My friends and I are just visiting Folsom Outlet Mall. We are from San Diego area. It's my first time having my eyebrows get threaded here at Beauty by Thread. Priti did an amazing job in cleaning and shaping my eyebrows evenly. I liked that she asks you after doing one eyebrow to see what you think so I highly recommend her if you will come in this location. read more

I had been growing out my brows after a couple of hack jobs that left them with gaps and misshapen. I was looking for a salon to reshape them and came across Beauty by Thread while walking through the mall. The lady who did my brows did a great job with shape, but it felt like she was pulling out individual hairs which hurt a lot and left a lot of cuts on my skin. I've been here a few times now and many of the ladies have a similar threading style so I typically come at the end of the day so I don't have to be seen with reddened skin. Although the process is more painful than I've experienced in the past, I like that they listen when I describe how I like my brows shaped and stay pretty true to that. Cost is reasonable too at $15. I'll continue to return until they give me a reason not to. read more

They did an amazing job! I had Baljinder and she was super helpful and attentive. The place is very clean and was quick.

So happy Kuldeep is back to do her magic with my brows!! I can't believe I have been walking around with my brows looking so bad. She has brought me back to life! read more

I'm a returning customer and this has been my go to location to get my brows done but today's experience was extremely disappointing. I asked to get my brows threaded NOT my lash extensions threaded?? Upon mandy realizing that she messed up, she didn't even brush off the excess brow hairs on my face or offer anything for her mistake. I left that store extremely upset and will not be returning to book with this brow tech... I don't understand how this was possible at ALL especially if you are licensed. read more

I'm so happy to see that Kuldeep is back in the Beauty by Thread in Folsom, she is the best. Although she is only here in Folsom on Tuesdays and Sundays and 4 days in Citrus Heights, you can always download the app to secure your spot and know she is there. She is very gentle and very friendly, I totally recommend anyone to get their eyebrows down with her or any threading. Thankfully she didn't have anyone to receive my mom to do her eyebrows since she only like Kuldeep because she doesn't thin her eyebrows out. read more

Well, I really needed to get my eyebrows cleaned up and I took the opportunity to save myself time when I saw this salon while we were in the Outlet doing our window shopping. Pritti was very nice and accommodating. She was very efficient too and great with her hands! Pritti really made my eyebrows pretty! :) She works every Sunday, and they close at 7pm too! read more

I love going to Beauty by Thread! They are all welcoming, kind, and everything is so spot clean. You can make book your appointments online, by calling in, or just a walk in, they are accepting and welcoming towards everyone. I get my eyebrows done by Mandy and she continuously amazes me by her talent! Mandy is such a sweet, kind, and welcoming individual that I feel safe and know I am taken care of as she pays attention to detail and made sure to check in with me to see if I was pleased with the results. Ten out of ten! I will be back for sure! Thank you Beauty by Thread and thank you Mandy! Excellent as always! read more

I frequent this location so much I totally owe them a review. The Beauty by Thread location at the Folsom outlet is one of many but the service completely stands out from the rest. You can walk-in, schedule an appointment online, or call and typically be seen the same day. I particularly love this location because my gal knows how to shape my brows and I've never walked out unhappy. Everyone at the store is helpful and customer service oriented. They keep the store very clean and it's in a nice quiet corner of the mall so you don't have to worry about people looking at you while you're in the chair. It's also a bright place with lots of pretty jewelry on display. Most threading places I've been to in the past and have seen around the area have been a bit grungy -- they also try to sell you on other products and services making things a bit uncomfortable if a quick clean-up is all you came in for -- but that isn't how it is here. They're professional and they keep things light and friendly. If you've never been to a Beauty by Thread store, they have a rewards program where you can earn points towards free services. It's a nice little perk that would otherwise have gone unnoticed. read more

Priti did an amazing job shaping my eyebrows! i love coming here i've been coming for a couple years now and they are amazing 10/10 recommend!!! read more

Priti is very skilled and I love the work she does on my eyebrows. She's always cheerful and professional.

I have been going here for over a year in the beginning I did not like it; every time I went there was a new employee and no one was ever consistent. However, I went to Gerjit and I absolutely fell in love; she is so sweet, so amazing, absolutely caring, and she always asked me if I need a break, just let her know. I'm so happy she has been there for a while; I really hope she does not leave because I do not want anyone else to do my eyebrows because she is so amazing. However, today she was not available and I went to someone named Bal. I was really nervous and I knew Gerjit was off for the day and I couldn't wait any longer because it was an emergency for me to get my eyebrows done as soon as possible. Bal was amazing; she did everything I asked and my arches were perfect. I felt the need to write a review because the service that this company provides is amazing; the staff is amazing, the employees are amazing, and I highly recommend. Sweets Martines read more

This is the only place I will go to get my eyebrows done! Manprit is the best! I've been going to her for years. Every time I leave, I leave feeling great. She stays true to my natural eyebrow shape like I ask. Also everyone is so nice, Priti also does a great job! read more

I've gotten my eyebrows done by Mandy about three times during COVID and have been very happy with the results every time. Prior to coming to this location of Beauty by Thread, I was having a hard time finding someone reliable in the Sacramento area. Mandy did exactly what I asked and I've even noticed that I get a lot of compliments on my brows after I see her (even in the world of Zoom meetings). I really appreciate that that they are currently only scheduling one appointment at a time. Every time I've gone in, I've been the only customer in the shop and Mandy has been the only person working. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her. read more

This location of Beauty by Thread is my go to for eyebrow threading. I don't trust any other place. They always do a great job in doing exactly what we want for. I returned for my eyebrow threading today after one year! (avoided due to the pandemic). Priti did a really great job and made the process feel safe and clean. Will continue to come back! read more

I love Priti! She's the sweetest but also does the best job with my brows! I definitely recommend her! She definitely needs a raise! I'll come back for sure, she's my new brow woman! read more

Kuldeep did a wonderful service today as usual :) she listens to what you want, but also will give polite feedback about what suits your face shape. I particularly have a scar in my eyebrow and she did a great job making it unnoticeable but yet keeping my eyebrows full and even. Five stars for sure :) PS definitely book an appt ahead of time!! read more

I usually don't trust getting my eyebrows with just anyone. However, Priti does an outstanding job! I have gotten my eyebrows threaded from her multiple times and she is always very meticulous. I would highly recommend booking your next appt with Priti! read more

I drove up from Ukiah to go shopping, I stumbled across this place! I was completely satisfied with my experience at Beauty by Thread at the Folsom outlet mall. I went with my daughter. First off, I was walking in and Mandy was sanitizing/cleaning up, which I found to be awesome! Temperature was taken, she made sure we saw her sanitize every chair, every tool, which made it comfortable to be there. She explained every tool she was using, and the process of everything. It was my daughters first time, and she was super nice and made sure my daughter felt comfortable. I am completely amazed, and she was so sweet!! She made you feel like she was a friend as well, talking to you, getting to know her clients! And she did an exquisite job. I really liked her, we will be back for sure!! Five plus stars for Mandy. If I could give ten, I would!! read more

Manprit did an amazing job on my brows! She started by asking me what I wanted and I told her I wanted my brows cleaned up and evened out a bit more. She knew exactly what to do and paid attention to every detail of my brows. After she'd finish each brow, she'd show me in the hand mirror what she did and I appreciate the extra time and care she took on working on my brows. I will definitely be coming again here! :) read more

Priti always does my eyebrows the best! She never makes it too thin or too thick, she cleans them up very nicely. Never have i ever been disappointed or dissatisfied from her!!!
