She is shy but so sweet, and loves her job which I think makes her so good, as she has been doing this for a long time and is so accommodating and informative. I first started coming to her for peels, the first one was a Glycolic peel and it was different from the ones I had in other derm's office that lasted 5 minutes. It was almost an hour and so much more relaxing. I have very sensitive skin so after I got red from the first one (like I expected) she customized my peels to be Sacylic acid as they weren't as harsh on my skin. I got 6 sets of peels with two/three weeks in between and now I come to her once a month for an awesome, relaxing facial. In fact the facial is so relaxing that I talk the whole time and ask questions so I don't fall asleep! My skin looks so much better than a year from now, it hasn't looked this good since before I was a teenager. It was a gradual process, but I'm pretty happy with where my skin is at, and I know I will never have perfect skin, but I have gotten so many compliments on how much better my skin looks (or how nice my skin is) and I didn't really tell anyone that I was going for these treatments. Again, I HAVE THICK BROWS and I was being questioned and she was making comments about how thick some hairs were. I don't shave them, I barely touch them, and had even tried to pluck some of the thicker ones beforehand due to my prior experience. After she was done she handed me a cotton ball and said "here you can do it" rather than helping me get all the stray hairs off my face. Unfortunate. I will say that the shaping of the brows were better this time. Unfortunately, after a second go, I won't be coming back. I had been coming here for years since 2020, but due to downgrade in service I'll have to find another place.

He doesn't just make your brows even, he sees how they might best fit on your face. He thinks about what your brows might be saying, and refines them. I live two hours from Sacramento and still make it a point to come see him because once you've had a taste of this level of excellence, it's difficult to go back to the average. I have typical thick desi brows, so typical threading places didn't have too hard of a time shaping them. But they were generally pretty arched, and didn't necessarily fit my face or look. When I came to see Cisco, he gave me much more of a classic and open look by opening up the middle and relaxing the arch. I immediately fell in love and couldn't stop staring at myself. He can take well over an hour to do your brows, so keep that in mind when considering the price. He uses wax, thread and tweezer. Whatever it takes to get to the final look. His salon is tastefully decorated, and you just can feel the level of excellence in his work through his demeanor, presentation and service. I highly recommend him and am grateful to have found him.
