She knew I was iffy about trusting someone else with my brows, so she kindly let me see my brows as she was going. Further, she gently rearranged my hands since I had no idea what I was doing lol This is located at the Arden Fair Mall so parking is obviously plenty. I came in as a walk-in with 5 people before me and it was not a long wait at all. In fact, when it was my turn, all I could ask was, "That's it?" I highly recommend coming here :)

I have been a customer of Suzanne since last summer and I will follow her anywhere for my skin care…read moreneeds. You are supposed to be able to trust a doctor with your life, and as a "skin doctor" I trust her completely with my skin. She is shy but so sweet, and loves her job which I think makes her so good, as she has been doing this for a long time and is so accommodating and informative. I first started coming to her for peels, the first one was a Glycolic peel and it was different from the ones I had in other derm's office that lasted 5 minutes. It was almost an hour and so much more relaxing. I have very sensitive skin so after I got red from the first one (like I expected) she customized my peels to be Sacylic acid as they weren't as harsh on my skin. I got 6 sets of peels with two/three weeks in between and now I come to her once a month for an awesome, relaxing facial. In fact the facial is so relaxing that I talk the whole time and ask questions so I don't fall asleep! My skin looks so much better than a year from now, it hasn't looked this good since before I was a teenager. It was a gradual process, but I'm pretty happy with where my skin is at, and I know I will never have perfect skin, but I have gotten so many compliments on how much better my skin looks (or how nice my skin is) and I didn't really tell anyone that I was going for these treatments. Definitely great for careful, precise, customized quality skincare. Totally worth it!

I walked in for a manicure without an appointment. A middle-aged woman came over and immediately…read moreasked, "Gel manicure? Gel manicure?" Since I was a walk-in and wanted to get my nails done, I agreed to add gel as well. The only positive thing I can say is that the manicure tools came in a sealed, sterilized package. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was very disappointing. The towel on the table was clearly not clean or fresh. I expected a clean towel for every customer, not one that appeared to have already been used for someone else. I had removed my acrylic nails a few months ago and had not had a manicure in a long time, so my cuticles were hard. Instead of using a cuticle softener or allowing my hands to soak long enough to soften them, she forcefully pulled at my cuticles. It was painful and very uncomfortable. Her customer service was very poor. She handled my hands very roughly, almost tossing my fingers from one side to the other. Throughout the appointment, I remained polite, but she made no effort to be friendly or provide good customer service. The worst part happened at the end. My hands were covered with nail dust, but instead of properly cleaning them or wiping them with a warm towel like other salons usually do, she applied lotion directly over the dust. I could clearly feel the particles being rubbed into my hands, which was very unpleasant. She did not even ask me to remove my watch and continued moving my lotion-covered hands back and forth over my watch. At the end, I paid in cash. While counting the money, she said, "Let me see," as if she was checking whether I had paid correctly. Because I was unhappy with the service, I decided not to leave a tip. She then loudly repeated, "No tip? No tip?" in front of everyone there. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Because of the rough treatment, poor service, lack of professionalism, and inappropriate comments about tipping, I cannot recommend this nail technician.
