When I heard my drink get called, another patron actually took my milk tea and started drinking it. Although I had placed an order before them, I assumed it might not have been mine. The bobarista looked at me with wide eyes and asked me what I had ordered. We realized that the person absolutely grabbed the wrong beverage. Instead of making it a big deal, the bobarista decided to make me a new one. This automatically made the service excellent; she had quick problem solving skills and figured out what had happened. From start to finish, her attitude was incredibly cold, rude, and unprofessional. She made our entire group feel unwelcome and upset.
