After reading all of the reviews I knew this was place to go. Lisa is AWESOME and so is Calissa. This is not one of those production line botox places, it's "boutique botox". Lisa takes a lot of time to discover what you want, what you feel comfortable with and then makes her recommendations. She tells you exactly what she is doing all through the procedure, how much she thinks you will need and she doesn't try to "up-sell" you at all. In fact, she told me I probably didn't need it in some areas I thought I might. The procedure itself is pain free and is done with care by expert hands. The prices are right in line or even a little better than some of the other places I have been. Most importantly, I love the way I look! This place is hands down the best to take care of your filler needs and lifting (lip injection, temple and cheeks, under eyes, nasolabial folds, skin rejuvenation) all done with Juverderm, ultra, ultra plus, and my favorite VOLUMA. Botox is always a must. This is the first time I go into an office visit where I am the only patient in there. You never see another patient in there making it very private and personal. The assistant is super helpful and makes you feel comfortable while Lisa does her magic. I can say that Lisa is an expert when it comes to her work. She takes her time and stops between injection to ask you if you like what you see so far. The most important thing is that Lisa is very honest. for example. I went in there and asked for more Juverderm Voluma on my cheeks and lower eye and she explained that it would not be a good idea to do it and showed me the reasons why. Went in for my routine Botox and decided to test out some lip injections for my upcoming wedding in October. I was extremely nervous before I did it but Lisa's calm, nurturing energy guided me through the whole process with ease and very minimal discomfort. I can't believe how nervous I was before, and it didn't even hurt! It's only day 2 and I'm slightly swollen without any bruising and am loving my new plush kissable wedding lips! I thought my fiancé would freak but when I got home he told me I looked like a Barbie doll (hey I'll take the complement!!) Lisa is by far the best at what she does and is so knowable. I put my complete trust in Lisa every time and would never go to anyone else for injections, I just love her! She uses restylane silk for lip injections using a cannula needle to prevent bruising from occurring, and it's a less harsh way of just injecting straight into the lip. Lisa is amazing! She was very knowledgeable and patient. I was in CA from NYC and went to Lisa for fillers for my nasolabial folds and Botox. Her rates are also Very reasonable especially for the level of service which she provides. She recommended a new product Xiomen which works similar to Botox and for my laugh lines Juvederm. This was my first time trying Xiomen and I was very happy with my results. I had received Juvederm in NYC and was not happy with the results. Lisa restored my faith in Juvederm. She used the whole syringe and even contoured hollow areas with the Juvederm that was left after filling my laugh lines. My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to get our lips done. We yelp and found Beautiful Reflections Medical, boy were we happy with our results. If you call and try to make an appointment, leave a message and Lisa will call you back that day. She was so nice and sweet, she answered all of my questions and explained the procedure in detail. On the day of my appointment, I arrive at a cute little place that's decorated in pink and black. Lisa's daughter greeted me and was also so sweet. She checked me in and got all my information while I waited for Lisa. While in the room Lisa explained to me the procedure and asked about my pain tolerance. I told her "I am so scared of pain" but must get my lips done :) she gave me a squeeze ball which totally helped. I have to say after the procedure was done, I barely felt any pain and if I did Lisa and her daughter was there to make her sure I wasn't in pain. I have been to Beautiful Reflections two times now. The first visit was a gift from my daughter for my birthday to get Botox.... I ended up getting Dysport at the advise of Lisa, and I loved the results!! Lisa was great, very informative and answered ALL my questions...I tend to over analyze everything. She was extremely knowledgeable, very good at administering the injections - she was very professional. I went back for a second treatment and the experience was the same, very quick, easy and the results have been great. I am very happy with Lisa and the "Med-Spa". I made an appointment at beautiful reflections and unfortunately had to cancel so this review isn't about their services but about their outdated system. In order to make an appointment, they request that you print out a credit card authorization, fill it out, sign it and either email or text it to them. Unfortunately, in this day and age that's incredibly risky. I never email or text my credit card information having had bad experiences in the past. When I tried to offer other solutions (sending them my signature and calling in my credit card info, etc) the office manager said they couldn't "bend their policy for me" and wouldn't work with me at all other than saying I could "overnight it" to them - totally crazy! I was actually in shock when she said this and just cancelled my appointment. Why they don't have an online system like every other similar business in 2016 is beyond me but at the very least they should understand their system is not safe or convenient and offer other options. They had great reviews so I'm sad I had to cancel, hopefully they update their system soon once they realize they won't get many new clients this way! read more
