Cute Boba Spot with Teddy Bears theme. They are so adorable, too. Ordered my drink via kiosk. I ordered the popular drink Mango Mango. It comes with Agar Boba, Sago, Mango, and Grapefruit Pulps with 75% sweet. The drink was super refreshing, tasty, and perfect sweetness. Great customer service and friendly staff.

Cute and instagrammable place! It's clean and has ample seating. Ordering can be done on kiosk or with cashier. Located in a plaza so lots of parking. There are board games to play. If you love "bears", this is the place for you. There are two walls adorned with teddy bears and an adorable bear statue at the door. I ordered the Mango Pomelo Sago. It was very yummy and perfect sweetness. There is a good selection of drinks. They also have BOGO deals. Their price point is a bit high. I paid $8+, definitely a place I can only visit as a treat.

I've passed by this bubble shop in the past and I've been wanting to go into it because it was so freaking darn cute from the outside! Upon stepping in, everything is pretty minimalistic; however, to the left-hand side, you'll see a giant bear statue that gives a softness to the entire ambience and if you go further down, there's an entire wall of teddy bears that circles around a large television, which creates a shape of a heart. The television wasn't on, but that wasn't my concern. There were some people in there while me and my friend came late in the afternoon on a Tuesday. It is self order and there is a kiosk for you to place your order, which means no cash is accepted and only tap or credit card. They do have a deal right now for the fruit drinks where it is buy one get one free (BOGO) and so my friend decided to get that for herself. I got the peachy smoothie. I was a bit bummed out when I saw that the dessert bowls were not available, so there was a downside to that since I was looking forward to that. Instead, I resorted with a drink. The two fruit tea drink drinks - 3.5/5 it was overall pretty standard; however, we wish that no ice was an option, and we never asked for it to be full to the brim, but it could not be accommodated so that was a bit upsetting by the time we drank the drink later on it was so watered down. It didn't really taste as great. Peachy smoothie - 3.5/5 I did ask for it to be less sweetened. So instead of 100% I put it as 70%. Overall, the drink wasn't that special. I'm not sure if they actually use fresh peach, but it wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be. Their money did advertise that it was fresh ingredients so that's a bit questionable. The whipped cream did not help or add anything to the drink and the popping Boba almost had no flavor to it. The way that drink was made, it was actually challenging to suck up on the popping Boba. I'm hoping that they will bring the dessert bowl back because I look forward to that but until then the drinks doesn't seem that special in my opinion, but the ambience is really adorable. It's a great place to work quietly or stud.

The Mango Coconut Bowl and Mango Mango Drink with extra boba were so good. Fresh, sweet, chunky mangoes in every bite and sip refreshing . I loved that they weren't overly sweet. The board games and cards made the wait fun and relaxing.too

Nice spot to get dessert after a meal. We went to omeli kithcen next door and walked straight here. We got the taro mochi and mango pomelo. Pretty pricey, $10 each but that's about the going price for these kind of dessert anywhere. They're all pretty good. I thought I would like the mango pomelo more, but the taro mochi was surprisingly unique. The mochi melts like cheese and the flavor was pretty spot on. Nothing is overly sweet. Good balance. Overall good dessert to share after a meal, wash the grease! Ordering process was pretty easy. We did through the screen. There was nobody in front, but I think that's by design. They called our number when it's ready and a couple of guys handed them. Place was cutely decorated. They also have some games to play while you hang there.

Ordered a couple of Too Good To Go bags from Bear Cup in Fullerton. Pick up was easy. The staff were friendly. The space was not very big and not a lot of seating inside. It was nice they had some board games for customers to use and play. I received 2 Osmanthus milk teas, 2 trays of sushi and a ramen. The food seemed like it's from a 3rd party location as Bear Cup seems to be a boba tea shop; not an actual restaurant. My husband had one of the sushi trays and got food poisoning. The ramen didn't have any broth in it. So after heating it up, it was basically inedible. In total, what I paid was $12.90 for what's supposed to be $36 worth of food/drinks. It was definitely $36 "worth" of food, but with the ramen having to be trashed and my husband getting sick from the food, I wouldn't do it again.

The Mango Mango drink here is pretty addicting and the best of the bunch! That slight bit of coconut just adds that creamy/savory-ness to the drink. We also like the Green Grape and Taro drinks here as well. The packaging and decor is also nicely themed. Keeping it from a 5-star review is that the food offerings are average (our popcorn chicken had a strange black color to it though it was tasty) and also when we order on DD they forget to pack straws 1/2 the time lol.

