This was my first Buc-ee's experience and I was in a bit of a rush so I was worried. Once there I kept driving all the way down and thought I was going to have to come back the other way but luck was on my side and pump 38 was open. So I parked and went in! I went in and prepaid for a few gallons since I just filled up in Cincinnati. I also got a little container of milk to mix with my cold brew coffee. It was $1.88 for a pint container, which would be $3.99 at a 7-11. The checker showed me pump 38 before ring in to make sure it was my car. I also had a chance to use the restrooms and they were clean and had a full time attendant cleaning and removing trash. Like others have said, this place is ginormous!! I will try to hit a few more locations when I'm out and about. Hopefully you enjoy this place too!
My family always stops here on the way to Florida. They talk about it all the time. This is my first time. This is apparently the smaller of the 2 as we head towards Gatlinburg. This place has so much to offer. So many sandwiches, drinks and clothing options. You could get lost for hours if you look at everything. We stopped here for lunch. Grabbed chopped brisket sandwich's. Grabbed brisket sandwiches without sauce. They were delicious, so tender and flavorful. The options for jerky were amazing too. They had already packaged jerky or you can buy by the pound. I bought the prepackaged and niece said I bought the wrong kind. So I had to go back before heading home. Good place for anything and everything. Wish there was a closer one to Chicago. Will be back again someday.
--Location/Parking-- Easy in and out of i75. Typical Buc-ee's where the size is enormous and there is getting in and out. --Ambience-- Big as Texas. Typical Buc-ee --Service/Staff-- Staff varies per store. No complaints with their service. --Products-- Love their coffee and inexpensive gas. Restrooms are also a bonus. --Capacity-- I believe they hold over 300 plus people in the huge gigantic store. --Overall-- Recommend for their fuel, restroom and coffee. Be warn that traffic can build up and can sometimes be difficult to find a fuel pump during peak hours.
Loads of stuff! Visited two different Buc-ees on three separate visits and enjoyed each one! Tons of gas pumps with low prices. Clean store, helpful staff, many clean restrooms! Dry goods, groceries, hot food, bakery items-you name it, Buc-ees has it! Prices not bad, the brisket burrito was delightful and generously portioned! Peaceful shoppers, pleasant crowds-and it is definitely a busy place! Worth stopping!
Oh dear Buc-ees! On our way back to Cleveland we passed a sign beckoning us to come to this slice of Heaven. I was told to try their fudge. I bought garlic pickles, a brisket sandwich and coffee. I didnt eat the sandwich and pickles till the next day and they were both delicious. The restrooms were clean. The coffee station was extensive. Great experience.
First Buc-ee's experience and it was a great one! Most of the group I was with had never been to one before either. This place is massive! Tons of gas pumps outside, but inside there's everything you can think of for a convenience store/gas station. Lots of apparel, medicine needs, snacks, drinks, and the brisket/pulled pork station in the center. They're known for that so we absolutely had to get some of the sandwiches.
My mom and I took a memorable road trip and stopped at the renowned Buc-ee's, a popular travel center known for its extensive selection of snacks and quirky decor. During our visit, my mom tried their famous sweet tea, but found it unpalatable, so she purchased a different fountain drink and some mixed nuts instead. I opted for a bottle of water, a brownie, and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. The employees were friendly and sang cheerful songs, which added to the positive vibe. It was a nice break that helped us slow down our journey, though it made me a bit sleepy afterward.
Always an experience if you've never been then don't miss the exit. Crazy circus like store with anything and everything. Fresh made food at the ready. Brisket sliced fresh in front of you. Anything you could possibly want they have. Wall of jerky - wall of soda dispensers - fudge counter - get the key lime - cleanest bathrooms in world. About 100 gas pumps. It's a tourist destination don't miss this roadside attraction. Oh and the best people watching anywhere
We always try to stop at this location when we travel south and we did recently. This was during the "spring break" season and you could tell when you pulled off the interstate. The line to get in was bumper to bumper. When we finally got into the parking lot we had to wait to get to a pump for fuel. After we fueled we went inside and were met by an Ocean of people. We fought our way to the BBQ sandwich bar to get out lunch and fought our way back to the check out counter. Wow!!! Spring Break is not a good time to stop here.
What can be said, this establishment is more than a truck stop, it's an experience. From freshly made chocolates to popcorn and other muffins and pulled pork, they offer a diverse selection. They have an assortment of everything. The fountain drink options are extensive. Additionally, they provide everything one may need or not need on a trip. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean, with spacious stalls. The store's customer service is also commendable. The establishment deserves recognition for maintaining a clean and inviting environment, despite high foot traffic.

