Needed to have a Ring floodlight camera installed where there was no electrical. I sent out a project on yelp and Scott from Bear responded fairly quickly. He told me he could be at my place for a free estimate the next day around noon. He communicated with me the following day as promised. Upon arrival, we talked over the project. He got into the attic to see what it would take to get things done to give me an accurate quote. He talked out how he would do it, how it would look. I was impressed by how detail oriented he was. We agreed to the price and he offered to perform the job then or at another time. I decided I was not going to shop around and had him do the job right then. He had all the tools and materials that he needed including the masonry drill bit which was essential. In just over am hour, he had the task completed and it was a job well done. Scott even brought out his broom and dust plan to clean up after himself and offered to help me adjust the camera to where I want it. We need to support our small businesses. Scott is awesome! I was a little nervous selecting an electrician without any (visible) Yelp reviews but I'm so glad I did. Scott responded quickly and arrived (early!) the next day to address some subpar electrical work that was done by someone who was clearly not an expert. Scott was able to assess the situation and correct everything perfectly! His positive attitude and attention to detail was A+. He gave us a very fair price, and we liked him so much that we asked him to come back again to install 5 ceiling fans later in the week. He did an excellent job, and even took the time to caulk around the edges where the fans didn't quite cover the previous holes. I was very impressed and would definitely reach out to him again for any future needs. They were amazing in every way!!! Scott responded quickly to my initial request for an estimate (it wasn't even business hours) and was able to fit us in pretty quickly. When he arrived he had an apprentice with him and they were both very kind and professional. They even had COVID-19 safety protocols in place: they were masked, kept social distance and even took contactless payment! The price they quoted was very reasonable ($100 less than another quote we had received) and the price on the estimate was the price we paid (no surprise charges after the work was done). My wife and I are working on home improvements this year. We have had some good contractors and some kinda "iffy". We needed some electrical work to move a flood light from ground level to second story. I spoke to Scott on the phone and I could tell right away he was an experienced professional.
