But at this salon my nails were completely butchered and nails were left at the nub that just the action of walking is painful. Nails toes have been throbbing all day even if I'm not walking. Then we get to the paint job. It was definitely the worst paint service I have ever gotten. There was paint all over my toes and I won't discredit that she tried to clean it up but it was just left worse. Tina was more interested in up selling me other treatments.  Tina was nice and welcoming at first when she tried to get my business, but when I declined, she turned into a nasty bitch. With her broken English, raised her voice at me. I paid to get a facial done and she did not do a proper job. LADIES, after the annoying up selling Tina tried to impose on me. I did my research. Cosmetologists may never inject the skin, use lasers, perform dermabrasion or skin peels (also known as chemical peels) treatments. Removing scarring, blemishes, wrinkles, microdermabrasion, chemical peels treatments are considered to be medical treatments.  Tina is a cosmetologist not a doctor. Don't  risk your life by allowing Tina to carry out any of the treatments her spa claimed can be performed. The type of treatments Tina can legally perform will be a waste of your money as they have minimal benefits. Save your time and money not to mention annoyance as well. Seek out an experienced dermatologist instead. If you are looking for beauty treatments, go to any of the reputable established salon in the area. DO NOT COME to Tina's nails and spa. This new salon owner is only interested in grabbing your money. You certainly will not feel relaxed and pampered at this salon. Check out the facts at the Medical Board of California. I tell the owner that and she says "oh yea you did say it was during your lunch, sorry the appointment before you was late". I got up and left. It's ridiculous. The salon only has one sink so when I was getting my hair rinsed and color added, the other lady needed to use the sink to rinse out coloring solution so I was removed from the sink to stand until she had her client rised out then when she finished then I was able to sit at the sink to get finished . I got framing highlights so just highlights around my face and I got a trim plus she did run a hair straightener in a few places and all that cost me was 125.00 dollars. I've been charged less at many other salons and I usually get all over highlights. This place is not transparent with their prices. I did like the haircut but I do think the highlights was a little heavy for my taste but I didn't clarify how thin I wanted the highlights so that's my fault.
