There was no one waiting, and my baby Botox appointments typically take about 10 minutes, so this was really disappointing given the distance I traveled. I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return, which is disappointing because I really like the injector at this location.

I can't thank him enough for opening my eyes and confirming that I was right and I was being ignored. He could have offered me solutions but told me my insurance would cover this condition and it would not make sense for me to pay him to treat it. I have a tiny tattoo and it's just the outline, I've been going now for almost 3 years and I probably still need at minimum 10 more sessions if not more. I would love to go to another place but I already paid all at once for the full removal package so I'm really screwed or just lose the 4k that I paid initially. Also my previous tattoo that they were removing now has permanent scarring and white skin discoloration that's probably there for life. They say "it just happens." I'm. or even gonna mention how hard it is with appointments sometimes. They'll schedule you for 2 months out after cancelling your upcoming appointment due to their scheduling or calling out staff issues. Over the years, we invested well over $10,000 into this practice for major procedures and regular maintenance because we deeply trusted the care and fairness of the office. Sadly, since Dr. Fatch took over, that trust has been entirely shattered. The practice has transitioned into an aggressive, corporate, sales-driven environment. During a recent facial, the aesthetician skipped standard care entirely to push retail products and expensive lasers. Later, I returned for injections. Before the doctor entered the room, I explicitly gave the staff a strict budget of $600. Despite this, I was hit with an unexpected $800 charge at checkout with zero upfront communication or consent regarding the price increase. Worse than the financial disrespect was the poor treatment outcome. Dr. Fatch performed a cosmetic procedure that she admitted she had very little experience with. The technique used was incorrect, and my results look significantly worse and more aged than before I walked in. When I reached out privately via a formal letter to express my distress over the billing and the poor treatment results, the office completely ignored me. To treat a loyal patient who has spent thousands of dollars this way is unacceptable. They are eager to take your money, but completely absent if you experience a poor result. I am heartbroken by this shift, and I highly warn others to go elsewhere.