Buc'ees was on my to check out list for a long time and we finally made in on our road trip to Tennessee. It's as big and impressive as everyone says. There are a ton of gas pumps and chargers. The bathrooms are plentiful, well stocked and clean. The merch is amazing. So much Beaver gear we never knew we needed. Buc'ees mugs, beach towels and snacks were the highlights. We also tried them famous brisket and it did not disappoint. Staff is super patient and helpful. Can't hardly wait for the next trip. read more

We got a buc-ees near us and people are lined up and traffic is ridiculous. This location in Richmond has been open for several years and its still crazy busy. Omg people its a gas station. They sell a lot of stuff ... brisket is good. Tried the fudge it wasn't good. Prices are not good. read more

A little pricey and there is NO PEPSI products but everything there is super nice, awesome bathrooms and absolutely delicious pulled pork & pulled brisket sandwiches I try to go at least every spring and summer because we live in Michigan read more
When I am traveling and near a Buc-ees, I must stop because the energy is like no other, no matter the time of day. This one, like the many others I've been too are always clean, well staffed with friendly employees, and stocked to the nines with all your road trip essentials. Today, I got the sliced brisket sandwich, which was perfect like usual. I also realized they sampled the jerky. Not being a fan I never spent much time around that counter but today I tried it and fell I love with the Bohemian Garlic. Turns out I like jerky, just not the western style. Clear some time and make a stop is my only recommendation. read more

I love me some Buc-ee's! So when we saw the signs hubs knew he had to stop. Walked thru and browsed and obviously picked up some things too. Loved the red and green lights in the restroom at this location that allows you to see what stalls are available. Great idea! We found some food including some tenders and fries as well as bbq sandwiches. Staff was nice and the store was clean and organized like all others I've been to. read more
Another trip to Buc-ee's in Richmond, Kentucky on our way to North Carolina. There are people that put fake pictures of their brisket sandwich then say they were shorted on meat. I call b.s. on this. We have been to Buc-ee's in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, and Texas. Every single one of these stores prepare the sandwiches right in front of the customers. I have watched them in every store I've been in, weigh out the meat so every sandwich is the same. Look at my picture, it has plenty of brisket. You won't be disappointed. Buc-ee's makes one of the best brisket sandwiches. The employees are always great. Everyone is always very helpful. Every Buc-ee's we've been to has been great! read more
This place is awesome! We usually do not get food from gas stations. But Buc-ee's is extraordinary! They have the best Brisket sandwich, Turkey sandwich, and Brisket Burrito! All made fresh and so delicious! Great fresh made Beaver chips, too! Yummo! They have clothes, souvenirs, snacks, such a great variety of items. The place is clean and welcoming. No line no waiting for the bathrooms! We liked the food so much we bought extra to have the next day at home and it was still delicious! The prices are comparable to other restaurants. If you see a Buc-ee's stop, it is worth it! Yes, I recommend Buc-ee's! On a trip earlier this year stopped at 3 of them!!! All were excellent! read more

This place is a must to stop at.... Any location..... this place is pure mayhem.... People everywhere.... Buc-ees products everywhere..... sandwiches are excellent.... And they have best gas prices in the area.... Watch for traffic around the pumps and people walking everywhere in the store.... I nearly got trampled while trying to take pictures... enter at your inquisitive risk.... And have fun.... read more
Summary: Pricey Entertaining shopping at a very large gas station. Gas: Many, many, many gas pumps. Restrooms: Clean, Extra-large restrooms . Store: Very Large, Expensive, but Fun, store -with cute souvenirs, t-shirts and kids clothes, bar supplies, firewood, grills, etc. Food: Lots of pricey to-go food choices from sandwiches to pastry. NO picnic tables or restaurant seating ! No covered outdoor area except pumps. Families seen sitting on large sidewalks in back to be able to eat purchased food together. Parking; large parking area next to store and behind store. Be aware -any cup of just ice is 79¢ but bags of ice start at $1.00 Facility: New, Clean, close to highway exit. but long entranceway. Has Hiring-info signs outside. Usually full parking lot and full, noisy store. read more
Buc-ee's is known as a landmark --- mainly because of its gargantuan size. Imagine an overgrown truck stop for regular cars. That's what this is. People are drawn to the spectacle of it. But, with its grand size, expect an equivalent hoard of patrons checking it out. Simply stated, Buc-ee's is packed full of people. It's like Costco on Super Bowl Sunday when everyone needs supplies. That fact alone deters me from setting foot in here. However, I've been several times because my kids want to go. If you can get past the crowd issue, it's basically a bigger gas station that has bbq, nuts, snacks, and sandwiches. The barbecue is probably the main draw for food and it's decent. However, it's a little pricey at $8.99 for a small sandwich. The reason I am giving this Buc-ee's a 2 star is because the service is just awful. I know it must be rare. But, I actually had a return to make here. We bought a small drink cooler at Buc-ee's during another visit and discovered it had a tear. Despite never using the cooler and having the tags attached, Buc-ee's didn't allow us to return it. Their assistant manager (Tanya) was a little unhinged as well. Although their posted policy allows returns (but it's a weirdly phrased policy if you read their sign), she wouldn't even read it and told us it was too bad. I know that none of you wants to read about my particular problem on a return. I usually don't read people's one-off issues if a place is good. But, Buc-ee's isn't a great place. You can find others on Reddit and online with similar experiences. To me, a business as busy and successful as this one ought to be cool about the rare return. Seriously, I bet this happens very infrequently because most people would never remember to take the item back. Anyway, I suspect many of you will go here despite my negative review. But, be careful if you buy anything. read more
One of the best Buc-ee's! Of course they are always clean since they pride themselves on the cleanest restrooms. That was definitely the case today although it was early in the morning. Staff are always very sweet and helpful. I also appreciate their efficiency when cashing you out since the lines are typically long. Today's visit I tried the breakfast sandwich and OH MY GOD! The biscuit was the most buttery moist bread I ever had. It is worth the calories!! Dare I say that the breakfast might be better than the brisket sandwich. 5/5 read more

