I am happy to announce that Amazin Nails did a wonderful job rescuing my botched nails. They are strong, healthy, and look great, and it's been over a week now. Not only that, but it was even cheaper than other salons I've been to! Finally, I appreciated the lovely atmosphere, clean work environment, and excellent customer service. Everything about this experience was a check in the plus column! I called desperately needing some relaxation and self-care, Tim answered and asked what I was looking for and when I wanted to come in. Luckily they had a spot for me right around the time I would be done with adulting chores that I've barely had time to do lately. I almost fell asleep in the chair during the massage with hot rocks (also the calming YouTube videos showing people harvesting and choking food in the country in Vietnam that were playing). I have fat lady sasquatch legs and Jennifer didn't bat an eye like some nail techs have in the past. Looks gross but I'm clean lol... I just don't shave them unless it's lake season, I'm sure other ladies out there feel me on this!!! Jennifer spent more time talking to me than talking to others around which is super respectful and very much appreciated. She was very attentive, making sure I knew where my nails were breaking and asking me how I wanted them tended to, asking about the rash on my foot (making sure she wouldn't hurt me but also asking in a way to make sure it wasn't communicative without hurting my feelings - as a beauty school dropout I can confirm they are 100% supposed to do this per dept of pub health just so any newbies know - and mine is from stress in case anyone is wondering lol). When you're already stressed out, going to a new salon can leave you feeling a bit vulnerable and I'm SO HAPPY with how this turned out. Work has been INSANE lately so it honestly might not be long before I'm back for more. (This is by far the most my foot stress has ever flared.)