I apologize to the employees because I placed my order 10 minutes before they closed at 11:50pm on a Saturday night. I felt terrible, but I'm not from the area, so I knew I wasn't going to be over here in a good while. I have no pictures of what we got because we ate in the car and the lighting was awful. (We obviously weren't going to sit inside and eat.) I got the fruity coconut milk jelly bowl and the boyfriend got the taro mochi bowl. I also ordered a coconut taro drink with boba. That fruity coconut milk jelly bowl? TO. DIE. FOR. The taro mochi bowl has a "slime" consistency for the base, but flavor-wise? Really good. So, if textures bother you, this is probably not the one. And the coconut taro drink with boba was tasty, also. Boba was incredibly soft.

It was super close to my uni, so I wanted to give it a shot. The strawberry milk tea was good and my friend enjoyed the Oreo as well, the workers were nice and the inside was super cute. They also had games for us to play!

A really cute theme with assorted teddy bears on the walls. Place orders through a kiosk. Quick turnaround (even though I was the only one there). I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with boba. I've had a lot of boba milk tea drinks but this one was average (5/10). I may try them again with a different choice if I'm back in the area. They also have a reward system using your phone number.

Parking is fine. Space is clean and open. Not very busy at 6:50pm on a weekday, understandably. I used the kiosk. My drink came out quick. Roasted oolong milk tea, 30% sweet, boba. It's okay. Wouldn't go out of my way, but decent. Cute theme.

Cute decor! We ordered the mango blended drink and a white peach oolong! Both were fantastic! Would return again on a hot day

This place took over Four Tea and honestly feels like the same shop. There's a lot of drinks and I decided to try the Frosted Green Grape. Pretty good drink and same vibes as the old spot.

Parking is very tight here. We walked in, and the bobarista was very honest that they ran out of ice. We asked her if the drinks were still chilled, which she said yes, and we continued to make our orders at the kiosk. We sat down and waited for our drink. Eventually, a staff member brought in ice, so we were lucky for that! I waited for my drink which took about 7 minutes. When I heard my drink get called, another patron actually took my milk tea and started drinking it. Although I had placed an order before them, I assumed it might not have been mine. The bobarista looked at me with wide eyes and asked me what I had ordered. We realized that the person absolutely grabbed the wrong beverage. Instead of making it a big deal, the bobarista decided to make me a new one. This automatically made the service excellent; she had quick problem solving skills and figured out what had happened. In addition, my milk tea was delicious. I had ordered their cookies and cream milk tea. It had Oreo and cookie bits with foam at the top. Their boba was also perfectly sweet with a great consistency. I absolutely recommend coming here if you're in the area!

The written menu advertises nondairy milk and ingredient modifications, but the kiosk doesn't actually let you select any of them. Staff told us to put substitutions in "special comments" and promised they'd be honored. They weren't- on a single order, twice. We ordered two coffees (oat milk, whole milk) and two customized breakfast burritos. It took 40 minutes. We were the only customers in the cafe. When the food came out, nothing was labeled / not the drinks, not the burritos- and staff couldn't tell us which was which. When I explained that one of us has a dairy allergy and asked them to identify the allergen-free items, I got a blank stare. We opened both burritos: both had cheese, despite my explicit no-cheese request. Their solution? "Can you pick it out?" No. You cannot pick out melted cheese from an allergen order. I was not offered a fresh burrito, just another blank stare until I specifically stated "I need you to remake this with the proper ingredients and confirm what you put in." Once again the burrito came out with no label, and when I asked for clarity on what was in it I was again met me with a blank stare. My partner's burrito was also wrong (pico she'd asked to have removed), but by then the 40-minute wait had made her late for work. When I asked for a refund on her incorrect meal, I was told they couldn't refund it "because she left." When I asked to leave written feedback: "we don't accept written feedback." Manager? Not in. Manager's phone number? Don't have it. But here's what pushed this from bad service to abominable: there is no way to hold this place accountable. At no point did anyone acknowledge a mistake had been made or make any real attempt to fix it- every wrong order was met with a shrug and the expectation that I'd just live with it. When I asked to leave written feedback, I was told they don't accept it. When I asked for the manager, they weren't in. When I asked for a manager's phone number or someone to contact, the employee "didn't have access to that." A business that serves people with food allergies MUST have a way for customers to flag problems in real time and reach management. This place has built a system where mistakes can't be reported, refunds can't be issued, and no one is responsible for anything. To be clear, this isn't on the line staff - one employee clearly hadn't been given the language support or training to succeed, and that's a management failure. The other younger employee was just incompetent and unhelpful, even though she was clearly aware of the requests. If you advertise allergen accommodations, you have to execute them, label them, and answer for it when you don't. Until this place fixes its ordering system, its labeling, and its total lack of accountability, spend your money literally anywhere else.

Size wise the crofffle is a smidge smaller than a bar donut, appearance-wise it's way more dressed up, and taste-wise, it's perfection.
