I like the ombre nail look . The staff does a great job. I seek Kevin and he does my nails just perfectly.

I got a pedicure and the guy was very pleasant. He was good with the pedicure very detailed and careful. At first I felt Ify about a male doing my pedicure but he did amazing and the massage was 10/10! read more

This place is awful. I did a nail dio there and every one of my nails broke and they blamed it on me. Do not go here.

Kim is owner she's the best , 3 weeks no lift , clean ,appointments highly recommended

Been coming to this place for awhile now. Very fast an efficient. Very professional and friendly. Place could be a little more cleaner. Uv nail lamp is very dirty. Need to be wipe down with a Clorox wipe. read more

No words can even explain . Over priced and don't even know how to do custom nails I almost didn't want to pay but that's not how I am . I would definitely never go back here read more

Gel nails are fine but the service was awful! A woman employee yelled at my girlfriend over the colors, in a rude demanding manner. We waited approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes on Memorial Day, and only to be served by a rude employee. Did not hear her speak or yell at anyone else the way she did to us. Had we not already wasted over an hour waiting (which by the way, you can't book an appointment), we would have got up and left. The gloves she wore looked yellow and dirty. Not to mention, my French tip looks way to thick for my short nails. It costs us $25 each just for paint and gel! Most of all, my girlfriend was disappointed because her friends reccomended this salon, and she was expecting better service. Spend your money elsewhere, where they CARE! read more

Kim's Nails - French tip that's WAY too thick. The crooked white arch is very obvious. At the bottom, some nail polish on my hand - Nail Salons Near Me - El Centro, California

Went in for the first time for a manicure/pedicure, place was clean & smelled nice. Walked in, wrote my name on the waiting list. It was a Wednesday afternoon and the place was packed. Plus a couple people already waiting too so the wait time was about a 45 mins before I got called. So id make an appointment next time if you're wanting to get in and out in a decent time. Massage chairs are pretty nice and in tact, not like other places where they're falling apart lol. Ladies are nice so that's a plus. They took their time and did a good job. Overall: Pros: Place is clean, ladies are friendly, prices are okay. Cons: Gets very packed, MAKE AN APPT.! Long wait times. read more

This is the LAST time I'm going to Kim's, I called to ask for Kim specifically because I already knew most of the nail techs she has working there do a bad job. But once again I was stupid and tried who ever she recommended out. My big toes are still hurting, she didn't do my french tip straight and she left clear gel on my skin that I had to go back inside for them to remove, that's not even the worst part!!! The nail tech didn't put ANY LOTION ON MY ACTUAL FEET, only my legs, lotion didn't touch my toes not once. I paid $50 freaking dollars for some sorry ass job with no massage. Please save yourself the time and money and just drive to Lovely nails in Yuma, they won't disappoint! I'm so upset I literally cried when I got in my car. Please do NOT go here read more

I live in San Diego and they fit me and my Sister right in. The tech did a good job but I could not believe I had to pay an additional $5 for my cuticles to be cut. I got a full set & gel. Not included are you kidding me. Paid $45 most expensive nails I have ever had done read more

Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I have never been treated with such rudeness, disrespect and unprofessionalism. The male who was going to do my pedicure became rude and angry when i asked him not to cut my cuticles. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The owner was sitting there and never stepped in to de escalate the situation. It was embarrassing, humiliating, and frightening to have a man treat me with such awfulness. read more

I've been going to Kim's for a really long time and I'm a regular. However lately I've been getting g bad customer service and so so nails. I feel her employees complain to much about what you want done and give you an attitude. So does Kim from time to time. If I'm spending 60-100 dollars I want good customer service and a relaxing pleasant experience. I don't feel like I'm asking to much if I want no attitude or complaining when I'm paying for something done especially in these times when everything cost so much. Kim if you read this please work on giving better customer service! read more

Last time I was here I caked to let them know I was 5 minutes behind they told.me.no.problem I got here and they toldme.to bad you need towait.an hour now,.today I came back for the first.time and 3 teens came after me.and they.took care of my daughter and they forgot about me not only that another person came after and took her first, needles to say I left and I'm never coming back. I only cane because we called and they told us.no wait and we got here 5 min. Later and 2 people were waiting . Very bad customer service read more

The establishment is clean and there is wifi. And that's only good things I can say about this business. The service is horrible, the prices are high, the quality is mediocre at best. I don't live in this area but this is my grandmothers nail spot, so I gave it a try. I walked in and the owner Kim told me to write my name down and come back in an hour, so I did. When we returned I waited another hour for our pedicures. At he very least I expect a good job since the service was subpar yet the quality was just that, below average. Never recommending this place. read more

The ladies here get very upset if you call them out on a mistake and start chit chatting making you feel very uncomfortable came in for full set and pedicure a wax my nails where full of bumps when i asked for a nail polish was verY thick and old pedicure the lady Sandy gave me the rock to do it myself because I asked her to fix it she hardly even scrubed it until another lady came in to do what she started the quality of this place went down a lot they make you feel rushed and want to Charge EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING !!! I would have no problem paying their prices but they do not match the quality or customer service read more

I went in for a pedicure about a month ago. They did a good job there, but the environment is not very friendly. It was not very busy at the time I was there, so most employees were using their cell phones. I watched customers come in the door with no welcome. A few employees looked at them with annoyance, as if the customers were a bother. Customers waited while employees took their time finishing up whatever they were doing on their cell phones. When I was asked what color I wanted, I stated that I wanted white tip with a flower. I got white tip nails, no flower. I decided not to bother the employee with correcting that. It just didn't feel like a very customer friendly environment. In efforts to not bother the employees by going in there, I'll go elsewhere. read more

