We came here on a Monday afternoon, got a pedicure for my boyfriend and myself. They were able to book us in the last minute and we were in n out within an hour. This place is Vietnamese owned and I believe it's a family business. NIA worked on my nails and she did a fantastic job on pulling out my ingrowns (ew I know). The price here is extremely cheap as well, but they do good and honest work. Nia finished up my pedicure with hot stone and hot towel massage, along with lavender lotion on my toesies. This place is extremely clean, with dividers between each person, all staffs wore masks as well. They clean up after each customer and spray the whole chair down with Lysol spray. PERFECT EXPERIENCE! I scheduled an appointment last minute to go with my friend and Vinh was happy to schedule me. I showed him what i wanted and he gave me exactly what i asked for. I never felt like it was just a regular nail salon, he's personable and actually takes his time. My girlfriend came home crying and this is what she told me "I went to v nails earlier they told me to come back at 12:30 so I came back and picked my colors and then Vinny said he couldn't do the flowers the way I wanted so I was like ok I'll just do a different design and I had to pick new colors and he said with an attitude You've been here 20 minutes and you don't have your colors? As I was picking my new colors he was being rude huffing and puffing and snapping his fingers at me and made me feel very uncomfortable and I didn't feel like paying $70 for a rude service so I said you're being kinda rude I'm just going to leave and he yelled at me in front of everyone saying No you're rude. Super unprofessional wouldn't recommend to anyone. Decent nails aren't worth the terrible attitude. Updating my review. I stand by the pedicures, never had an issue with Helen or Mia I believe, they're great. I decided to get my nails done here because I was tired of going to 2 different places and Vinny (I think) has done my nails a handful of times. They were always okay, not my favorite but definitely not bad. But I just went in without an appt and got a new lady. All I can say is, my nails have never been so ugly! I hate them; the shape is horrible, the paint is layered so badly and a lot of them have bumps and bubbles. And 2 of my nails are still sore and its now been 3 days since I got them done. She was a nice lady, but i've never wanted to rip off my nails so badly. I'm so embarrassed by them, that now I have to go find someone to redo them. Also, I feel like I was overcharged. I have never paid more than 30$ before when Vinny did them (that's before tip), but she charged me 40$ and I did not get anything special done; short nails, one solid color. I really don't think I will return unfortunately, which really sucks because it was so close to my home. read more

Called in asked if they had availability for 2 pedicures as next day was 4th of July the lady who answered said yes. Went in was greeted by the lady who I spoke to on the phone, she also worked on me, throughout the pedicure she seemed annoyed and not very friendly like she didn't really want to do the pedicure, but the nice pedicurist who worked on my daughter was very very friendly. If you didn't want me and my daughter as customers you could've said "we're all booked up today" when I called instead of squeezing us in and pushing other appointments behind. I liked the pedicures they're very nice, customer service from the older lady and attitude can use a huge adjustment, don't think I'm going back anytime soon. read more

Went to get a gel manicure last Sunday, within two days 1 nail chipped, it's been one week and most of the manicure is chipped. Very disappointed in the quality of work. The service wasn't great either, I felt like the person doing my nails was more interested in the TV than my pedicure, took 1.5 hours to be done. Probably won't be returning. read more

I chose this place because I saw good reviews and I had never gotten my nails done at a salon because it's cheaper if I did it myself, but I decided I'd treat myself and get them done by someone else for once. I went in for a pedicure and full set. I was a walk-in and they were good about getting me in a chair in a reasonable amount of time. The girl who did my pedicure was nice and did a good job. They line the baths with a plastic liner and wear gloves. The guy who did my acrylics was finishing up with someone else so I had to wait, which i didn't mind. I showed him a reference picture and he said they would have a color close to the color in the pic. He showed me a color on one of the rings and it looked good so I went with it. At first, he was friendly and helpful. But as more people started coming in, he was becoming more distracted and cared less about what he was doing to my nails. He scratched my hand a few times with the buffer block because he wasn't looking while he was buffing my nails and he burned some of my cuticles with the polishing tool. I noticed that after he finished with the nail shape he didn't cover to the edge of the nail and I thought he would fix it, but he didn't. When he started painting my nails, he just did a couple coats of the glitter polish and rushed through it to get it done. That resulted in the polish coming out uneven and lumpy when it dried, which sucks because most of the lumps are on the tips so my nails look weird from the side. Since it was glitter that I wanted, the glitter came out so sparse and unevenly disbursed that you can still see the nail and lines through it, which is not how the reference pic looked at all. There's even some blank spots where there's barely any glitter. He didn't even wipe off the dust off my hand afterwards, he just got up and told me the total. Overall, it was disappointing, especially because the other girls getting their nails done with the other two people had really nice looking nails and the other workers seemed to be paying attention to what they were doing. I'll have to go elsewhere next time. read more

This place is the best! I have been going to Hellen for over 10 years! She is a sweet and caring person. She loves her job and it shows in her work. The customer service is amazing, too. It is clean and sterile. They use the plastic liners for the pedicure and everything is so clean. The massage is fantastic during pedicure and manicure, they also use hot stones. I was blown away! The massage chairs are phenomenal, too. This place stands out from the others and once you go you will not want to go anywhere else. Thank you Hellen for all your hard work you do! Wow just wow! Horrible customer service and worst experience ever; I've never ever been turned away from a nail salon. Walked in to this place because I've heard good things about it and because it's fairly new and close to my home. As I came in I was greeted by a lady with glasses whom looked like in her late 40's and was doing nails. As I started to sign in she asked what I was there for so I replied two pedis and a manicure as my sister was going to join me, she rolled her eyes gave me a smirk and said sorry we are busy. There was only three customers when I was signing in and three nail techs, at no point did she offered me to come back or indicated wait time or anything only said sorry we are busy. It was only 4pm on a Saturday, for sure not coming back here! Went to Q-nails in front of Lowe's after this and I must say totally different atmosphere. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and there was more than enough nail techs to assist(counted nine!) with zero wait time! Next time Q-nails for sure, not bothering with V-nails again! read more
