Then Lilia, who was working with a client asked if I could wait 20 min. I ran around the corner to a local shop and returned to have my nail repaired. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Going out of town and breaking a nail. You never know what to expect. One time my regular nail technician was like who did you let try and fix this. ‍ Anyway, Lilia was patient, confident and did an amazing job repairing the one nail. Thank you! My nails are always pristine. I love Linda's, because it's a very personal feel. Linda knows all of her customers by name, what they like, and what's going on with their families. The salon only has one sink so when I was getting my hair rinsed and color added, the other lady needed to use the sink to rinse out coloring solution so I was removed from the sink to stand until she had her client rised out then when she finished then I was able to sit at the sink to get finished . I got framing highlights so just highlights around my face and I got a trim plus she did run a hair straightener in a few places and all that cost me was 125.00 dollars. I've been charged less at many other salons and I usually get all over highlights. This place is not transparent with their prices. I did like the haircut but I do think the highlights was a little heavy for my taste but I didn't clarify how thin I wanted the highlights so that's my fault. I wish I would of asked the price before I went in person..... I personally think I would of gotten a more reasonable price over the phone.

Instead of simply saying they don't offer it, Rosie responded by gaslighting me, telling me the photo I sent was "photoshopped" and asked, "Have you seen this in person?" I found that response dismissive and disrespectful. I'm Asian, and Korean perms are a very common and well-known service throughout Asia. If someone isn't familiar with it, a quick Google search would show that it's a legitimate and popular hair treatment. It's completely fine not to offer a service, but it's not okay to dismiss a customer or imply they're being misled because you personally haven't heard of it. Based on my experience, I didn't feel respected as a potential customer. I would hope businesses remain open to learning about services they don't currently provide and communicate with customers in a more professional and courteous manner. *im a frequent customer here, rose( nail artist) and alma( hair) are very inviting. As well as Angie! However, I recently went to get a pedicure and even though the service and price was decent there was one thing I did not like. I had to walk from the pedicure chair to another chair a few feet away to dry my toe nail polish. Normally at other salons, they give you those disposable sandals but not at Angie's. I had to walk on their floor completely barefoot after just receiving a pedi and it just felt so dirty.
