I called Nada and she asked me a few questions and set up and appointment for the following week to come in for a fitting to check what needed to be done. She took her time and asked me what I was looking to do and even told me her opinion on what needed to be taken in. She asked me my budget and worked with me to come to a realistic price which was still within my budget. As the hour went by she pinned the dress and I was on my way. Nada set up my next 2 appointments and ensured I was on her calendar. Come to my second fitting, I get there and try on my dress. She didn't want to do too many alterations so far away from my wedding, so it was perfect to see where I lost weight and take in more areas. Again, she gave me her professional opinion on what needed to be taken in and altered. 3rd and final meeting comes and it fits perfectly. I wanted lace added to the top of the cups which she has to do by hand and it was BEAUTIFUL. She did some last min touch ups and suggested she steam my dress so I didn't have to do it the day of and I'm glad she did. The dress fit perfectly and I looked amazing in it. Nada is friendly and sweet and even makes her own dresses for her guest attire at family weddings. When I left, Nada helped me to my car and gave me a hug. After multiple attempts at communicating with those preferred vendors, there was 1 viable choice, but it was overpriced for what I needed and she ended up leaving me hanging on appointment availability anyway. Once that happened I took it upon myself to go on Yelp and find alternative solutions. Out of the next 2-3 choices I ventured out to, Nadia was the one I opted for because she was straight forward and was the only one who offered me 2 different bustle options - American (over) bustle or ballroom (under bustle). As a bonus, she was also 1/3 of the price of the wedding dress boutique's preferred vendor! Communications were all through Yelp messaging - clear cut for scheduling. Make sure for your fittings you always bring the shoes you'll be wearing for an accurate hem, etc. I opted for the ballroom bustle and Nadia numbered the attachments. During a subsequent fitting I had the MOB and MOH accompany me so they knew what to expect for doing the bustle on the day of the wedding. When I asked her about it, she said it wasn't there before (which tells me that it happened in the shop, which it did). However she did not offer to dry clean it or try to get the stain out.
