My wife has been coming here for a while, but after today, we're done. The last time she came in, the lady threaded her eyebrows way too thin. This time she was very polite and simply asked if she could just clean them up and not take any more off. Instead of listening, the lady immediately got defensive and started accusing my wife of using tweezers, saying there was no way it was from the last visit. It was honestly shocking how fast she became rude over a simple request. My wife was close to walking out because she didn't want to argue, but she stayed. The lady eventually said she "just didn't want a misunderstanding," but by that point the interaction had already become uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. Nobody should be treated like that for politely asking for what they want. The customer service was awful, and the threading wasn't great either. I actually stopped going here myself last year because I was never happy with the results. We gave them another chance, and now we know we won't be coming back. read more

Was in the area and decided to walk in. Didn't have to wait. Was immediately helped. She did such a great job. Was in & out within 5-10 minutes. Great location. Salon was clean and comfortable. read more

This was my third and final visit to this location, and unfortunately every experience has been negative. From the moment I walked into this salon, the experience was uncomfortable. I walked in, said hello, and received no greeting in return. Instead, the employee immediately told me to "sit down on the third chair" without any acknowledgment or basic courtesy. From the start of my appointment, the employee was extremely rough while threading, to the point where it hurt. When I instinctively moved away and politely told her that she hurt me, she became visibly upset. During a previous visit, I was actually cut while being threaded, so this time I asked her to please be careful. Instead of responding professionally, she seemed irritated that I brought it up and continued threading even more roughly. The customer service was awful. She was not welcoming at all and came across as someone who does not enjoy her job. When I tried to address the situation, she became argumentative, making me so uncomfortable that I got up and left. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, which is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. The only reason I kept giving it chances was because it's conveniently located and usually not busy--but now I understand why. Customer service and professionalism clearly need improvement. Based on other reviews and the fact that she has been the only person I have ever seen working in the salon, I believe she may be the owner--which makes this experience even more disappointing. If this is the level of customer service being set at the top, it explains a lot. read more

This woman is really good at what she does - it's always been the same owner:operator everytime I come. I have very light blond hair on my face, and she does my tint - always matches my hair perfectly and doesn't take it shades too dark read more

Best eyebrow place I have ever been to. The customer service and talent is great, and she is very gentle. I only go here now because I'm so happy with my eyebrows and get a ton of compliments! read more

The woman who works there is cold and unfriendly. I felt like I was bothering her when I walked into empty shop. When I tried to tell her what I wanted she dismissed my questions and informed me of what she would be doing. This is the opposite place you want to go for self care. This is my second time at this location. I thought the first time the threader was having an off day. It seems that this is her demeanor. I'm disappointed. I needed a tiny glow up after a few trying days of life. I won't get that today. read more

worst experience ever! very rude behavior, she didn't even say hello , when she start she behave like she doing me a favor for free , she is sooo arrogant and there was so many hair on my forehead and upperlips and when i tell to thread them she gave me weired look , thats so disgusting, vibe was too disrespectful, never going back to this kind of place, awful experience i don't know why she give me that look she is not doing those things for free . read more

So happy a location opened in EDH. I've been here twice and really appreciate the prompt service. Rani is helping to reshape my brows and has done a great job each time I've come. read more

The last time I got pink eye was when my daughter was a baby in day care because she gave it to me; she is now 21. I spied this spot recently as I usually go to the one at the Palladio so I gave it a try. TBH I don't remember her sanitizing her hands and TBH I don't usually watch. But after referring to Google, pink eye can happen at threading places if proper sanitation isn't done. And I believe that this is what happened to me last week on my visit. Can I be 100% sure, of course not. But back tracking my steps led me to coming here and then developing pink eye which I confirmed with my doctor on Thursday. Ladies, just be careful and watch for proper sanitation every single time you go in. Personally I'm not returning. read more

My new go to spot! I happened to pass by and haven't gotten my brows threaded in a while because it usually hurts pretty bad and I haven't found a place where I loved the service... until today. I walk in and Rani immediately greets me and makes me feel welcomed. She did my brows and I was so shocked it did not hurt AT ALL. She did it so fast and so precise, I loved it. She cleaned my brows up without making them seem thin at all. I then decided to get them tinted as well since she did such a nice job, and I love them!! I will absolutely be recommending and returning! read more

She always does such an amazing job! Before coming here, I could not get my shape right but she always makes it look as good as possible. She's the best you can find! read more

Wonderful eyebrow threading done here. The regular girl who is there is always on point and goes out of her way to be so nice. I have never been disappointed with the service and wait times vary but I have never waited more than 15 mins. It's worth it though. They also offer eyebrow tinting. It lasts about a week but it's also a great service they offer. read more

I'm so glad I found this place!! I'm new to El Dorado Hills and was looking for a place to get my eyebrows done. I'm super picky and particular about my eyebrows and I was a bit hesitant to come here since they just opened a month ago and had one review, but I'm so happy I took the risk. Rani took such good care of my eyebrows and made them look PERFECT. I will absolutely be coming back here again. Thanks Rani for making me look great! read more

I have gone to the Folsom location for years. I was happy to see the edh location open up because it's closer for me, but was hesitant to try it because of the simple change. I was so happy I took the chance and went. Roni did my eyebrows and was so kind and sweet. The sweetest and most outgoing experience I've ever had getting threaded before. It's crazy how a warm personality and kind service will really bring customers back. I watched her sanitize her hands, and follow all proper steps of providing safe and sanitary service. The vibe of the store was also warm and fuzzy and I loved being in there. My brows came out perfect too! I will definitely be going here from now on. :) read more

my go to for threading these days! I usually get full face, and she makes sure to spend the time to do a thorough and clean job. Also very friendly. 10/10 recommend. read more

Be open when you say you're open!! 3 times I've been here during "open" hours and you were closed. This morning there were 3 customers waiting outside until 11:30 and you were supposed to be open by 11. It's sooo annoying!!! read more

I decided to go to Threading Place as I wanted to get my eyebrows done and I was amazed by their service. The store was clean, the gold and white design was very nice and overall amazing interior. The employee was very nice and they did a great job in my eyebrows. I have been to their other stores and the quality of service has stayed amazing. Would definitely be recommend coming here. read more

Have very mixed feelings after my encounters here. I have been to this location twice now. On my first visit, I was blown away by the service, attention to detail and care given to help shape and even out my eyebrows. It was the best I've received compared to the services from their Palladio front. But this past Friday when I went in for a clean up, it was as if she was rushing through my service even though I was the only customer in the store. I tried to speak up when I felt a bit off to nudge my service in the right direction, indicating I wanted to even out my brow arches. I am so disappointed with the outcome. My eyebrows are completely uneven and the top portions look like they were cut straight and sharp instead of a nice natural curve. All I can resemble them to is the Aeropostale bird logo. When trying to now fill in my brows with my pencil, they are so completely uneven that it is so frustrating and upsetting how ugly they look. I'm so disappointed considering how happy I was the first time around but now I can't risk coming back to have this happen again :( read more

Nice and to the point. In and out and a great job done. I would recommend. Nice lady. They also do henna

This is a great place to have your eyebrows threaded and colored. Rani is wonderful. Very attentive and truly listens to what you want, or will give advice if you need it. Highly recommended. read more

Love this place! I've gone to them all - Threading in Palladio, KK Threading in Folsom and this one is my favorite. She takes her time with my eyebrows and cleans/shapes them so well. I felt it was very sanitized and enjoy her services a lot! read more

Rani did an amazing job on my eyebrows, taking so much intention to make them perfect. Highly recommend!
