This place was saved on my bookmarks for quite a long time now and I figured I'd explore over to this part of the neighborhood to try a new coffee shop. I was instantly impressed by the reviews I saw on yelp so I figured this would be a no-brainer ! Came in early on a Sunday afternoon for a coffee and a light snack , opted out of getting a snack since the sandwiches were $13 bucks and I wasn't feeling that hungry. My husband and I ordered the same thing we always get a coffee shop, " two iced coffees with cream and a splash of sugar free syrup" .. I went with sugar-free hazelnut and cookie butter, and my husband went with sugar-free vanilla and sugar free caramel. Let me start off by saying they were delicious and creamy, but I was taken back when I saw the receipt- 17 bucks for 2 iced coffees was bit ridiculous, I mean they were nothing fancy. I even snapped a photo of the menu to make sure I wasn't going crazy, but the price on the wall was different then what we were charged for. Nonetheless, they tasted good. The vibes were great inside, lots of space and little special touches inside.. would be great for a meet up or working from your laptop for a few hours, but there are too many great family owned coffee shops in the area that don't charge that much when you just wanna grab a coffee. Like I said the coffee was great, but I just didn't see the value.

This place is great!! First off, the owners, super wonderful humans. The purpose and drive for this business and their goals for their business future are exciting and really cool to hear about. It's a working space, huge with couches and tables and booths with separate boardrooms for privacy along with a tattoo studio in shop and several local vendor spaces hosting different pieces of art, soap, and other trades. Confession time, the real reason I will be coming back not for the Picnic Sandwich. WHOA. It's like it was built and put on the menu just for me! With fig jam and cream cheese, prosciutto and veggies on toasty Dave's bread!? Sign me up. I enjoyed the tuxedo signature latte and found it very cool that they do offer mindful coffee supplements like Lions mane and Chaga and such.

We came to this coffee shop since it was around the area and honestly I'm glad we did. When you walk in they have a lot of seating options. They also have a huge space in the middle for people to use. There were people dancing to salsa music. It kind of looked like a dance practice or learning how to dance salsa. When it came to ordering I had no idea what to get, they had so many options and they all sounded amazing. The barista was kind enough to talk about the owners goal and why they opened up the coffee shop. They also have a lot of items for sale from small businesses. For our drinks we went with the Tuxedo mint latte which was white chocolate, dark chocolate, and peppermint. Also the French toast latte which had white chocolate, vanilla, maple, and cinnamon. We ordered large coffees which had 4 shots of espresso, we were honestly pretty shocked with the amount of espresso they come with. Overall the drinks were amazing. You'd expect them to taste strong because of the amount of shots they have but the other flavors balanced it out. I usually enjoy my coffee to be on the sweeter side and this one was perfect. The customer service we received was great, very friendly baristas and they took their time on our drinks. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their drinks and maybe some bakery items.

The coffee here is good, I got the blueberry latte it was tasty. The sandwiches are honestly much better than the coffee. It's a nice place.

Such a calm, quiet little cafe with all sorts of stuff to do. You can work there, rent the conference room, play games, and they have a few businesses within that you can inspect as well (for example, a tattoo parlor). I got an iced latte and it was actually very tasty. They use pebble ice which is always a plus, and have 20+ flavors to choose from. The flavors and milk options are all free too, something you don't normally see. The baristas were super sweet and helpful too which makes the coffee taste better, I swear. I'll be back to try some more flavors!

Came back to this wonderful coffee spot after for a while didn't come to this area. I took my bestie here and she loves it! We love everything about this charming coffee shop, from the moment you walk in, with the open space for people who need a work spot. The service is amazing and super friendly. The match latte both hot and cold are excellent--perfectly balance and not overly sweet which me and my friend loved it! We love everything about this place and we will come back again soon.

Coffee shop located near Mesa Community College. The service was wonderful, the man that took my order was really nice. I do want to say that it is a little pricey compared to other local and chain coffee shops. I originally was going to get a large flavored latte and it would have been about $10 after tax. No charge for non-dairy milk. The barista was really quick with making my drink and I did not wait long. I got one of their fall specials the Apple Pie Chai. I really enjoyed it, super light consistency and refreshing. I do wish that the chai spices and apple pie taste were a little stronger, but it was still good. I think the main appeal of this location, is actually the quiet atmosphere that is set up as workspace. There is a separate room for workspace and there is a conference room. I saw both being utilized, and there were people on their laptops in the main café space. With it being so quiet, it is an extremely ideal place to work or get studying/homework done. Something I really appreciated is seeing their support for local businesses and non-profits.

