We were having so much fun and were looking for a dessert spot so we can continue to catch up. We found Noon Bingsu. It's in a strip mall with lots of other Korean businesses! It's well lit inside but not much in terms of decor. We got a small mango bingsoo and it was delicious! Big chucks of fresh mango, lots of mango flavored cream and the soft powdery shaved ice. There's really nothing else like it. In the famous words of Asian dessert compliment - NOT TOO SWEET! I'd love to come back again and try the injeolmi or grape flavor.

We went in and the place was really busy. They were sold out on all Tiramisus and a lot of flavors . We got the Strawberry Bingsoo and it was great. Amazingly thin and soft layer of shaved ice with strawberries. This is one of the best desserts I've had. Absolutely Loved it. I will be checking out more Bingsoo spots now. Its my new favorite dessert !!

I also loved that they had a variety of chili oils, chili flakes, and sauces available at the table. I opted to spice mine up a bit, and I personally thought that extra heat made the soup even better.

You can customize the sweetness level of your drink and add extras like boba. Once you decide, you place and pay for your order using the ordering screen. The prices are reasonable, the drink sizes are generous, and the wait isn't long. They usually bring your order right to you. My favorite so far is the Coco Matcha. I enjoyed it so much that I've already been back! Dol specializes in Vietnamese coffee drinks, but they have plenty of other options as well. Definitely worth stopping by. I heard of Bread Papa before but have never gone until yesterday. Their cream puffs are a must try!!!! The breads are fresher than I thought they would be. They put in the cream and dust with sugar after you order. I was sure they were already in the puff. There was also more cream inside than I thought there would be. Just discovered these heavenly treats. Have had cream puffs before but they usually are too sweet and taste like vanilla pudding. But the cream puffs from Beard Papa on Redondo Beach taste so fresh and light. Another gentleman working there even confirmed that they still had it available. When I questioned it, instead of simply explaining the situation, the employee helping us seemed unwilling to make it and gave us attitude. I also asked to sample a couple of other flavors since the item we originally wanted was supposedly unavailable, and her attitude made the whole interaction even more uncomfortable. I completely understand that places run out of items and employees can have difficult days, but this didn't seem to be an availability issue when other customers were being served the exact same thing. It felt like we were simply being refused service for something that was clearly available. We came in expecting a quick, enjoyable ice cream stop, and unfortunately left feeling singled out and disappointed. I hope management looks into what happened and makes sure customers are treated consistently and respectfully.
