Mr. Tran removed the old thin wall PVC which was about 22 years old and installed new thick walled schedule 40. I also had a water valve replaced which was controlled by a timer. The dug up sod was put back in place and the lawn was looking great in a few days. No problems with any leaks, the direction of the sprinkler spray is all correct, and after several months, everything still works perfectly.

I wanted to do a raised pergola (I chose Paragon Outdoor for its height) on concrete pedestals of differing heights extending from the patio to match pergola ceiling height with sliding door height (9 feet?). Required precision, laser level, making pergola before pouring concrete. Turn out nice. High pergola feels more spacious and higher end. Most pics 6 months after with only 2 pics of hairline concrete drying cracks.

Ile, the owner, was super responsive and even did a same day site visit on his way home to give me an estimate. I found his prices to be competitive with other masonry companies I reached out to, but he was able to accommodate my project pretty quickly compared to the others since I was in a hurry to get this done within a certain timeframe. We hired Ile to do the work and he did not disappoint. He came when he said he would, did what he said he would do, all within a reasonable timeframe. He even noticed that our fence post was wobbly and offered to modify it slightly to accommodate the concrete and make it more secure. That also entailed him having to trim the fence gate, which wasn't in our contract, but he did it anyway as a courtesy, among other things. In short, he went above and beyond the scope of work we discussed in our contract. We would highly recommend Concrete Control. Don't let the few Yelp reviews deter you away from these guys. We had nothing but the best experience with them.