Just visited Beanchain this weekend to get some work done, and oh my goodness, their eggnog chai is sooo delicious. I had to try it when I saw it on their winter menu. I'm obsessed. It's perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and honestly just so good. I'm always super productive when I'm here, and I managed to get a ton of work done this time too. I especially love their secluded quiet work space. 5/5 coffee spot!!!

Super cute café where you can work, hang out, grab lunch, shop from their local vendors etc. I was next door and decided to stop in for anything chocolaty my sweet tooth was screaming!! Iced coffee was great, got a cute little 3D printed bearded dragon for my god kid. But the chocolate muffin was horrible, dry, my sweet tooth is still upset with me! The 4 stars were for the ambiance, friendly staff, local items for sale and the iced coffee.

I have been here a couple of times. I love finding new places close to home. Beanchain Coffee has a very large space with couches, booths and tables to sit at. They are more than a coffeeshop. They are also a workspace for meetings and networking. Beanchain sells merchandise, hosts live events and have a tattoo parlor. I enjoyed spending a part of my day here getting some work done on my laptop. On the wall of Beanchain are some words of wisdom from Jean-Luc Picard. When I first visited here. the staff was very welcoming and showed me all the different items on their menu. Beachchain Coffee has bakery and food items in addition to their coffee drinks. I have had their Breakfast Sandwich and Avocado Toast and have enjoyed them both. This is a great place to meetup with a friend or just chill on your computer. I look forward to future visits.

They are in a strip mall with plenty of parking including handicap . Service is absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, kind and informative. I came here maybe a year ago for a yelp elite event. I have thought about the Avocado Toast since then. I had it on the toasted croissant and it did not disappoint. It was as great as I remembered. I wish they were closer I'd be there twice a week. I absolutely love coming to this local coffee shop because it is so much more than just coffee. The whole mission vision and values of this wonderful organization is really touching and I think they're doing a lot of good for the community. Today we came here for a cold brew and pumpkin chai with cold foam. The experience (as usual) was lovely and the drinks were high quality and tasty. I highly recommend checking them out.

This place is SO GOOD. They're sandwiches, teas, coffees, pastries. All of it it is so good. You can also see they care about their customers. It's not just a run of the mill crappy Starbucks/Durch Bros. I come here about once a week to get one of their delicious sandwiches. Next time you're there, try the London Fog tea. PHENOMENAL

I come to Beanchain Coffee every Friday to work for the day. I work from home and having a 'third space' to be able to get out of the house and still get my work done is invaluable. Beanchain is such an addition to the community and I believe in their mission. The food and coffee is fantastic and their staff and owners are the nicest people. Super spacious brick and mortar coffee spot. They make good use of the space - there's local art/crafts for sale, a library space near the entrance, and a lot of seating. Outlets at every table (I didn't check lol but that's what a handout said). Seems like it's quite a popular space to work or for a group. Tons of seating inside and some outside. Staff is super friendly and drinks always come out quickly. They're really big on workers rights too, which is why I keep coming back! The good coffee is an added bonus. French toast latte - Actually tasted like it. The kind of drink I order as a sweet treat, then relegate myself back to americanos because I'm scared for my blood sugar. Delicious overall. Blueberry muffin latte - Actually tasted like it! Not too sweet and pleasant. I typically only finish half their lattes at a time because the caffeine is definitely there. Strawberries & cream latte - Can taste the artificial strawberry flavor, depends if that bother you or not. Not overpowering fortunately. I feel all the flavors here are quite subtle which was perfect for me. Music was quiet and instrumental, and it's the perfect place to study. Sometimes they have community events, which is my favorite part about any local coffee shop. It's easy to come back! read more

I have never heard of this place but a friend hosted a small event here. Its spacious inside with lots of seating, clean bathrooms, the coffee and sandwich were really good, and the service was great. They were very warm and friendly + they focus on social issues such as food insecurity in the community. While its not the closest coffee shop to me, I would rec. this place to anyone and look forward to coming back. read more

