I came here on my lunch break because I work long hours and most BSS are closed by the time I get off work. This was the closest to my office. Anyway, as for the products, I came here looking for a specific type of synthetic braiding hair for box braids I plan to get this weekend. They did have the brand but not in the colors I needed. It was very difficult to tell what they had because everything is mixed around and out of place and the employees do not try to fix it. One employee actually said to me, "Yeah, it's all mixed around so it's hard to find anything." As for the customer service... this is the main reason I gave this place ONE STAR! I do not expect customer service to be perfect because I know that is not realistic in most businesses, sadly. But this was just awful. Here are some examples listed in the order of when I walked in to when I left: 1. As I walked in a man approached one of the workers and asked the worker how much a certain hat was. The employee responded by saying, "Oh I don't work here but that guy does," and pointed to the man behind the counter; who was servicing a very long line at the time. I then watched the employee who claimed he didn't work there pull out a key and open a jewelry display for another customer. Very odd... 2. I was searching for the hair I needed in the disorganized cluster of mixed brands/ colors while a woman who worked there was standing a few feet from me. I did not realize she was standing there or else I would've asked for her help. (I'm not one of those annoying people who stands there waiting to be asked if I need anything). It is her job to notice customers, even before they notice her but whatever. It wasn't that big of a deal. She's actually the reason I'm giving this place one star because once I did get her attention she was very helpful. 3. THE WORST PART about this whole experience was the check out process. It took me so long to find what I needed, that by the time I was about to check out I had 15 minutes until my lunch break was over. There was a woman in front of me who couldn't decide if she wanted a certain product and was taking awhile. There were two registers so when another employee came up I assumed it was to help me. But he just started bothering the girl behind the counter. I asked him if he could please ring me up because I had to get back to work. He pointed at the girl behind the counter and said she will. I then said please I have to get to work (the woman in front of me still hadn't decided if she wanted the product and the line was now a few people long.) He just laughed and looked at the employee ringing up the indecisive customer and said he didn't feel like ringing anyone up. I then said pleaseeee sir I really need to get back to work (I now only had 10 minutes left.) The female employee told him he had to ring me up and to just do it. I've never been to ANY business where an employee was so lazy that he couldn't ring someone up while standing right behind the register!!! I actually had to beg him!

Incredibly bad quality. Received the wig and it had MULTIPLE split ends. It also had clear signs of…read morecolor damage that had been colored over (the weird orange strands we've all seen before in low quality wigs). I paid an additional $400 to send it back and have a new frontal placed on the wig and received a wig that had the exact same split ends all over the frontal. The first time she blamed me because I took too long to reach out (I was traveling for a personal event that the wig was supposed to be for but didn't arrive in time for me to be able to use it). The look initially looked fine, but once I washed it, whatever product she had on it washed out with it and a billion split ends appeared. The second time, instead of blaming me, she said that all the short choppy pieces are "natural fly aways" that appear in all wigs and that I should take it to a professional wig assessor (????) who will tell me that it's totally normal for frontals to come with lots of broken short pieces. She once again wanted me to jump through multiple hoops and tried to claim that I had expected the replacement frontal for free even though I was the one who asked if I can pay for a new frontal to be placed on. She told me to prove it, and once I sent her screenshots of our own conversation, she went silent. DO NOT BUY anything from her. The hair is NOT raw and is littered with issues. She used to have reviews on her website, but removed the option because other people complained about the quality. The first 3 wigs I purchased from her were fine, but this last one had all the issues that other people complained about. All together, I spent $2k on a crappy wig. She shared a video of A wig and said that it was mine, but had no proof that it was what she sent me, and when I pointed out where mine looked different, she just insisted it was the same video. The quality is not where it should be for the price point, and I would hard avoid. She cited the fact that I had trimmed the wig as me being a scammer, but I trimmed the wig because the bottom 2 inches were scraggly, thin, and see through, which should've been my hint that the whole thing would be a problem. I will never buy anything from her again. The wig was also insanely thin at the lace like it had been severely over plucked. Running your fingers through it had the knots coming undone. The return policy is also insane (for a reason. She knows she's scamming people) and literally taking the wig out of the box and running your fingers through it is enough to void the return. She does that for a reason, because the only way you'd know that the wig is problematic is to.... Take it out of the package. She kept trying to get me to send her pictures of myself wearing the wig which I straight out refused because it literally violated her own stated return policy.
