Before the appointment, she reached out to learn more about my skin concerns and current regimen. I told her my biggest skin issues were large pores, sagging skin and a dull complexion. At the appointment, she started the with dermaplaning, which removes peach fuzzes and dead skin cells. My skin instantly felt softer and more breathable. She then did a mint and papaya enzyme peel. The enzyme tingled a little but nothing unbearable and felt really refreshing and nourishing afterwards. She then removed the black heads. But first she applied a partial facial mask to loosen up the sebum in my pores and as a result there's very little pinching and squeezing to remove the blackheads unlike my previous experience with facials. I really loved how painless that was and the results are just as great! Meanwhile, she massaged my shoulders and neck and applied a décolleté peel off mask. she ended the session with a detoxifying charcoal mask. After the 90 minutes treatment, my skin looked taut and bright. The day after (today), my pores are visibly smaller, skin feels even firmer than right after the facial, and my complexion brighter with a healthy glow. Even my husband commented on how much softer my skin feels. Below is the before and after (day after) pictures I took. This asymmetric policy framework--wherein patient compliance is strictly monitored and penalized while the provider assumes no responsibility for its own operational lapses--raises serious concerns regarding professionalism, fair dealing, and the implied covenant of good faith. One might reasonably expect a "medical" establishment to demonstrate at least a baseline commitment to honoring appointments or, at the very least, to notifying patients of cancellations in advance. Failure to do so not only breaches patient trust but potentially exposes the practice to reputational risk and claims of inequitable conduct.

I came here on my lunch break because I work long hours and most BSS are closed by the time I get off work. This was the closest to my office. Anyway, as for the products, I came here looking for a specific type of synthetic braiding hair for box braids I plan to get this weekend. They did have the brand but not in the colors I needed. It was very difficult to tell what they had because everything is mixed around and out of place and the employees do not try to fix it. One employee actually said to me, "Yeah, it's all mixed around so it's hard to find anything." As for the customer service... this is the main reason I gave this place ONE STAR! I do not expect customer service to be perfect because I know that is not realistic in most businesses, sadly. But this was just awful. Here are some examples listed in the order of when I walked in to when I left: 1. As I walked in a man approached one of the workers and asked the worker how much a certain hat was. The employee responded by saying, "Oh I don't work here but that guy does," and pointed to the man behind the counter; who was servicing a very long line at the time. I then watched the employee who claimed he didn't work there pull out a key and open a jewelry display for another customer. Very odd... 2. I was searching for the hair I needed in the disorganized cluster of mixed brands/ colors while a woman who worked there was standing a few feet from me. I did not realize she was standing there or else I would've asked for her help. (I'm not one of those annoying people who stands there waiting to be asked if I need anything). It is her job to notice customers, even before they notice her but whatever. It wasn't that big of a deal. She's actually the reason I'm giving this place one star because once I did get her attention she was very helpful. 3. THE WORST PART about this whole experience was the check out process. It took me so long to find what I needed, that by the time I was about to check out I had 15 minutes until my lunch break was over. There was a woman in front of me who couldn't decide if she wanted a certain product and was taking awhile. There were two registers so when another employee came up I assumed it was to help me. But he just started bothering the girl behind the counter. I asked him if he could please ring me up because I had to get back to work. He pointed at the girl behind the counter and said she will. I then said please I have to get to work (the woman in front of me still hadn't decided if she wanted the product and the line was now a few people long.) He just laughed and looked at the employee ringing up the indecisive customer and said he didn't feel like ringing anyone up. I then said pleaseeee sir I really need to get back to work (I now only had 10 minutes left.) The female employee told him he had to ring me up and to just do it. I've never been to ANY business where an employee was so lazy that he couldn't ring someone up while standing right behind the register!!! I actually had to beg him!
