She never disappoints and always leaves my brows perfectly shaped & it doesn't hurt nearly as much as you'd expect. If it's your first time getting anything threaded, be prepared for a little pain depending on your tolerance, but pain is beauty, right? The only downside is the parking lot. It's small and can feel crowded pretty quickly. Other than that, the shop is always clean, organized, and there's always someone ready to greet you and help. Highly recommend!

I peaked in the window when first walking by to see if I could get lucky and have a short wait but nope! Every seat was taken on the waiting couches and every threading chair had a client and professional at it. I decided I would come back later.
