This time she was very polite and simply asked if she could just clean them up and not take any more off. Instead of listening, the lady immediately got defensive and started accusing my wife of using tweezers, saying there was no way it was from the last visit. It was honestly shocking how fast she became rude over a simple request. My wife was close to walking out because she didn't want to argue, but she stayed. The lady eventually said she "just didn't want a misunderstanding," but by that point the interaction had already become uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. Nobody should be treated like that for politely asking for what they want. The customer service was awful, and the threading wasn't great either. I actually stopped going here myself last year because I was never happy with the results. We gave them another chance, and now we know we won't be coming back.

Her studio is located in the back center of the building past the "drink station". It took her about 10 min to apply the tint, and another 20 min to wait to have it set. She does take walk ins :) but its only her, so if she's with a client, you'll have to wait outside. She usually places a door hanger so that you know she's in there with someone. There's a lounge with a TV seating and coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate that the building offers while you wait. Cute area all together.
