I explained to her that I would be traveling a very long way (from South Hampton) and wanted to speak to someone about the process before investing my time. She said she would call me back and never followed up. I did go on to the salon's website and read up on the GK straightening system which unfortunately was not accurate. They mentioned having keratin as the ingredient in the product which it is NOT! I am a busy professional (surgeon) myself but make every effort to ensure my patients, new or old understand a procedure and have all questions answered. She mentioned to me that she has been in business for 30 years and owns 3 salons, none of which is relevant to the current situation. It is unfortunate to have two reviews, both from potential customers that did not even have the opportunity to come into a business to place a review. Good luck!

She is one of the only stylists I've ever been to that leaves me with the look I came in wanting. She's wonderfully kind and personable as well, so I always feel comfortable coming in to see her. I've recommended her to at least a dozen people who can't find a hair stylist who will listen to them and the ones who took my advice are all hooked! I must say that the environment there is very relaxed. The staff is like family, and I know that some clients consider that unprofessional. The casual atmosphere doesn't bother me at all as long as I feel I am a priority to them as a client.