I was so disappointed in the way my manicure turned out. After waiting with nothing as much as a "hello we will be right with you", or any greeting at all, I was assisted by a younger man that did a terrible job. To start, he didn't say a word to me the entire time and left halfway through to go do a pedicure so I sat waiting. He wore the same gloves he used while dealing with my hands on the lady receiving the pedicure and after he came back he tried to continue my manicure WITH THE SAME GLOVES and seemed offended when I asked him to change them. He had no attention to detail and I had to repeatedly ask him to fix the uneven shapes my nails had and even after multiple attempts of me asking him to fix various parts they still are uneven and misshaped. He also painted them unevenly and missed spots (But managed to get gel all over my hands). The manicure massage is arguably the best part and unfortunately it was also sloppy and effortless. A child could've done better. Not worth the money and I'm embarrassed to even have them. I'm not one to post bad reviews but this is just absurd. They will not get my business or referrals. read more

No waiting time mid-morning. Had a pedi done by Tracy, she did a good job. She gave me a long foot massage. I don't think the equipment was sterilized. I just saw her put alcohol and use them on me. The file looked already used and was also used on my daughter. They should sanitize their equipment before every use. Also, they talked in their native language the whole time I was there. A tad unprofessional. read more

Zero stars!!! Worse manicure ever. I was serviced by a very small middle aged Asian lady, didn't get her name. She was very rough on my nails when removing the gel polish and when filing the top of them with the coarse block. She cut me twice when removing my cuticle and then she sprayed acetone out of a spray bottle onto my fingernails/fingers and it burned so bad. Because she scraped my nails so much as she was removing the polish then used the coarse block to go over the whole top of the nail, she left very noticeable streaks all across my nails that are still visible under the polish (regular polish, not gel). Then, she also didn't file the bottom of the nail very well after cutting them and they were left serrated. She didn't apply a base coat and just started straight with color. Also, she had me steep my fingernails in a small dish with acetone for a long time. I prefer when they use a cotton ball soaked in acetone and covered in aluminum foil to reduce the absorption by my skin/ nails and it will still work. It was the worse nail salon experience, I can't believe I had to pay for that and I still tipped her because she asked me if I wanted to pay before all the work had been performed. Don't go here and suffer pain and risk getting cut or your nails damaged!!! read more

I love the way they do nails here, but they n we'd more staff! It gets really busy and there is always a wait... Only three people do nails. I made the mistake of going the night before New Years... The wait ended up being 4.5 hrs just for Fills. Not worth it! read more

Went here for a pedi with my mom and sister in law. The 2 ladies that did mine and my sister in laws looked at us weird and started talking about us when we said "no color, just clear." When I finished I was the first one and before my polish could dry she made me put my shoes on and get up, instead of letting me sit next to my companions. There was nobody waiting. She kept hurting me and the files were used. Will not come back. read more

Extremely poor service and long wait. Lack of a professional attitude, speaking loudly, mouths full of food, one never knowing what they're saying. I set an appointment and still waited 1 hour more before leaving. When I asked I was told I could either wait or leave. Not going back read more

The last time I went to Kim's to get a pedicure and a manicure, I signed in and waited my turn nobody bothered to greet or acknowledge me they just ignored me and continued to play on theirs phone. There weren't that many people. I got up crosses my name off and walked out. When I was leaving then they wanted to stop me and ask me for help. I will never come here again. I would give it less than one star if I could. Woman who did my nails suggest a $5 tip. Awful service. Never again.

First time i went i waited 45min the work was ok i had a full set the second time i waited again this time an hour my nail tech had the nerve to make me wait so she can have lunch break between my services as i was also getting a pedicure she did a horrible refill with only resin not with the brush they looked bumpy and bad i just wanted to get out of there and then wow ! She had the nerve to round out my tip i gave her 2 dlls and she told me if i could give her 4 dlls so she could split it with the girl doing my pedi . Wooooow i never will be going there again ofcourse. read more

I love this place! I've been coming here since they opened. Natalie is the best. HOWEVER, I will agree with some of the other reviews that suggest they need more staff. The wait is always ridiculous (average I've waited is 1-2 hours) but if you're lucky to come on a slow day, you're in & out the door in about an hour. Friendly & professional. read more

This place has gotten so bad over the year. I have not been to this salon in over 2 years because I moved and I was in town and in need of a fill, which Kim has always done my nails prior to me moving, but the work she did was horrendous to say the least. She rushed and cut me several times and all I asked for was a fill and for my nails to be shaped the same way that I came in, idk what she did to mess up a simple fill but they are rounded and coffin when I specially said I wanted squared. At first I pick a bright color but when she painted them they looked so bad that everyone in the salon even told her they were ugly and she blamed the color! So I picked a baby pink since nudes don't really show the imperfection, now my nails are black and pink!! This has never happened to me before, the picture doesn't really show how bad they are but they are so ugly. I won't ever recommend her or her salon again. read more

At that moment I was like WTF!!!! (No tip).wanted to walk out but my niece was half way done. Then my sister (gel polish 30min) started telling me her manicurist lady was being rude too! I walked out of this nail Solon and will never go back. I have been coming here for about two years. I am African American, and this was the second time I experienced feeling discrimination from the owner Kim. I came in signed the sheet, marked the service I wanted, sat down to wait my turn. There was several ladies already being served, there was one person there ahead of me in which they called her right after I walked in. After waiting for about 15 minutes three others walked in and signed the sheet. Kim, walks over and looks at the sheet and began telling the 3 ladies where to sit to be served. She sat one of the ladies at her station. This would be the second time she has done this to me over time that I have gone to her Solon When I asked her why were these individuals taken before me? She tells me "you can go after them" and she walks away to her station and began the ladies nails that walked in after me. One of the customers that had just gotten down saw this and expressed to me that it was wrong. I told her yes it is, but I am going to leave and I will not come back. read more
