My best friend has been going to Beautiful Solutions for years now, always telling me to get a "facial". I've been jealous of her skin and her lack of aging, as we are the same age, yet I feel like I look like her mother, rather than her friend. Of course, in reality, that's not even close, but come on ladies... We all have days like that, where we either "feel fat" when we know we really aren't or feel like our skin is as rough as an elephants tushy, not a baby's tush... So, my friend took me to a luncheon that Beautiful Solutions had and I finally learned this "facial" my friend gets is a little more than she admitted. Though, the facial part was mostly true, she just left out "photo". - oh, and the Botox... That's her secret. She had been getting photo facials and Botox. The photo facials erase the years of sun damage from your face, which not only makes your skin soft, as a baby's tushy, but removes any unevenness, cleared up my red cheeks and the wonderful marks from my pregnancies. After a few Botox injections, I walked out of Beautiful Solutions a new woman. I finally felt like the princess my prince says I am.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and BAD PRODUCTS! I had a Botox with the injectionist Ginger Plats a couple of months ago. I came for a visit saying I need 25 units of Botox in my forehead. It's what I usually do. It's works for me. Freezes in day 7. She suggested me to try different product Xeomin and double the number of units so it would last longer. She said I can call her in 14 days if that doesn't work - she can do a touch up. So I got 45 units, paid around $300. And it didn't work. I called to set touch up with her. Got to the office - she did something no sure what. Waited for another 2 weeks it's not working. I called to the clinic asking to do something about that. I paid my money and a product they use and advise to do - do not work. I asked them to use a working product on me or return my money. They told me - one of their managers will call me back by the end of the week. Surely no one has called me at all. I waited for another week for their call. Then called them back. They told me again - one of the managers will call me back by the end of the week. Few weeks has passed since then. I never received any phone call. So do not go there. Save your money. The product they use do not work and they have a very poor customer service. Managers do not care to call you back. read more

I was visiting my grandmother in May and got a wild fly and decided to look for a spa to try Botox. I've heard of Beautiful Solutions and visited their website before because my granny has been there. She said it was the best spa in town. They have the most awesome specials... I decided to go there (since granny said she'd pay) for Botox and left with a new face... The entire staff was sweet, professional and knew the answer to every question I had and believe me, I had a lot.. I've always wanted Botox but was afraid. Like I said, they knew everything there is to know about it. Cindy did such an amazing job, I didn't feel a thing... and I HATE NEEDLES~ Next time, I'm definitely bringing my best friend and treating her.. I never knew how affordable it was... I finally have the younger looking face I've been wanting for so long, and with it being so affordable, my best friend will too!! I went to the Medspa today and I was a little nervous because I was getting Botox and I found the deal on Groupon, so I wasn't really sure what to expect....But I was pleasantly surprised! The office was very professional and inviting. The staff greeted me right away and were super friendly and talkative (which I appreciated, I think it eased my nerves). I was a little early for my apt. so I filled out very little paperwork and in minutes I was back in the office. As a former Esthetician who ran a Medspa and offered Botox, I was very impressed with my technician (sorry didn't get her name, but I think it was the owner?) She mixed the Botox in front of me and used a new needle for every 2 injections. Not that Botox is painful, but it keeps the needle from getting dull. They have a calender for all their specials...even teeth whitening. I won't know how good the Botox was for a week or two, but knowing what I know, I'm sure it will look amazing! Highly recommend them. FYI...you can call them before you buy the Groupon and you might even get a better deal just mention the Groupon ad.......:) read more

My husband gave me a gift certificate for Beautiful Solutions, to do what ever I wanted. He says I need nothing, but supports me still.. I chose to have my first real facial, the whole enchilada, and then skin tightening on my chest and rear... The facial was an entirely different experience than I expected, most definitely better, and I for once had clean pores, The skin tightening is def better than surgery, and I have 2 more treatments, but already can see a difference... :). But, the best is having the Botox around my eyes and Juvederm in my cheeks. My family ages young, so I already felt I had plenty of wrinkles to work with. Cindy made me feel and look young again.. Now, all I have to do is be carded when I buy beer, and my dreams would have all come true... Thank you Cindy and your entire staff for making me as comfortable as you did.. I am so very happy with Beautiful Solutions! Aethetician Cindy used botox/juvederm to make me look so good! I look younger, but not dramatically so (which is EXACTLY what i wanted and thought i couldn't get). And my face looks so natural - no "plastic face"! I've tried botox at other salons but was never overly thrilled with the outcome. Cindy, however, made my face look so natural, just lightly softening my wrinkles... with no restricted facial movement. My forehead is still completely functional! Facial movement was very important to me and has always prevented me from getting much botox. Based on what other aestheticians have told me when i asked, there was no way to use botox on your forehead and still move your eyebrows. Well, Cindy can! Before Cindy, I thought that that level of finesse was not even possible with botox or juvederm. She did a perfect job. I was first introduced to Beautiful Solutions when I attended luncheon they were having for this skin care line. After trying the products I had a rare reaction on the area where I was testing the different product's. I called the staff to let them know what happened, they completely helped me no questions asked. They gave me a micro derm on the area and provided a cream, a week later it was GONE!!! Since then I haven't stopped going since. The staff and Dr. Andrews is amazing and always friendly you never feel like your in a doctors off but a office full of friends. read more

I went here for Botox last Dec. After 3 weeks I still did not see any results. I went back in and the owner Cindy injected me with another product at No charge. I also spent another $700.00 on other filler. As I was checking out, the cashier put a jar up and ask me if I wanted to tip Cindy. Cindy is a very nice lady and I liked her a lot, but I would not recommend this place. They aren't very experienced in their applications and I've never seen a place such as this ask for a tip. read more

The range of services are incredible, and I especially like the monthly discounts and weekly lunch and learns. I went here after a friend of mine told me about this place. The atmosphere was nice, the lady's were friendly. I was happy with my microdermabrasion, Amy made me feel very comfortable, what a sweetheart! Michelle was great with my Botox. Overall a nice place and I have no complaints.
