My wife has been coming here for a while, but after today, we're done…read more The last time she came in, the lady threaded her eyebrows way too thin. This time she was very polite and simply asked if she could just clean them up and not take any more off. Instead of listening, the lady immediately got defensive and started accusing my wife of using tweezers, saying there was no way it was from the last visit. It was honestly shocking how fast she became rude over a simple request. My wife was close to walking out because she didn't want to argue, but she stayed. The lady eventually said she "just didn't want a misunderstanding," but by that point the interaction had already become uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. Nobody should be treated like that for politely asking for what they want. The customer service was awful, and the threading wasn't great either. I actually stopped going here myself last year because I was never happy with the results. We gave them another chance, and now we know we won't be coming back.

Not a very enjoyable experience, left with super watery eyes and very red inflamed skin all around my brows and even my eyelids! I mean after a day or so after the skin recovered a bit they looked okay but not worth it. Today I gambled and won with Sam here at Threading place. Was really going originally because my kid brother has prom tomorrow and I wanted him to feel confident he looks at his best for the event. Now Sam has gained 2 happy and loyal customers! Not only was it virtually painless but we both left there with perfect eyebrows!!! To make the experience even better, Sam is an awesome woman. Very kind, outgoing who's a joy to talk with. P.S. Another bonus, the prices are great!