Buc-ee's is all over the place in the eastern part of the United States. First time I've stopped in and see what's so special about this place. Wow, was I surprised; it's got pretty much everything. Gas, food, clothes, and gifts for friends & family. The pulled pork sandwich was awesome; I had to order an extra sandwich, that's how good it was. Overall great experience. read more
Well, we heard so much about the place and it didn't disappoint. Only issue was when we were traveling down through Kentucky there were no signs so we had to go on our way home First they have tons of gas pumps. So getting gas is no problem. Tge store itself is huge. They have just about anything you need. Of course bathrooms are located in the back of the store to make sure you experience the whole store. The BBQ is so inviting. That is the first thing you smell when you walk in. Beaver nuggets are a must and the brisket sandwich. They have clothing, essentials and novelty items. So glad I was able to get to Buc cees. read more

This place is insane! It is so big it has so many things so much food to choose from but no place to park your butt! People standing around stuffing their face with hot dogs not an attractive sight. This place was so crowded. I couldn't believe everything for sale this place is just to get people to spend so much money. The largest selection of gas pumps as far as I can see. Good prices, but this place was not for me. I was a bit disappointed. Couldn't wait to get to this place. Couldn't wait to get out! read more

Who doesn't love Buc-ee's? If you are visiting the South and on a road trip, you will most likely see several signs to stop at Buc-ee's and you should make sure to pull over and check it out. Maybe you need to make a stop to use the bathroom, maybe you need to buy gas, maybe you need to get some snacks or a meal. Oh heck, maybe you just want to pull over because you are either tired of driving and need a break or you are getting a bit sleepy and maybe a stop can help you wake up. Well Buc-ee's is the place to make a stop, regardless the reason. They have numerous of restrooms and they are clean. They have plenty of delicious snacks galore. You can also get yourself a meal, such as one of their delicious brisket sandwiches. You can also get some sweet treats like their banana pudding, fudge, Buc-ee's bevaer tail. Or maybe you are looking for souvenirs. Well you can get that here too. From home decor to clothing to accessories. Buc-ee's has definitely got you covered. And if you are lucky like we were, you might even get to meet Buc-ee too. From the numerous of visits that we have made over the last week, I have noticed a trend that Buc-ee may usually only come out on weekends (although some years ago, I did see Buc-ee for the first time on Christmas in 2021). And if you take photos with Buc-ee, an employee may just give you a few Buc-ee stickers (in which we did get two and have also gotten another pair at another location that we happened to spot and take a photo with our favorite beaver). I have never been to a Buc-ee's where I had a poor experience (and I have been so several, not just on my current trip but over the many years when I happen to visit a state with Buc-ee's). I always get happy and excited when I do visit a Buc-ee's and think you will to if you ever do get a chance to visit, if you haven't already (and if you have, then you get it). read more
I always stop at Buc-ee's when traveling. The bathrooms are always super clean and the employees are friendly. Stopped at the one in Richmond, Kentucky today. It was just as expected. You can spend hours in there looking at everything. I had the Chicken and fries it was good. There's plenty of parking. read more
