Truly enjoyed me experience here. Top notch customer service from the moment we called and walked lvia the door. My friend who received no services was even allowed to sit next to me while I got my pedicure and enjoy the wonderful massage chair and nearly fell asleep. My pedicure was thorough and my toes looked great when I walked out of here. Considering I'd flown in the day before and somewhere along the way stubbed my toe and broke my entire left big toe nail. The technician who assisted me was a magician seriously. He was able to make that bad boy look brand spanking new and I left out of there feeling like a million bucks. Made an appointment but had to reschedule due to personal matters (which was fine). Upon arriving, got seated quickly. Asked for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was super basic and not well done. My feet were not fully scrub or exfoliated. I originally had a matte gel set on and the nail tech asked me to soak my nails and then she drilled the gel off, leaving my nails too thin. Over the course of five days after I have had three nails break. Extremely disappointing and painful. I've never had my gel nails break before. I took my niece with me and her manicure nail polish chipped away quickly. Now the best part...I asked for a holiday design I've seen online. It is a red French tip with a white and almond shape. But instead of red I got green. Bad mistake to give the benefit of the doubt. I called and tried to set an appointment and was told to come in they weren't busy. Little did they know I was already outside grabbing a coffee at a Starbucks next door. I arrived and every tech was busy. So I had to wait for a good 20 minutes. Why lie? Just make the appointment. The guy that assisted me was drenched in the smell of cheap cigarettes, he also kept coughing without covering his mouth and was the only person not wearing a mask. He didn't do a good job, it was a lazy job and very overpriced. Also, Why charge to remove gel if I'm paying AN EXTRA 20$ to put it back on! I decided to give this place another try because I haven't been happy with any of the other nail shops here in the valley. The last time I was here I got natural pink dip powder but for some reason the powder looked bubbly when it settled. This time I came for French almond tip nails. First the girl put some of the tips on crooked and she filed them in to more of a round bulky shape. I had to ask her to fix everything. She seemed rushed for some reason even tho they weren't busy, and i was actually being polite to her. When she was filing my nails in to the almond shape, she was filing too hard and she cut my skin! I went back to get fixed and not only did they ask me if I had it done there (I literally showed him my nails I know he saw because he watched) and then after I had already called previously to just "come in" because it would be simple I sat in the chairs for 20 min before I left. This picture is taken after my manicure and some of the gel polish is actually on my cuticle, giving it about a few days to start lifting! As you can see, not a lot of care was given to my cuticles even though I pointed it out to the lady initially. She started with filing my nails and my cuticles WITHOUT even soaking my hands even though I had cuts on my manicure from dryness. Then, she just went in with a drill bit that was TOO ROUGH and that's why my ring finger is cut. I have been getting pink and white for a decade. I know the different methods, and whether they know what they're doing right off the bat. Larry knew. Took a little over an hour and came out the length And look I wanted. He asked questions through it to make sure I was getting what I wanted. The place was clean and the tools seemed clean. The pedicure chairs were all new. The shop has been open for 2 months. I like that I called ahead and when I showed up they took me right away. I've been to so many shops that can't budget their time and I end up waiting, even with an appointment. They gave me a water, too. The one star I'm taking off is for the pedicure. I didn't get her name. She was clearly inexperienced. I got the second tier pedicure that included callus removal. She went over my feet once very briefly. I asked her to do it again and they still weren't gone. She had to get someone else to come over to get my ingrown a, which I can't get myself and is the reason I get pedis. Price was very high. $45 for a pink and white fill. I don't pay that in LA. But overall, I like the place. The problem with an Alpha Male Manager in a place full of women is that he would think that all of us would be OK with his mismanagement of walk-ins and not complain because he will escort you out and blame it on you for his ineptitude. So I went because my mom likes come here and I decided to give it a try. I live in Los Angeles but I'm from the valley so I knew about it but never went. Decided to give it a try. Got a mani and pedi, pedi was fine. Mani not so good. I haven't had a machine to my nails in 3 years. Only gel mani's and I get the cotton and foil soak off and they use a nail file for the rest. She put my fingers in acetone and used the nail machine whatever let it slide. One of my nails had split and told her about it she said okay. Proceeded to put the clear coat and mentioned to her again that my nail was broken puts glue and continues. 2 weeks later and this is what I get. My middle finger was the one she had put glue on. Ended up here WITHOUT reading the reviews first only because I waited more than an hour at a previous location. Should have just gone to Target to buy a bottle of polish and done my own pedicure! Def read all reviews and save your money going to this place. I walked in, was greeted and sat down immediately. BEFORE we were sat i asked if they did a Metallic Chrome finish for a pedicure and SHOWED them a picture of what I wanted and they said "Yes". Now I know most of these establishments say "yes" to not loose a customer, but if you're not familiar with a certain type of service, don't lie about it and over charge!!! I spent more than an hour in the pedicure chair while the older lady tried to figure out how to give me the desired shade. She didn't mention at all that I'd be charged for those attempts! She blamed it on different brands give it different shades of Metallic Gold. O.k. I'll take that, however at LEAST clean them up nicely on the edges. I'm a paying customer and I actually told her I'd leave her a good tip for any extra trouble, yet she seemed annoyed to have to fulfill her service! I mean if you're not about the CUSTOMER CARE then why are you there GIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE?! I read lots of bad reviews AFTERWARDS on the owner. Not sure if she was there or which one it was. If she was there then maybe she could give more care to the employees customer service! I was charged waaay more than what their posted prices are. And anything else should've been forementioned. At the time to run my card, the elderly lady said my card was declined. I instantly got an alert from my bank that my card was charged $1,557 (obviously my bank declined that amount) like WTF kind of scheme are they running here? Nice gel manicures and pedicures. Usually booked, but I've been a walk-in and gotten in within 10 minutes. Best I've found in El Centro.

