I was a customer for approximately four years at this salon. During that time I got a manicure at least once a month and I was usually pleased with the work tho I never got anything extraordinary. Besides it wasn't so much the work I am unhappy with but it was the way I was treated. the longer I was a client the less I was treated with respect or shown any value. More than once I was made to wait after another client walked in without an appointment even though I did have an appointment and a couple of times I was seated at the manicurist table!?! It wasn't a rare event either. And it wasn't a ten minute wait but it could be an hour or more. There's a saying that familiarity breeds contempt and that's exactly how it felt to be sitting there overlooked and ignored. And every time I arrived for my appointment regardless if I was on time or early I was told to hurry up selecting a color. I always felt rushed no matter if the salon was busy or not. Another complaint that wasn't addressed is they rarely added new color to their stock especially for gel powder manicures. I was a customer for over four years before I stopped going and in that time the color options were the same until it was towards my final visit when they finally added a few new colors. On more than one occasion I had to stop at Sally's to buy my own color because their selection was the same every visit and it was boring. The manicurists were nice enough but once I had been a regular customer I was given little to no respect and it was obvious I had no value as a customer. It was very upsetting and I left the salon many times vowing to myself that I'd never return but I would try to dismiss the way I was treated and I'd go back hoping it would get better but it only got worse. the day of my last appointment it was the worst. I was again made to wait while the manicurist took care of another customer who had come in after me so I walked to CVS to kill time and while I was there I told a cvs employee why I was upset. The clerk was amazed I had tolerated being treated the way I was once let alone countless times. I knew she was right but I went back to the salon thinking they'd be ready for me but they still were with the customer who had come in after me and I was told to sit down and I continued to wait. After waiting at least another ten minutes I got up to go and told the shop owner I was not going to stay. I know it was obvious how upset I was and the shop owner laughed at me out loud. It was extremely disrespectful, rude and it was some of the worst treatment of a customer I've witnessed. I didn't say another word and left and I will never go back. To be disrespected the way I was by the staff at bb nail salon needs to be shared. I don't know how other people are treated but I was treated terribly and it got worse every time and that's inexcusable. I don't recommend Bebee Salon to anyone for a variety of reasons. I didn't deserve the way they treated me. No one deserves it. read more

I went in for a basic pedicure with gel color. It was my first time, and honestly, I won't be back. Customer service was pretty lackluster. The guy handed me a handwritten menu--definitely not the most professional first impression. I chose the basic pedi, which was $35, and gel color was an additional $10, so I expected to pay $45. At checkout, I was charged $50. I asked if that included a tip--she said no. When I mentioned that I thought it should be $45, she just stared at me and acted like she didn't understand. Super frustrating. On top of that, my feet felt worse after the pedicure. Whatever they used left my skin dry and itchy, which has never happened to me before. No attention to detail, no care, and cheap products. Total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. read more

This place is very dirty. The nail tech who did my nails cut my cuticle a few times and just put a cuticle cream over the bleeding cuts, wiped it with a towel and just put polish over it (the nail polish brush got my blood on it) It was so unsanitary and I almost said something about just canceling the service. After my service he put the tools he used on me back in his container he got them from without sanitizing them. A different nail tech had to fix my pedicure because a lot of nails were half polished. I hate leaving negative reviews but it was so unsafe and unsanitary. I SCRUBBED my hands and feet when I got home because I was so worried about getting an infection or a nail fungus. The techs there seemed nice but I will not come back here due to the lack of basic cleaning/sanitization. read more

Went during a family girls day for a pedicure and could not recommend this place less. Dirty when you first walk in (was greeted, which was nice) -the tools didn't come out of a steam disinfectant sealed bag. -the service from the younger nail tech was not worth the $$. Parts of my nails didn't have polish. I was the last to get started and the first to be finished. (For the same service as my family members. -When he was "done" he grabbed his phone and went straight to his chair which seemed more important than a paying customer -when I alerted someone my nails weren't completely painted, they started laughing after speaking to each other to let my tech know he needed to fix his work. -My tech went to different station drawers trying to find tools to fix my nails. I went in to have acrylic nails removed. I was told to wait a just a few minutes. 6 people came in after me w/o appts. For pedicures. The 2 other techs that had been working on nails switched to pedi's and bypassed me. I was told it would just be a few more minutes. Now only one tech is doing nails and he's just starting to apply the acrylic and that's who I was supposed to wait for after already waiting 30 minutes. UPDATE: Sometime ago I went back to BB Salon because despite having had a negative experience there I also had many good ones so I wanted to give it another go&I'm very glad that I did. Since I returned its the only salon I patronize. Because my manicures are always done so well people often ask where I go&without hesitation I recommend BB Salon. It's a clean facility, the staff is friendly+professional+my manicures always look great. Pedicures are such a treat&BB has incredibly relaxing treatments while still softening tough skin. I've been a regular customer there now for quite awhile&I always feel welcomed+appreciated as a client which for me is as important as their skills+its always a good sign when you see smiles on the other clients which I do whenever I'm there. My only complaint is there aren't enough color options for powder dip manicures. PLEASE GET MORE POWDER COLORS! read more

