Was so disappointed with the service, my family came to town for Thanksgiving and we decided to go get manicures and pedicures. This was the only place that we found open on Friday. The place was so dirty and after I had mentioned to the owner several times, I did not like my nail beds filed, she continued. No!!!!!! Don't Do It Ever !!! So I decided to try a new place I haven't been to. HORRRRIBLE worst Job Ever! Why didn't I look at reviews b4 I went. Rude, bad service, very dirty from dust to dirty cleaning tools. I went from an Asian lady helping me to an Asian man helping me with long dirty nails. I let them know simple nails with tip and color light pink. It seems lik they don't care let's Get this person in n out. Quality horrible . Lady told me go to the guy he does better" Me no do too good"! He do better!! Wrong .... I let him know my nails appear to look lik I need a fill acrylic wasn't down by my cuticle, bumpy and not straight I was in n out in 15. Guy didn't give me any color he just put a clear coat and charged me. After the lady told me to go to the guy the guys had just got Done with a client he didn't a set for her. I sat down he used same nail file and had solution in this really dirty container with lik clumps of dirt n debree he jus filled it up with more solution that he already used from previous lady . The actual nail was glued to my skin he just got his nail and ripped them apart 'yes painful' but he didn't care I just wanted to leave. HORRIBLE !!!! I don't even know where to begin with this joke of a business. I went to Bebe's nails with my aunt on Thursday 03/04/21 and here are a few of the terrible experiences I had on my first time there: 1. The lady who did my pedicure (not the manager), was nice however my pedicure came out horrendous. The first polish kept lumping together and the paint kept coming off. She had to completely redo 2 of my toes because of how bad they looked. At this point I went to get my gel manicure done. While getting my gel manicure, I noticed the polish still looked terrible and clumpy so I asked her to change the color which she did. This new color polish ended up looking fine while applying it but as it dried it started to look weird and had the appearance of toenail fungus! 2. The man who did my gel manicure was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was recommended to him by one of HIS coworkers to my aunt whom asked him to do my nails. Upon removing my old acrylic pinky nail, this man was a bit abrasive and when I retracted my hand and told him "that hurt" he jokingly replied with "you baby." (I don't know if he was trying to be humorous but this was my first time meeting him and I don't know him well enough to joke around. ) I responded to this with "um NO, that is just common courtesy not to hurt someone." You don't talk to someone you just met that way, it gives a bad impression of your work ethic and is downright offensive. 3. The same man who did my manicure started clipping my old acrylic nails with the nail clipper and as he would do this he would FLICK the loose piece of nail with his finger. I found this absolutely childish and unprofessional. On one of his little flicking episodes, a piece of nail hit my mask to which I immediately told him it hit my face. He straight up denied it and said " no it didn't." I told him it did and then he stated " Well you asked for me right?... the man of the house!" No I did not ask for him...his COWORKER recommended him to me. This comment made me think he doesn't want business and did not want to do my nails. 4. I initially only wanted a pedicure but the lady manager convinced me to get a gel manicure too as she said she'd remove my old acrylics for free. She told me I would be charged $25 for a regular pedicure and $18 for a gel manicure, to which I agreed. At the end of the visit, I was told by the male employee my total was $50 to which I replied "no I was told it was supposed to be $43 total." He then asked me if I received the "sea salt" which I did however, I was never asked or told that the "sea salt" was an additional $7! 5. My aunt had a full acrylic set done and 4 of her nails fell off in 2 days! She went back and asked them politely to do fills on those nails that fell. The manager rudely told her "no you need to get a full set." My aunt was NOT about to pay a dollar for nails that fell of after 2 days! After going back and forth, the manager finally agreed to do her nails. It was as though the manager wanted to take her anger out on my aunt and was so abrasive with her nails that it HURT. When my aunt immediately told her to slow down, the MANAGER replied with "Well next time you pay for a full set" to which my aunt retorted "well there won't be a next time because I am not coming back." I've never had a worse customer service experience. They are rude, unprofessional and do a terrible job. Those most disappointing thing about this business is that the management is just as if not WORSE than the employees. I'm usually a reasonable person and I will verbalize what I don't like immediately so that the manicurist can fix it quickly. However, the behavior of these people makes even the most reasonable people feel outraged. I will never return and I will make sure others hear about this experience. read more

This was my first time in this nail salon. After waiting 2 hours & 3 walk ins going before me that came in after me, it was finally my turn. I received the fastest and worst mani I have ever gotten. I was told after doing dishes several times they would look better. Then was told I owed $25. Would you pay for this or no? What happened to taking the time to do a good job? For the record this picture doesn't do it justice. My nails are bumpy due to the debris left before painting my nails. Also I decided black on my thumb and pinky because they did not remove the previous black polish completely I had on those nails and was going to attempt painting over it with the color I have on the other 3. I have never been to a salon as unsanitary as this one. If I can leave a no star rating I would. I came to this salon 2 weeks ago for a pedicure and have developed an infection WITH PUS coming out from my big toe nail. The older lady with glasses was the one attending me and when she kept swapping between tools I noticed that none of the tools she was using were sanitized nor clean and had cuticle residue and nail left overs from the previous person. She tried cutting a semi ingrown nail on my big toe (wasn't bothering me much) and cut it too deep to where it was painful when she pulled it. I have NEVER had an infection from a pedicure and I would not suggest anyone to go here as now I have pus coming from the side of my toenail she had pulled because of their unsanitary tools. It is uncomfortable to walk and my toe has been sore since. My gel pedicure came out terrible and nails were unevenly cut to where I still had to file them when I came home to make them look somewhat better. read more

