I peaked in the window when first walking by to see if I could get lucky and have a short wait but nope! Every seat was taken on the waiting couches and every threading chair had a client and professional at it. I decided I would come back later. After the movies and shopping, I peaked in the window again and there was no one, score! I got to sit right away and the woman doing my brows was so nice a listened to my request with intention. I walked in, said hello, and received no greeting in return. Instead, the employee immediately told me to "sit down on the third chair" without any acknowledgment or basic courtesy. From the start of my appointment, the employee was extremely rough while threading, to the point where it hurt. When I instinctively moved away and politely told her that she hurt me, she became visibly upset. During a previous visit, I was actually cut while being threaded, so this time I asked her to please be careful. Instead of responding professionally, she seemed irritated that I brought it up and continued threading even more roughly. The customer service was awful. She was not welcoming at all and came across as someone who does not enjoy her job. When I tried to address the situation, she became argumentative, making me so uncomfortable that I got up and left. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, which is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. The only reason I kept giving it chances was because it's conveniently located and usually not busy--but now I understand why. Customer service and professionalism clearly need improvement. Based on other reviews and the fact that she has been the only person I have ever seen working in the salon, I believe she may be the owner--which makes this experience even more disappointing. If this is the level of customer service being set at the top, it explains a lot.
