She was incredibly rude -- no greeting, no smile, and acted like taking our orders was a burden. She spoke with an attitude, rolled her eyes, and seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone. I even noticed her being short and dismissive with another customer who had a simple question. Customer service like this makes people not want to come back.