Went in a mani/pedi/nail take off, and was seated right away on a Thursday afternoon. Place is nice and small. Staff is friendly and he owner (I'm assuming) is super funny and inviting. He's always cracking jokes, very personable. They started me off for pedi and the older woman did a very good job. She took her time and didn't rush the process. Was very relaxing. Wish I would've gotten her name. Then I was seated down the younger make, who also did a very good job, very attentive. I don't know what kind of shine coat they used on my nails/gel, but it's awesome! They're still so shiny after the weekend. That's something I would never get going to DaVi/the mall. I would go there just because of the convenience but they're so damn expensive and the work is eh. In all my total was $65 or less. Not bad, still traumatized from DaVi's prices . My sister, mom and I came to this nail salon last Thursday. Although some staff were friendly, the lady who did my nails was a bit standoffish. I had asked for burgundy matte nails with medium length. I was so disappointed with it and my experience. I had to address the errors that were made more than once. She ignored me when I said the color was too dark, I felt like she was very rushed and knew I was right when she left the salon while my nails were still in the UV light, (she waved bye to me as she walking out too). I told my sister that I will never come here again. Oh, and my nails did not last an entire week. More than half are loose, two fell off. My sisters full set came out very nice, my moms mani/pedi were nice as well. Unfortunately, I did not get so lucky. read more

This place did a freaking horrible job on my sisters nails, as you can see in the pictures! The quality of the nails are bad then on top of that a bunch of cuts. My sister asked for glitter on top of the nails & instead they put these flakes. Also they aren't shaped coffin enough. All we asked is for them to be fixed but they wanted to charge her for fixing the nails when they are the ones responsible. read more

I am in the beauty industry myself and understand what customer service is supposed to look like even in a busy environment. The guy who was running the front desk helped the person in front of me, didn't acknowledge me and when I was finally able to get his attention was dismissive and looked irritated that I asked what the wait time was. Decided to walk out. Went down the street and I am totally okay with waiting at a different place with good customer service. The place itself didn't look as tidy as I would hope. It was my first time at Bebe Nails. I had the best leg massage before my pedi from the older gentleman in the place. Hurts so good. I will go back for a full body massage from him ($22 for 30 min $44 for 60min) Today is one week later, and not so much as a nick or peal on my gel polish. Wanted a gel manicure... I guess that was too much to ask. He used regular nail polish instead of gel, then put a gel top coat so after uv light, all my nails crinkled up and were ruined. He didn't bust my nails he didn't shave them he didn't even push back my cuticles. Lesson learned I will never go there again. read more

Worst customer service ever. They use the same tools for everyone and throw all the dead skin from your feet inside the tub where they wash and clean your feet. The manager/owner is rude and talks to others about upset customers. While I was there waiting, a customer left very upset because he was hurting her nail. horrible!!! i went to get a pedicure & it was by far the worst experience i've ever had. i hadn't gotten a pedicure in 6 weeks, so my nails were very long. the lady didn't ask if i wanted them short or long, she just proceeded to file them all the way down up until my skin started burning & i said "ouch". after that, she said sorry & still continued to file them down even more!! i asked her to only push my cuticles back & not trim because i was traumatized on how she aggressively filed my nails. she said okay & still trimmed them. once she finished that, she sprayed alcohol over toes & i told her that it was burning the ones she had filed way too much & still continued to spray more. idk if it's because she didn't understand me, but she looked new & that's why i didn't want to complain. besides the fact that she filed my nails CROOKED, the paint job was horrible! afterwards, the owner came up to observe my toes & he (along with another employee) started laughing at them. he still charged me & told me "see you soon". no way i am never going back again. i only go for the massage, but i'd rather do my own at home! read more

Went in for an early morning pedi. I don't live in the area so turned to Yelp. Hands down the best pedicure ever. I was a little nervous because she didn't ask what kind of pedi and after the time she took I thought it was going to be pricy. I had a man cut in mid pedi and gave me the best foot and leg massage a pedi could provide! They took about 45 min on me and charged me 23 bucks! If I'm ever in the area again I will be back, just wish I could find a place like this closer to home! read more

First time here. Wanted the full service pedicure and a simple manicure. Pedi started out okay. Told them I need callous removal on the side of my big left toe. Normally, the place I usually go (in Yuma no less), uses a lotion that is applied with gloves and dissolves it. You can't get it on your skin. Then they take an "egg" and gently rub it off. BeBe's however just soaked me in warm water and then took a CHEESE GRATER and begin to grate it off! I have a very large wound. I am on blood thinners and diabetic. I bleed for quite awhile and then they cut my cuticle on my right fourth toe. I have reported them to the California State Cosmetology Department! read more
