He would randomly stop working on my nails, turn to face her and talk. This happened over and over again. I was there for 1.5 hours, and I just got a single color acrylic set. On top of that he did such a terrible job, the nails are completely uneven I have such a bad headache from that interaction. It's so rude to talk loudly the entire time to someone else while the customer is trying to get a peaceful experience. I will NEVER go back here, I regret giving them my hard earned money.

I stood out as the only guy there in a sea of women, but no one seemed to care. A very nice, young lady, Lily, took me on. She never asked what shape I wanted and the nails ended up looking bad. They look like press ons and I have NEVER left a bad review of a nail salon before. I put mail tips and they didn't even bother to take the cuticles. I waited since in the pedicure they did it after the nails were painted but on the manicure they put the tips painted and sent me my way. The worse part is that they did the tips so far away from my nail bed cause they didn't take out my cuticles. Then I got home after 3 days and did my cuticles myself even tough I paid over 100 dollars in mani pedi and brow was there I had to still take my own cuticles. Once I did that now my nails look like 2 week manicure as the tip is so far from the mail bed! I'm so angry this was a waste of money The photo I have attached is a 4 day manicure. The technicians notice it and use a different polish. I was out of it & even forgot my phone there. The nail technician noticed it but didn't change the polish. I waited to call when the owner came in. I told her I had just spent $60. to get my nails done. That the polish was bad & I just needed to have new polish put on. She said I would need to pay an additional $15.00 to have this fixed. I was shocked at this customer service. I asked some neighbors & I have a new place to go to.
