Then Lilia, who was working with a client asked if I could wait 20 min. I ran around the corner to a local shop and returned to have my nail repaired. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Going out of town and breaking a nail. You never know what to expect. One time my regular nail technician was like who did you let try and fix this. ‍ Anyway, Lilia was patient, confident and did an amazing job repairing the one nail. Thank you! As well as Angie! However, I recently went to get a pedicure and even though the service and price was decent there was one thing I did not like. I had to walk from the pedicure chair to another chair a few feet away to dry my toe nail polish. Normally at other salons, they give you those disposable sandals but not at Angie's. I had to walk on their floor completely barefoot after just receiving a pedi and it just felt so dirty.

I expressed discomfort and asked to leave, but the technician and the other technician (man) pressured me to stay and stated that my toe would stop bleeding. I told him my concerns about risk for infection and he stated that I wouldn't get an infection. I was significantly bleeding and the bleeding wouldn't stop. After this, I felt extremely uncomfortable and distressed. I also felt like they lacked empathy towards causing pain and discomfort. I have cleaned and treated my wound at home, and now I am monitoring it for signs of infection. I am still in pain. I am so upset about this. I am NEVER going back!