I used to like this place, but I won't be returning. 2 weeks ago I came in got a new set and a pedicure. The pedicure was actually pretty decent. However the man who did my nails cut my cuticles extremely short and it hurt a lot but it didn't bleed so I let it go. Within 1 day my nails had little bubbles that had formed that were discolored. Within 2 days my nails turned brown. I didn't have time to go in until now. I tried to go in today and ask about them. They said it was probably bc of makeup or something. Nope was there within a day. Whatever top coat they used was the problem. My mom and I also got pedicures today. We waiting over an hour (Understandable it is a weekend) but they spent less than 15 min on our pedicures total. Massage was more like she put lotion on my legs and moved on. She also trimmed my nails and didn't file them so they're pretty jagged. I'm extremely disappointed. I wouldn't write a review unless I truly felt it was necessary. read more

I was shocked we tried to explain to her and she said " no why would I do that that's ugly". The new guy isn't social and doesn't ask what you want. My nails ended up short and lumpy. My daughter's were the same and left with a sizeable gouge out of her finger. We will not be going back. Had a great experience here. On a Saturday morning 6 of us women & girls were wanting manicures and (me being the) one wanting a pedicure, we called promptly at the 9am opening time. We were able to be booked at 10:30am for us all. The shop had a bazillion different colors to choose from. I picked a blue. They took me right away and seated me in the massage pedicure chair. She wiped it down beforehand. I watched her add the salts and she made the water warm enough for me...not too hot and not warm. I enjoyed the massage chair tremendously! LOL She was quick, efficient and made sure I was comfortable at all times. It was your standard pedicure, massaged my feet, ankles, and calves. Cleaned up my heels. My daughter went first for her manicure. She didn't have much for nails but they oiled sanded them and made her nails look beautiful and she picked out a blue color as well! She enjoyed her manicure. I overheard the man asking her if anything was hurting or burning, her response was no. The other ladies all had a fine experience and enjoyed the pampering. We all felt we got our moneys worth and were not at all rushed out. Very clean establishment. Take ATM/debit cards. Bathroom. Magazines to read. Comfortable environment. Comparable prices. If you want lazy work with no effort, this is the place! When my adolescent asked for white polish with glitter and a flower, she was told "No" because the flower won't show under the glitter coat. When I asked why would you put the flower under the glitter coat? Can't you put the polish, glitter, then flower? She said "No". When we initially asked for the white with glitter polish, without hesitation, physical movement and without looking, she said "No". I had to suggest throwing a glitter coat over the white to begin with. She was rude, unaccommodating for simple a simple task. Unwilling to even listen to my daughter explain what she wanted. If you don't want to hear what your customers want, THEN DON'T ASK THEM! She was merely answering your question. Save your money for business owners that actually care about the quality of service they offer, have adequate customer service skills (being in a service industry), has some sense, if common is hard to come by and that ask question they really want the answer to. read more

Asked for ombré French stiletto nails, what she did was NOT ombré it was streaks of white and pink it looked awful. I asked her to stop, after one nail, and just do a classic French tip. She muttered something under her breath and cut my finger taking the acrylic off. She put pink acrylic on all of my fingers, I asked again for white tips, she told me that's later. I asked about 18 times for white tips. She gave me glitter tips. I told her no, I wanted white, she got even more mad saying I didn't tell her that. I did want glitter on the PINK part of my nail only. She argued with me over what glitter to use. She didn't like the color I picked. I would have walked out but I had a special event the next night and didn't have time to get my nails fixed after this. I ended up with jagged, rough, bumpy nails that look unfinished and something you'd get at a beauty college. Her attitude was disgusting. I don't recommend anyone go here. read more

Trai is the best! He's quick and consistent. Probably best to make an appointment but they do take walk-ins as well. I appreciate their single use items like nail files and callus scrubbers. They throw them away after one use and they have a sterilizer out on the floor. read more
