**disclaimer*** i should have known better than to come here for this service. i bought a groupon for one set of eyelash extensions. when i called to make the appointment the lady sounded annoyed that i bought a groupon and asked me questions like "when did you buy it? how much did you pay?" and then proceeded to tell me "next time don't buy a groupon just come to us and we give you same price" (whatever that means). i should have know right there not to go. it took about an hour and a half, everything seemed fine during the process but later than night my lash line was very sore. it hurt to sleep on my pillow and was tender to the touch. i gave it two days and couldn't take it so i went in to get them removed. the lady who removed them was very aggressive, kept pushing her finger into my eyes which pushed lashes inside and causes it to burn and turn red. it was very uncomfortable and unsanitary. these people are not professionals. they are good for eyebrows and that's about it. they kept saying my eyes are sensitive - they are not. the application was clearly done incorrectly and the removal was even worse. then she had the nerve to tell me she charges $10.00 for removal. i was appalled that after i paid money for a service that lasted but two days she had the nerve to ask for money for a removal. i did not give her the money. do not go here please!!!!! read more

I have been coming here for years. Even bring my niece with me when she is here. And last week, I brought a friend for a full threading and she was quite happy with the results. (Her first time) Whether threading or waxing (facial) , always a good clean job. No hairs left. No issues there. I did not give 5 stars because of the eyebrow dying. My niece and I have had it done a couple of times. Lets just say you would not have it done then go out somewhere that night. (I now buy an eyebrow dying kit for 10.00 in Rite-Aide) But for the treading & waxing they are great. Nice people, pleasant atmosphere. read more

Do NOT come for threading! The first two times I came was fine - Sonu did a good job, my hair was mostly gone, but it grew back within a few days (it normally does not) so she didn't really thread, she just trimmed the face hair. But the last time I went, Karina (I think that's her name) CUT UP my face - I had deep scratches on the edge of my mouth, upper lip, and chin. It hurt for a few days, but mostly it was embarrassing going to events the next day. Take your money elsewhere. read more

Rima is the only person I will let touch my eyebrows! They are thick and dark, and she keeps them that way - cleaning up the edges gently and carefully. Way better than you'd expect for a $5 threading spot! The punch card for a free threading after 9 visits is a nice bonus. read more

Absolutely love this place!!!! Your 10th threading is free make sure you ask for a card. I had to change places after my eyebrows were done to thin. Finally, when I was ready to get them done, I was a bit scared because there were no reviews on this place yet. I asked the lady not to do them to thin, and she listened!!! They provide different kinds of services: threading, eyelashes, waxing and facials. There was a lady getting her lashes done and they were doing a nice job. I needed to get my eyebrows done before NYE and decided to pop in here. Although I just wanted a wax, they insisted on threading afterwards. I guess they don't use tweezers. I'm not used to threading and I think it hurts. Anyway, the lady did a well enough job, it's what happened after. A day later my skin around my eyebrows and t-zone seemed really irritated. Another day later, my t-zone broke out in a cluster of zits. I'll avoid getting too graphic because these weren't ordinary zits. It was absolutely disgusting. I'm hypothesizing it's a reaction to bacteria. I have not had zits on my forehead since high school (about 15 years) ago so I knew this wasn't normal. It can't be a coincidence. I'm guessing this place is not hygienic and I won't be going back. Be careful! read more

They advertise that they can do Lash Perms, which is what I came here for: they cannot. My lashes hardly curled and they used a terrible process. It didn't work and it didn't last. Go next door for an awesome lash lift and tint for the same cost! read more

I'm so happy this place opened up. They do eyebrow threading is well done and such a good deal, only $5! They are so attentive and take their time. At the end they always run some aloe or lotion on your eyebrows, but its not done quickly or rushed. They take their time with that too. The place is always clean and for waxing they don't double dip which is a big plus! read more
