The communication/scheduling process was quite strange and overly complex. However, he was prompt, worked quickly and efficiently, and was very kind and considerate. The dryer's working again! He said that he would text me a payment link at some vague time in the future, which was once again strange. I mean it certainly worked out, but it's an odd, disorganized way to conduct business.
