After fixing one issue he had to troubleshoot the second one and it led him to a GFCI that I didn't realize was tripped. The light was still showing green. He put everything back together and even taught me a few things. I laughed and called him "Dr Sparky" because I work in healthcare and he's the master. Bear Electric was the first place I called. I needed two new 20 amp outlets in my garage. I was given good price estimations and I agreed to it. They were in between jobs and had some extra time so they came over to the house and looked at the areas I wanted the outlets. After a thorough inspection, he let me know that pros/cons of putting the outlets where I wanted. He also gave me a creative option that gave me what I needed at half the cost if I was ok with accepting a particular configuration. I took him up on it and it came out very well. They were at the house for less than 45 minutes. The end result is great. While it's not exactly what I had pictured, I would much rather have this than what I originally asked for given the extra complications it was going to bring. There's no reason for me to call anyone else for electrical work. I will absolutely use them again. I've had some problems with my outside outlets lately, and my pool cleaner wasn't getting enough power.