The coffees were so delicious! We opted for the blueberry muffin and French toast flavors (: They were pretty sweet, but that's how I like my coffee! They said if the flavors or sweetness wasn't to my liking that they would happily remake it. The service was so amazing. The two barista/cashiers were so pleasant and helpful when recommending various coffee options. The space is really big. It's ideal for studying or meeting up with friends. It's also very clean. Found this place by surprise and I am so glad I did! My friend and I have been jumping around from coffee to coffee place in the area and upon walking in we were told that it just opened a few days prior! The place is huge because it is a commercial building so lots of tables and places to study with outlets! That's probably one of my favorite things about this place. As far as their drinks, their speciality drinks involve the flavored lattes so I got the blueberry muffin latte and it was so BOMB! I was pleasantly surprised with how it tasted like a blueberry muffin but it wasn't too overpowering. They also sell different pastries and food items if you were looking for a bite to eat! I'm sure this place will get busy once more people find out about it but I really recommend it if you have a chance! read more

fantastic place for food, coffee, and working! a variety of seating like booths, large tables for multiple people, couches, and a conference room. the breakfast sandwich and day oats are both very good, as are the chai and lattes. lots of vegetarian options and the prices are typical for a coffee shop meal. an admirable mission to end poverty and create co-working community spaces across the US. the owner is so kind and happy to chat with you. they have so many resources for everyone in the community, this is definitely my new go to spot! read more

I just had to hop on here and do my new FAVORITE spot a well deserved 5 star review. This place makes working remotely comfortable, effective and YUMMY-lol! I'm OBSESSED with their Iced French Toast Latte! I'm even tasting it as I write down this review. I come very often. This adorable new coffee shop is one of the best kept secrets in Mesa. They offer delicious coffee, breakfast and delicious baked goods. It's a beautiful open concept dice they can be rented out if needed. They are also all about helping other coffee house withers achieve their dreams of owning their own shops. What is not to like about this locally focused coffee spot! The husband and wife owners are fellow people first friends. The space is huge and has every meeting situation space possible. I do meetings here at least once a week. The lunch sammie's are good. The coffee is strong. the cinnamon buns are locally made and fan-funking-tastic. yup. one of the only coffee spots in fiesta district in west mesa. ok so just meet me there and say Hey ayoooo!!! read more

Happened to be staying nearby for work and came in for coffee. This place is amazing! Friendly staff, great area to work and relax, great food and coffee. They have a very creative menu and the hardest thing was picking which drink to choose. All in all I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. read more

I first stopped in because I needed somewhere to get stuff done for a few hours while I was on this side of town. But I loved not only the coffee but the room to spread out in a chill place and most of all the community they're creating. Beanchain is a mecca for small businesses, remote workers, and the community in general. I could easily see myself spending all day there working, eating, reading, drinking, and shopping. It is spacious and has ample seating with outlets galore. The employees and environment is inviting and the owners are clearly passionate about their business. When I tell you this is some of the best coffee EVER! The vibe was amazing! There's lots of space to study or just sit and relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee and it's family operated by a husband and wife! My husband and I got faiths French toast and it literally tastes like French toast but not overly sweet! My daughters got pumpkin pie lattes and they said it was amazing! They even gave me a cup of ice for my baby to pour her apple juice in so she felt included too! When I'm in Arizona again I'll definitely come back! read more

If you're looking for good coffee, come here. Better than Starbucks, WAY better than Xtreme Bean, and feels good supporting local business. If you're looking for a place to work or study, come here. They've got tons of space and strong wifi. I work from Beanchain 3-5x a week and I've even found myself coming here on the weekends just to drink coffee and read on the couch by the door. The aesthetic inside is a little off center, considering the size of the space (it's huge for a coffee shop), but I kind of like that about it. The employees are top-tier. SO friendly, so chill. Everything about Beanchain feels sincere, from the cherubic owner David, to the massive Jean-Luc Picard quote on the wall. This is your official sign to check out Beanchain Coffee. Came because a friend said they have a library! Where you leave a book and take a book ! Was so excited but then discovered you cannot take the books home only read them there. I think they should change this! Borrow the book and bring it back :) atmosphere is amazing cant wait to come again read more

