Ladies, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY at this salon!…read more I went in for a full facial. Tina, the owner, did a shoddy job. She did not cleanse and exfoliate properly and afterwards she just slapped on moisturizer. The whole treatment lasted less than 20 minutes. Tina was more interested in up selling me other treatments.  Tina was nice and welcoming at first when she tried to get my business, but when I declined, she turned into a nasty bitch. With her broken English, raised her voice at me. I paid to get a facial done and she did not do a proper job. LADIES, after the annoying up selling Tina tried to impose on me. I did my research. Cosmetologists may never inject the skin, use lasers, perform dermabrasion or skin peels (also known as chemical peels) treatments. Removing scarring, blemishes, wrinkles, microdermabrasion, chemical peels treatments are considered to be medical treatments.  Tina is a cosmetologist not a doctor. Don't  risk your life by allowing Tina to carry out any of the treatments her spa claimed can be performed. The type of treatments Tina can legally perform will be a waste of your money as they have minimal benefits. Save your time and money not to mention annoyance as well. Seek out an experienced dermatologist instead. If you are looking for beauty treatments, go to any of the reputable established salon in the area. DO NOT COME to Tina's nails and spa. This new salon owner is only interested in grabbing your money. You certainly will not feel relaxed and pampered at this salon. Check out the facts at the Medical Board of California. Medical on microdermabrasion, chemical peels etc. https://www.mbc.ca.gov/Licensees/Cosmetic_Treatments_FAQ.aspx https://www.mbc.ca.gov/Consumers/Medical_Spas.aspx

One had just started. The other seemed like she was almost wrapping up. So I sat and waited. 15min later the pedi is done. I see her walk over with the owner to a chair and the owner ask mani the lady responds full set. I was pissed. Clearly I wont be out by 1:30 as we discussed. I tell the owner that and she says "oh yea you did say it was during your lunch, sorry the appointment before you was late". I got up and left. It's ridiculous. I make appointments and I am on time because my time is valuable and I have an 8 month old at home. The professional thing to do would be one tell your late client sorry you missed your appointment. Or two.. tell your late client you have to wait after my on time client is done.. so disappointed