I'm all for supporting good businesses. Lisa was friendly and we had nice polite talk. Inside is clean and they have a well oiled machine of workers ready to take on the afternoon hustle and bustle. I've never been one to write a review but this one is very much deserved. I walked in wanting the same color i had on which was a dark cherry color or something similar and the male worker who was going to be doing my nails (refused to provide his name) was not willing to help find something similar and kept handing me the nail colors for me to figure it out while being on his phone which I'm assuming was more important than the needs of his customer. Since he refused to help me i chose 2 colors on my own which looked similar. He proceeded to do his whole routine and once the color was applied it was nothing like what i wanted. Usually i shut up and just go with the flow of things even if it's not what i want but this time I spoke up and mentioned i wasn't a fan of the color. He then got upset, removed the color and aggressively handed me the colors again and told me to pick.. i once more asked him for his help in finding a darker color and he proceeded to tell me in an aggressive tone that he does not help his clients because they never want his help. Also said, I messed up his routine because I couldn't decide on a color and "next time come in knowing what i want" I then tried explaining he's going to have clients that do want help and will have some that don't... in this case i was asking for his help continuously and kept getting denied. I ended up picking out whatever color to make him happy since he was already speaking to me aggressively and raising his voice. I should've walked out but he threatened to charge me full price even when there was no polish on my nails so i sat there and dealt with his attitude for the remaining time. Once he charged me i asked for his name & he came at me with "you can speak to my manager" and started going off in his language to his manager. I then explained my side to the manager Larry and I've never felt so unheard and useless in my life. Shame on the dude who refused to help me pick out a color but got upset when i couldn't pick between them cause they were not what i was looking for. I've never had an issue with Larry but I strongly don't think his employee was right in this situation and I most definitely feel like he took his side once he hit me with the "he's been working with me for a very long time" I've been coming here for years but i will no longer be. I went in to get my nails done 3/30/19. when the girl started to place my tips for my full set, they looked like they were pointing in every other direction than STRAIGHT! I asked the technician kindly if she could straighten them (twice). When she put the third nail on, it was completely tilted. When I asked her to straighten that one, she made a loud sigh and tried first bending it to make it straight (how can you bend a nail that has already been glued down?). When I told her that that method did not work, she grabbed my nail and tried yanking it off... I yelled out in pain and pulled my hand away, only to look down and see that she had split my nail down the middle ( a quarter of the way down my nail) and it was bleeding. She did not apologize nor did she want to knowledge what she had done! She then reached out and grabbed my hand and tried to use clippers to remove the rest of the nail. without so much as dabbing the blood away, she begins to try and apply another nail on top of the injury. I pulled my hand back and told her that I did not want her to touch me anymore and that I wanted someone else and to speak to a manager. I was moved to another technician to have the issue taken care of. Finally Larry, the manager can over and stood real close to my chair (as not to further make anyone else aware of what had happened). As I explained what had happened and inquired how he intended to rectify the situation, he told me that he would have a talk with the girl, but other than that... there was nothing that he could do... (His words: after all it has already happed. And if I have any issues with it later, that I would need to bring in a doctors note to prove it). Never going back there again !!! Beware of this place! I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place really asked for it. I was here the first time in April 2019 for a gel color manicure. I sat in chair #3 with a lady who is a little older. She was being pretty rough and I figured it was only her so I didn't think anything of it. Fast forward to yesterday (June 12th 2019). I go back for a nail take-off and manicure. As I'm walking in I see one of the workers there so I smile and say hi. This girl just gives me the biggest disgusting look and doesn't even say anything. Unfortunately I get stuck with her. Clips my acrylics, soaks them in acetone, and then leaves! Yes! She left to go with another customer. So I'm soaking forever and the shit on my nails gets all over my fingers. She had the audacity to complain when I asked if she could take it off. It's your fault it happened, so fix it! Right? Not to mention , her license has been suspended since 2017. read more

Don't go to this place. If you walk in for a service with a gift certificate BEWARE. All the nail technicians will tell you something then overcharge you when you have to pay.
