So my mom and I made an appointment with them a week prior so we didn't have to walk in because we wanted two full sets and two pedicures. I did my pedicure first and my mom did her nails first. So after my pedicure I went to sit for my nails. At first everything was fine and I was having a good experience so far. Well the lady who did my nail set seemed very annoyed while doing my nails. I didn't think much of it and didn't say anything even after she was rude multiple times while doing my nails. She seemed in a rush so she could another girls nails that was a walk-in even though I made my appointment a week in advance. After my nails were finished and she started the other persons that was waiting I had walked outside for a couple minutes to take a picture of my nails. That's when I noticed the white on my French tips were smeared down. I had went back in while my mom was still getting her toes done and I mentioned it to one of the other staff and he agreed that they were smeared. I have an important event this week and so I wanted them to be fixed. Instead of her fixing them she instead told me I was wrong and that I had no reason to want my nails redone. This all happens within 10mins of my nails being finished. Then she proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I'm just mad that they aren't "perfect " which in reality for the price they charged they should've def looked better. I never expected perfection. All I asked was for the polish to be redone with how bad they looked and instead I got yelled at and told I was wrong even though I was a paying customer. She had told me she'd fix them at first so my mom went ahead and paid while she was sup to "fix" them. As soon as she watched my mom pay she immediately refused to fix them and so I told her take the polish off and I'd go elsewhere because I refuse to be treated like that. I've never had such a bad experience at a nail shop. She refused to refund for what she messed up. I will never go here again and I will never recommend them to anyway. She was so disrespectful and rude I left in tears. The vibe was good at first till I got to her then vibe switched and was absolutely horrible. read more

I am so sad to have to make this review as I have always frequented this nail salon. I went in on Friday for a manicure and pedicure, my pedicure was amazing! The issue was my manicure, the man who did it was extremely rough when removing my cuticles and filled my nail beds way to much, he then got gel polish all over my cuticles and gave me a half ass hand massage, it was awkward and the worst experience I'd ever had in there. I let them know I was not happy with the paint job so one of the girls offered to fix it, she had to file the gel polish off so while she was able to fix the paint job my nails are destroyed now and hurt due to being so thin. I would have been somewhat more understanding but they made me pay for the manicure after all of that and when I tried to explain that I was not paying for this service they pretended to not understand English so I just ate the cost and moved on. I've been going to Crystal Nails off and on for a few years now. My last experience was rough. No one touched my cuticles and put a full set on my nails. They did do their best to match the design I showed them and were really accommodating time wise (I called shortly beforehand). What a horrible pedicure! Went in and it was busy so I waited for a bit which was fine and I was willing to wait. The woman who did my pedicure was friendly but was really rough and grinding away on my feet. I get pedicures every month so this definitely wasn't needed. I did say to her to be careful with a couple of nails while filing as she was hurting me. This place is unsanitary. They reuse their pumice scrubbers. I'm going home to sanitize my feet. I don't think they clean their tools. I'm disgusted. They scrubbed my feet then threw the pumice in the foot water and then when they were done tossed it back into their cart to reuse on someone else. read more

I was a regular customer here, but I will no longer go here. The last few times they've rushed so fast to get my nails done, they've cut me. However, the last time I got a new girl, table #4 & she was by far the worst I've had there. I told her she was hurting me & she mocked me & ran the nail file on her skin & said "see, it doesn't hurt" I'm including pictures that I took the next day (should've taken them sooner so you could see the swelling.) Also, the owners wife refused to paint my daughters nails the color she wanted. My daughter wanted 2 nails with silver glitter only, she refused, insisted she put purple polish under the glitter. We had to come home & fix it ourselves. Also, the newer older gentlemen did my #3 pedicure & he also cut me (pic included) and did not remove the callouses on my feet. So disappointed. Getting your nails done shouldn't hurt. I tried Beautiful Nails today on North Market & their prices are comparable & they did not hurt me once. Give them a try. read more