Check out this new coffee shop at Alma School and Southern. I was very impressed with the service, the ambiance, and the French Toast Latte. They did not have coconut milk because one of the owners has an allergy, so I used oatmilk instead. Still yummy. I also recommend the breakfast sandwich served on a croissant. Beanchain coffee is a really great spot! I live super close by so it's really convenient to grab coffee. The owners are great and the coffee is awesome. My wife and I went for a walk to a Walgreens made a few extra turns got turned around a few times after getting back on track we came across this quite coffee shop. Then after a couple of tries with the debit card the staff said we were good to go it's on the house. I was going to write this review after my wife moves her office out of the place in a few months,…read morebut I just couldn't hold it in any longer. I have never, in all my life, encountered such woefully incompetent people. I mean all the workers are very nice and mean well; they just suck at their jobs. The simplest of tasks and easiest of requests are met with red tape and days of waiting. The nearly 2 years my wife has had her law office there has been an absolute nightmare. The process of getting an initial tour of the place to renewing a lease to ordering additional services has been an absolute clusterfuk. I could write volumes about each circumstance to further prove what idiots run the place. However, to save myself some time I am just going to outline a few things to lookout for if you are desperate and need an office. * You will get nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING. For example, the internet is included but they will charge you if you want a router to do anything wireless. And don't even think of getting a copy machine because you will get hit with an "electricity fee". * The phone lines are horrible. Most of the time they are full of static. If there ever is a real problem with the phone lines or internet, they are incapable of fixing anything on the spot. Instead they have to call their headquarters on planet dufus who may or may not fix it. Actually, the reason that I am writing this is because my wife's phone has been down for 2 days. When people call it says the number is disconnected. Of course they say it is somehow her fault which is their way of saying, "we are idiots and have no idea what went wrong or how to fix it so good luck with your business". * They will tell you that the place is 90% full and its tough to get a "deal" on an office. Just remember that the place is 90% empty (for good reason) and stick to your guns. Don't pay their asking price what ever you do! * Double check EVERYTHING. Almost every invoice they send you will be wrong. They throw in random charges for things you didn't want, double charges and higher charges than you agreed to. They are very nice and apologetic but it takes about a week to get a correct bill during which time you are sent late notices. Also, before moving in we were quoted a price on an office with a specific square footage. On move in day I thought it looked small so I measured it. Guess what? Either those idiots are too stupid to measure stuff properly or they tried to pull a fast one. Either way it was a giant clusterfuk, took weeks to resolve and made me second guess everything. From day one when I scheduled a tour of the place and the lady failed to show up I should have known this place was trouble. However, the place served its purpose and somehow they didn't go out of business leaving my wife with no office so I guess that's good. A working phone line, however, is a very different story. It's not like for almost 2 years it hasn't been on her website and business cards or anything....

I have the cheapo night owl pass since I'm in clinic 7-5 daily and need my study zone after work. - EXCEPTIONALLY responsive owners - Braelynn and her mom went above and beyond w/ SATURDAY NIGHT responding to a potential concern I had - both via text, phone, and more. I really cannot say enough good things about this dream team duo running Thrive!! This coffee shop is such a gem! It's a warm and inviting place with plenty of seating for customers. Every seat has access to an outlet, and there's free Wi-Fi, making it a great spot to work or relax. They even have a dedicated workspace where you can sit and work/study for free. The menu offers a variety of coffee and drinks, along with pastries, and avocado bread. They also sell their own branded t-shirts and sweaters. The owners, a husband and wife, started this business a couple of years ago, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. This place is sooooooo cuuuuute!! When I walked in for the first time, I immediately noticed how much they love dogs! This place is super dog-friendly. They have a big room for dining, but they also have a conference room and workroom! Nice and clean, not too busy. I got an iced matcha latte w/ oat milk. It was soooooooo gooooood!! I got a ton of schoolwork done here. I did the trinket trading thing too, the stuff in there was a lot better than I expected. I thought it was gonna be stuff like singular board game pieces and toys with missing limbs. This place is different than Starbucks because there is no CEO. The employees make a vote if they should add a menu item or not. They have reasonably priced food. They have a work room and the restrooms were clean. The hot cocoa was nice and chocolatey with lots of whipped cream. So I suggest going there to have a cup of coffee and work. read more
