Well, after going here so long you think you would be welcomed!!! I also take my daughters (9and 11) for manicures. It doesn't matter if you have appointment or not they will take others over the little girls who are patiently waiting. For God's sake! I pay the same manicure price as anyone else. They made the girls wait 1 hour exactly. I got so upset and told them that was so rude while they have been waiting but they kept taking other people. I actually asked the manicurist to stop my pedicure and do the girls. It's mostly the manager. She is rude and picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to. Tony and his wife are great! I also love Kim. To bad I won't be going here again or taking my girls. Wouldn't even recommend friends any longer. DON'T MAKE PEOPLE WAIT when they made appointments!! read more

The absolute worst manicure. Uneven, messy and they didn't even remove all of the acrylic from my nails. My nails are uneven, I got burnt multiple times and I could have done a better job painting my nails myself with my left hand. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! read more

I wanted to update my review for the new owners over the past couple years. I am beyond impressed with the services and kindness I have received. The customer service has always been on point, friendly and welcoming. First off, I really appreciate that the pedicures start with a fresh liner in each of the soak bins and new tools. I often don't see other salon taking this into consideration and really appreciate this extra step. With any services I have had, the nail technician has taken their time and really made it worth while. I absolutely looove that the pedicures not only come with great foot scrubs, but with exfoliating leg scrub as well as the massage (which is usually extra at other places). I love this place!! What a nice little surprise and so close to my house. It was recently taken over by new owners. I never tried it out under the old owners, but I highly recommend giving the new owners a chance if you previously had a bad experience. June did such a great job; I will continue to ask for her when I stop in. She took her time and was attentive to detail, but didn't take so long that I started getting restless. I came here because my normal nail salon down the street was too busy, and..well..I've had better. I got a regular manicure and it was basically a glorified nail painting. It was only $13 BUT you get what you pay for. The manicure lasted about 10-15 min which didn't give her enough time to do anything. The biggest disappointment was when she dried my hands/nails with cheap tissue paper instead of a towel (ewww!). They also laughed at a few customers for coming in late which was kind of weird. This place is sufficient if you're in the area and you want some pampering done, but I would go elsewhere if I had the time and opportunity. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon and the place was pretty empty. They managed to fit me in without an appointment, although I waited forever to be called by the attendants. I absolutely LOVED how clean and neat this salon looked, the chairs are all updated and very comfortable, and everything seems sterilized and safe. Besides the cleanliness and new chairs though, the whole experience was pretty average. **Wait Time** I was told 10-15 minutes, which, as you've probably gathered from the last few reviews, really means 30-40 minutes. I was getting quite antsy but someone called me over for a pedicure just before my patience had time to fully dissolve. ** Customer Service ** Kim was the one who did my nails and service, she was really quiet, which I appreciated, but she seemed kind of irritated the whole time. I felt like she did everything really efficiently though. I just wished I didn't feel so uncomfortable through the whole thing. **Polish Quality** I chose a lavender OPI shade and sat for the recommended amount of time, I even made sure to ask if everything was good to go / touched the polish for hardness. I did notice that all the polishes on the rack were a little old looking, with indications of formula separation in them, but I figured I'd still rather do normal polish than gel. Three hours after my visit, I swear I didn't touch anything, but my big toe is chipped. So unfortunate. That stuff should definitely have been dry after 3+ hours of walking around. ** Price ** $30 for a zen pedicure included a sugar scrub and callus removal, no massage, plus all the fluff of a regular pedicure. Was decent for the price! The starting rate for the pedicures are $25, manicures are $13 for the basic one. $38-45 in the pedicure category will get you lavender or rose baths, and more. Overall, super underwhelmed by this place yet I'll probably go again because I love me a clean nail salon. Hopefully my next experience is better! read more

Extremely nice people. They made my first time a good experience. My pedicure came with a foot massage, which I didn't expect, plus a back massage from the chairs. Though it was hard to understand their accents, we all laughed while watching tv. They gave us free bottled water when we were thirsty as well. This most recent visit my friend we made an appointment, were there on time and they didn't begin our service until 30 minutes and 40 minutes later. This is disappointing because we made appointments for a reason. They apologized, which was appreciated, however it was still disappointing to have such a discrepancy with the time. They are very friendly when you are having your nails done though. And some of the best nail polish colors I have ever seen, especially the gels. read more

Kim is terrible. My nails are mis shapen and uneven and when I tried to fix them she said this is what you want. I have to have my nails short for work and I tried to have her glue the white further down so it actually looked like I had white tips when she cut them and she wouldn't do it. My favorite nail salon for pedis!! Every pedicure. I have had here has been a great experience. A few times I felt like the massage was never going to end.. that never happens usually I feel like places will rush the massage. I Als ways get the higher priced pedis but it's always worth it, and it's still reasonably priced. Manicurists are professional and friendly and it seems to be a nice workplace. I can't stand nail salons where you can feel the tension amongst the staff. They are also really clean here too, which is always appreciated. I have also had gel and acrylics here and no complaints there also! It's a bit harder to get in as a walk in so I usually call. They are open on Sunday's even though the sigh on door and Yelp says they are not. They have a really nice selection of pedicures w all kinds of different lotions.
