Today is Thursday, and I am guessing MUCH of weekend chaos and NOISE will not be present.... If your experience with Chaos and Noise is similar, do try a weekend visit. There were two employees standing in the main area that did not say anything to us about closing. They just turned the lights off. The woman's restroom only had one stall available for use so my daughter and I had to take turns. My husband and son finished and went into Jimmy Johns to eat. While I was in the hall waiting for my daughter to finish a third man appeared at the counter and yelled across the store that they were closed. I said yes, I understand we are almost finished. I decided to wait and use the restroom elsewhere but my daughter was washing her hands so I changed my mind thinking I would finish by the time she was done and we could leave together. As I was pulling up my pants the third man opened the WOMENS bathroom door completely and proceeded to yell at us that they were closed. I was livid. I proceeded to inform him that I was going to call the police because a man should never under any circumstances enter a women's restroom while it was being used. He yelled the same words over and over again so I have to assume his English was limited as well as the proper way to treat women and customers. So I would advise anyone to not use this establishment for anything but especially the women's restroom. unless you want a man barging in on you. If he is not the owner and the actual owner reads this I would suggest you correct this behavior immediately lest you have a lawsuit on your hands. I was very close to calling the police. This happened at 9 pm on Saturday November 25th 2023.

Dont understand coupons and dont try to understand. Just argues that a coupon isn't a coupon when…read moreit is. Shows me a whole strip of coupons that they were supposed to put on packs of Nashville cigarettes but didnt. Instead of reading the plain English on back of it that says customer entitled to a dollar off and then on bottom gives instructions for how the retailer as in bp can get their money reimbursed. Or maybe they dont understand enough English to realize that reimbursed means to get their money back. The person with me suggested that they did indeed know and that they were sending coupons in and getting money from wind river but without letting customers get their dollar credit. So that they were making extra from all those coupons. Which makes sense. Because everytime someone buys a pack then they just remove one from the strip hidden behind the counter and turn it in to get the dollar back while customer still pays full price. It adds up to a healthy amount of profit since they would be getting paid for coupons and not actually getting money back to make up for any customer credits. For every 100 packs sold they would be pocketing an extra 100 if they had that many coupons stashed behind counter. But to ARGUE with a customer especially when you are so obviously wrong is NEVER acceptable. And if owner was by some chance to read this and isn't just trying to cheat the system then I suggest you READ the plain english on back of the 1 dollar off. It even has an expiration date. So YES IT IS A COUPON FOR CUSTOMERS TO GET A DOLLAR OFF A PACK AND THEN AND ONLY THEN ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO TURN IT IN AND GET MONEY.
