I ordered my meal and then ordered a chocolate shake with it and the waitress literally said " I don't have time to make a shake right now"! At first I thought she was joking, but nope!! Amazing.... Sorry... I try not to give bad reviews.. but this was bad. The waitress was not friendly.. she never smiled and only grunted answers.. The coffee was stereotypical... " campfire" coffee so strong the spoon would stand up in it. The scrambled eggs we full of white.. not mixed... and they tasted like they were cooked in old bacon grease. The two times I have come to this place I have learned some things. 1 bring a camel back or a cooler with your own drinks. We live this place. It's just a short drive in the beautiful country from where we live. They have amazing fried catfish and fried shrimp. My husband loves the burgers. He gets them every time. This spot is always packed and might therefore allude to great food but I find that the fare is ok, yet nothing special. Everything fried is done so in the same, unseasoned batter except the catfish, which should be fried in cornmeal but is more of a batter itself. I've eaten here 3 times over the past few years but haven't found anything worth raving about. The owner obviously loves Elvis Presley is is single-handedly trying to collect all memorabilia she can possibly fit into the joint. We had a great experience here yesterday! Our server was new-ish and not fully trained on the menu but she was friendly and our food came out as ordered. Our coffee never ran out because someone was always walking around the restaurant filling up cups. -Chicken Fried Steak and eggs: this was realllly good and a pretty big serving. -Bebo's platter: 2 scrambled and 1 fried egg with hashbrowns, meat and toast was the perfect size. -Kid's Pancake: this was huge and enough for 2 kids to share. We looked over the lunch/dinner menu and plan on returning for a burger. Glad to have such a great diner on our way home from camping trips! I honestly dont know who would give this place less than the highest rating possible, as it was the some of the best, if not the best catfish, shrimp fries, pinto beans and cole slaw Ive ever eaten. No joke this was awsome and Ive eaten my share of the like. Its a no frills, funky little place that really does what they do incredibly well. I was seriously impressed and will be stopping by again when Im in the area. Everyone in our group had fish and fries, except me and my wife, we had fish and shrimp with huspuppies, fries, cole slaw and pinto beans but we all agreed that we would try something different the next time. And it was really really packed. the servers were doing everything they could keep and under the circumstances they did just fine. this is a well-dressed , filled with Incredible things to look at if your of the automotive type. Just heard about this place after living in arrowbrooke neighborhood for 2 yrs. what a great place. Catfish is the best.

We tried this place twice as we are moving to the area and wanted to make it one of our places to go. Our waitress was a doll. The first time we went, the food was excellent. We had the special which was some chicken spaghetti thing. The second time we went, we were eating our food, although it wasn't as good as before, it was ok. We had the same waitress, and she was great. Here's the problem: as we sat there eating on this Tuesday afternoon, a guy came in, clearly from a pest control place (Denton county pest control) and he was spraying all around the baseboards and in the booths and down the little hall around the office. Then he went to the kitchen/bar area and was spraying there. We were watching this whole thing and so was another table of customers. I waved at our waitress and she tried to tell the guy, and the guy just waved her off and said he wasn't spraying over there by us. And he was clearly annoyed. We told our waitress to bring our check, and we were actually owed a dessert that came with our meal. We declined it. I asked who the owner was, and she pointed to this woman sitting at the bar working on her laptop, so I walked over to her and told her what happened. I told her we had really wanted to add this place to our regular restaurants since we are moving into the area, but that in light of them letting pest control spray while customers were there eating, we would never come back. To which she replied, "well don't blame that on us!" And I thought, "wow, really? Who SHOULD we blame it on? The waitress?" I blame two people here: the owner of Bebo's and DENTON COUNTY PEST CONTROL and their rude employee. I should've called and reported him too. Ridiculous. read more

Worst place ever!! The Co-owner Stephanie was very rude. We were a party of 25 people from our church and at the time to check out she added 30% gratitude not letting us know and some of us added additional tip, when she was questioned she was very defensive and rude. I asked her for her name and she said that her name was Stephanie and that her mom Kathy was the owner and she was the Co-owner. We will never come back to this place. We discovered this unique gem while driving around...we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. We ordered burgers with onion rings, fries and a side of mozzarella sticks...really wanted to try their desserts but was too full from the large, juicy and delicious burgers we had. Even though the fries were not fresh cut, the burgers were definitely fresh along with the fixings. The onion rings were quite tasty as well ( the crinkle fries were good but couldn't measure up to those burgers...YUM!) Though this quaint, eclectic, home-style cooking cafe is a bit of a distance from where we live, I would go back in a heartbeat! We tried this lovely cafe and absolutely had a wonderful time. My wife and I ordered the huge chicken fried steak..we could only eat half and I had the leftover for two more meals. $12.99. Had a side of mashed potatoes and side salad. The portions I saw of other patrons were also large. Our waitress was a sweet country girl who was very attentive. The owner and manager both came around to check on us several times and also just to shoot the breeze. Made us feel like family. I'm not a big Elvis fan but they had an Elvis impersonator there who was as good as I have ever seen. He was very attentive and sweet to the audience especially to the little senior citizens who were up and dancing to his music and giving him hugs. He was there from 6-9. His last song was Elvis's "American Trilogy" and as he dedicated it to the members of law enforcement and the military; everyone, in the cafe (about 50 people) stood up in a circle and held hands while singing along with "Elvis". Neat and interesting decor especially if your like Texas stock car history and Elvis. On a Sunday morning, I decided to try this place for breakfast. I ordered the 2 eggs, 2 meats and 2 slices of bread meal. I asked for sausage and bacon for the meats. The sausage was a little greasy, but not bad. The problem on this particular morning was that there was only one waitress that needs a lesson in customer service! When she brought my meal, she didn't ask if I needed anything else (like jelly for my toast). So, I had to walk up and ask her for some. Also, I had ordered coffee and only got the original cup! Even when the waitress filled the cups for two customers sitting a couple of tables away, she never bothered to look over at me, much less even think that I might need a warmup or refill. A sign in there reads: BYOB. I guess for breakfast it should say: BYOC! One more thing, there was an older couple that waited to check out for at least 10 minutes. I stood up there for about 5 so that I wouldn't miss being able to pay out if she ever came. After the older couple paid their bill and one other behind them, I stepped forward to pay and the waitress was just going to walk away!!
