Very accommodating. This guy is literally a certified professional and (if i remember correctly) he actually studied pest control in college (which I never knew you could do). Regardless, Johnny C. is such a great guy! My mother who is elderly, called me in a frantic episode because she noticed that her cat (AKA Little miss mittens) was scratching and acting strange. It turned out that she had fleas. However, when I was there checking out the sceme, i smelled a foul odor coming from beneath the refridgerator. Now, mom is up there in age so her senses are getting a littlle dull, but I am surprised she didn't notice!! Anyway, to make a long story short, this gentlemen, Johnny (as he likes to be called) the owner, treated my mom like she was his own grandmother!! Who Knew that an exterminator could have the heart of a big teddy bear!?? He immediatley took control of the situation, was very confident, sensitive, funny and professional...My mom fell in love!! After searching through hundreds of listings for a pest control company from my restaurant in Chinatown, i finally got in touch with John from a recommendation from a neighboring business owner. I am so glad I did. Straight from the first call, John was so helpful answering all my question and addressing my concerns about pest control in a food environment. We set up an appointment for the following week and he called me a day prior just to touch base. On the day of the service he explain to me everything he was doing and how to prevent pest in the future. All in all, I was very pleased the service and the great price. Beantown Pest Control is the best in the business. I called John with concerns that we had beg bugs, from the neighbors. He called me back within 10 minutes and came out the next day. He confirmed my worst fears that we did have bedbugs. However he reassured me that things were not bad and that he could take care of the problem. His price was reasonable for a 2-family and compared to other companies. He acknowledged me frustration when the problem didn't go away after the first spraying. John came back twice more and did just want he said he would do....He got RIDDEN of the nasty little creatures and we didn't have to buy any new furniture. I hope you don't ever need pest control services (lol) but if you do this is the company that you should use. I used to be on a yearly plan with one of those big companies, which I will not name. The charge went up every year and they came 4 times a month, even if I needed them or not. There were even times that I know they never did the job but billed me anyway. John C. of BeanTown Pest Control is the way to go. His fees are reasonable, he's on time and gives you a 6 month guarantee, what more can you ask for. I was horrified when bugs started eating me alive at night and went into denial that it could be bed bugs. Then I talked to John, and not only did I like him, but trusted that he could help. We set up an appointment, he assessed the situation and adjusted his quote based on what he saw, suggesting that he might be able to take care of the situation with fewer visits. I can't say enough good things about Beantown Pest Control. We reached out when we had an emergency pest situation, and they squeezed us in right away. They were professional, informative and quick to remedy and fix (which turned out to be bed bugs!!). Other companies that we called said they couldn't get out there for 4+ days. my wife and i used beantown for a termite job today, very impressed with professionalism and hard work shown consistently especially through a 105 degree day.
