My favorites, well I like them all but if I had to choose I might pick Lake Terrace because of the lovely view on the back patio and if you golf you're in luck. There is a golf course near the unit. I love #2 as well it's great if you have a larger group. All of the trailers have everything you need from a blender (wink, wink) to a barbeque. The décor well, the name says it all lol. Christmas trees, beer cans, Uncle Billy Bob's brief case (Tighty whities with a handle.) It's all decked out and we love it! I could write a book about how wonderful it is while visiting there. We highly recommend! Susie Miller, Homedale, Idaho

We rented 5 units and all of them had the same issues. Later we were told by the owner that they don't clean, they don't wash the bedding and they don't do dishes. They claimed that since we had chocolate on the sheet from kids, that they would have to wash all the bedding. It's crazy to know that they do not clean the bedding and get upset if they have to. It's very odd and unprofessional. Do not stay here unless you have your own RV. It's gross and she will ask for more money later to do the laundry that they should always do no mattet what.

Dan & Jamie said they even saw a moose and her calf coming up off the river. The pool is wonderful and clean. If you are tired and just want to hang out in the cabin, Jamie & Dan supply you with snacks, books, and they have a large library of movies you can choose from. This property juts up to a beautiful section of the South Fork of the Payette River. The hosts have set up many different seating areas overlooking the river. The property sits above the river and there is a cliff right next to the river, but with a couple of private trails that lead down to the property's own private beach areas when the river is lower. The crown gem of the property however is a nice little hot pool that is the perfect temperature for soaking. Our favorite times to soak were in the early morning hours and well into the night when it was nice and dark. The hosts had provided some nice floating equipment to use in the pool that were great for relaxing in the water and enjoying some epic stargazing. This property is in the wilderness away from town so the setting is perfect for this type of activity. And best of all...you have the whole place to yourselves. The hosts, Jamie and Dan, are some of the nicest and most helpful people and really care that you have a good time on their property. They are very warm and welcoming in their demeanor. They are always available if you need them, but they have a way of making it feel as if you have the whole property to yourself, which you kind of do. The separate cabin for the guests is small but super cozy. Even though there is not a kitchen, there is a fridge and microwave with a grill just outside the door. There are a couple of fire pits as well and so there are opportunities to cook over an open fire if you want to. We ate very well while we were there. The hosts also stock the cabin with a variety of different snacks and treats. There are also treats provided for you to feed their horse Legs if you so desire. Activities abound in this area and we are avid hikers, so that is where we spent a lot of our time, but we always loved returning after a long hike to just chill on the property and take it all in. We have stayed at a lot of different places like this, but Double J&D Hot Spring Ranch is probably our favorite. As I said before, the hosts are amazing and there are tons of things to do in the area. They provide their guests with a good range of activities and the property guide book has a good deal of information about the area with recommendations. And if you can't find what you're looking for, Dan and Jamie will probably be able to point you in the right direction. It was our second time staying there and it certainly won't be the last. We were only there for three nights, and I wish we could have stayed longer. If you decide to give this place a chance, I'm sure that you will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvinated as this is the perfect place to unwind, relax, and re-connect with nature.

I did not…read morefind them professional as they represent themselves on our evaluation meeting. they start managing our property September 2024 and by the end of April we canceled the contract. in May we came to check the property and enjoy some time in Sun Valley. upon our arrival we found a trash bin full of trash , multiple lights were burned , bathroom heater on , unlocked one of the doors to the deck , smoke alarm missing in one of the bedrooms, large bathroom towels were missing, some lights left on. The last guest was in Mid February, so the bath heater and lights were running 24h for about 3 months , and nobody from the MVP noticed anything as per they contract , they check properties every week. we were charged $275 for the fall maintenance, although they did not have any guest booking yet , and when we came multiple lights were burned and our electricity bill for three months was higher for $100 a month. We contacted them as soon we arrived and try to book the appointment to discuss about this. We managed to get an appointment after few days , and the owner Rachel took the notes. I had to contact her after 5 days to follow up. I got the email the next day , and to my surprise, she found after talking to her husband and stuff the only thing they will do is about the towels. so we were charged for the maintenance and found all the stuff above non acceptable, that we have to pay extra $300 for the electricity bill , to buy new smoke alarm and install, buy the lights bulbs and change them , buy the new shampoo/ conditioners that they misplaced . we got the answer from her that we as a owner need to take care of the house ??? I thought we hired the management company!! we are so disappointed that we find that MVP was totally negligent and unprofessional regarding to resolve the issues created by their team. even the payment from only one booking that they managed, came less than what we were notified by mail that we will receive. but they came with some expense excuse, and also when I requested the list of the things that were done during the fall maintenance ( they charge $275) , was not provided, they just ignored the request. this is a just my experience as a owner who hired MVP to manage our home for rental.

Everything felt easy. The service was anticipated, the setting beautiful without being overproduced, and the overall energy refined yet deeply comfortable. It's really the kind of place that lets you slow down without ever feeling bored. One detail I loved and didn't expect? The on-site ice rink. There's something charming and nostalgic about skating right on property, a small touch that ends up becoming a core memory. Add in the heated outdoor pool, wellness facilities, beautiful dining options, and miles of scenic surroundings, and it's clear this resort understands how to create an experience, not just a stay.
