as their business hours are extremely limited and when I could reach them, their ability to respond to concerns and needs seems almost nil at this point. They have not been responsive in standing by their product or work. Would never do business with this company again. There is no "deal" here unless you receive a new appliance from them that has no problems.
