Amongst our group of 13 people, we all had issues connecting to the WiFi and the tv. I convinced the front desk to give us an iPad to manage the music and that also wasn't working. I called the guys to the room multiple times to troubleshoot and it still wasn't working. We fought with the technology throughout the whole 3 hour reservation which really made it difficult to enjoy the experience. During the times it was working, the app was glitchy and we had difficulties seeing the queue and skipping over songs. Also, one of the microphones was barely working. Additionally, before booking I inquired amongst a number of places to compare prices. We picked this place because we were told that there would be an assigned server to our room to allow us to enjoy the open bar experience and not have to step out to the bar to get drinks. Upon arriving, I was told that wasn't the case, even though it was in my email. After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to come serve to our room but there were still times I had to leave the room and chase them down. I have done karaoke many times and this was a very stressful experience.

I ended up paying because I was with a group and didn't want to mess up the night trying to prove a point, but if I wasn't, I would've left. Second, the food selection is very minimal, and I wasn't a fan of anything I tried. I had fried chicken, fries, and a spring roll. Everything was greasy. Now back to the mandatory service fee. After paying, the only time staff really checked on us was to tell us how much time we had left. If we needed anything, we had to press a button to request service. They didn't come by on their own. So it's hard to justify paying $65 for that level of service. On a positive note, the rooms were nice, and the karaoke part was fun. One suggestion: invest in a better karaoke system. Searching songs on YouTube and finding karaoke versions worked, but it would be a much better experience with a more streamlined and visually appealing setup. The White Claw + tequila shot combo that I remembered having not too long ago here is no longer on the menu, so I decided to just go with a mixed drink (which is still only something like $8 for a well) and stick with that. For every drink you drink, you get a free personal pizza which you redeem with the pizza guys. Plain pizzas come out pretty quick, but if you want a topping (for a $1) it's a bit more of a wait. This is a tough place to come solo, you ideally need one person holding down your bar seats while the other does the pizza run for this to be most efficient. We left here having had five drinks and two shots, with five pizzas total, for something like $60 including tip. Pretty sure this is one of the only, if not the only spot left where being drunk and full for $30 each is a possibility.
